Yep, the info and DD done by the board is good. Just need the contract to validate all the work. I said it again. Contract. I am tired of saying contract. The word is starting to annoy me. lol
Then that would make it very disturbing. LOL
gr8upside mentioned something about Ash Grove having a decent investment in the hot run equipment a couple weeks/month ago. Hope it is true to some extent.
Sorry buddy, we all have those days. Hopefully the contract is before the acquisition. Need something to get us up and stay up.
My father went though it with another firm that they were trying to buy, it fell apart. Acquisitions are not simple, and most times there is a good reason why a company is being sold.
This is different from the aspect of the relationship between GTGP and MSE. Contracts from cement companies is all it needs. IMO
That cash flow and work load will be plenty to keep everything moving in the right direction. The panel project on the MSE site is also encouraging.
I agree, for the future of GTGP they need MSE.
The question was general, what percentage of acquisitions fail.
The volume today is incredible. I am on the edge of my seat. LOL
Need some good news!
Its not the LOI, it is in general. Just google merger and acquisition failures. You get mixed results. Some look at the percentage that fail after the acquisition which is somewhere between 70%-90%. Others look at the actual failure of the acquisition/merger itself, which is about the same. Read this article:

Not being negative, just answering a question on the board.
Obviously if the MSE acquisition goes through we will get a very nice run. IMO
As someone recently put it to me, sometimes valid questions and points are not welcome on this board. The Navy contract having anything to do with GTGP is pure speculation based on MSE's past dealings. The lack of a PR about the hot run is slightly disturbing. I still think there are enough good things going for GTGP to hold. Everything is not going to go perfectly, it never does. Anyone who has started any business knows the ups and downs. Time will tell, and it is time for results.
B2B, do you think they could have a NDA in place until a contract is worked out? That is assuming many other things but why else would he not announce hot run results if they were good?
We have understood that it did happen, the results of which have not been announced as of yet. I believe the lab tests recently completed by MSE is the final item before a contract. Have to use EPA approved methods to get the approval from them. It makes perfect sense for Ash Grove to obtain these results before signing a contract even with a successful hot run. IMO
But, to answer your question directly without an opinion - We have no idea how the hot run went.
Of course if word gets out beyond IHUB this could run at anytime.
Agreed. Contracts. Money coming into GTGP is all this needs. Any other PR other than a contract may "show us the way" but it will not reflect in the PPS for anything but a short run as the past PR's have revealed. The exception would be the MSE acquisition finalizing, which would be most beneficial to those that bought and held in December for the dual benefit of owning GTGP and GTHI.
Yep, 20 mil float is excellent for the future of GTGP.

That is currently the problem. Need actual investors. Having the PPS controlled by ihubbers (no offense to anyone) is scary. So long as this is the case there truly is no way to say which way this will go while waiting for contract/MSE acquisition. Hopefully when a contract is announced we will stay up. Be nice to get the yield sign off otc markets before it hits, but I doubt that will happen. Pink is pink. Yield sign, stop sign, current without audited financials. Its all the same. To hold a decent PPS (not just a run) I believe we would need multiple contracts, updated financials, uplist out of pink status and Ruder Finn or the likes. Hopefully all of this can happen without dilution on the runs. One obvious fact is that all of this is quite expensive. Calling today to check on share structure, but I doubt it has changed with such low volume recently.
Same as the dividend 101,744 for the dividend. Keeping those shares to match up when we get the dividend. That will be a nice day!
I am ready my friend. 100k shares on hold. The rest I play with.
Agreed! Be real nice to see that.
Thanks! I am here for you buddy! I like GTGP. It truly is a traders stock. Be nice when it runs and stays up though.
The ask is .13, bid is .121.
That would be great! It is always good to see people make it big in a market designed to take money from you.
GTGP has its ducks in a row. Time to deliver!
No clue. Need a nice PR now. Jim?
Somethings up. L2 is acting strange.
About time. I have played with half and made money and I am sure other people have as well, but the longs that have bought and held without trading a single share deserve a big run. Get some profits on the way up and hold a bundle for the future.
Here we go again! Bring in the contracts!
8.0 Recommendations
Because the combination of MBS and PAC can remove substantially more mercury from an off-gas
system than PAC alone, MSE recommends that the MBS technology be implemented at full scale in a
cement plant with a PAC system. The MBS technology could also be implemented as a stand-alone
technology for mercury emissions reduction.

Just an observance - for the past month or so it seems that the bid is regenerating itself at decent amounts (40k - 100k shares) all with Nite. Just now 25k was hit and then a 40k bid popped up in its place. Looks to me that someone is accumulating a very large amount.
Reloading. GTGP is one of my better stocks. Its nice to be able to make money and still have a decent share count tucked away. The chart shows a pattern so I play with half my shares, the other half I hold. Fun.
I doubt it to be dilution. Just sellers, this is a pattern that has continued to be repeated. Sooner than later we will break out one way or the other.
Reset your nets people. Looks like .09-.10 is around the corner. Reload.
That bid is big. Someone wants in or is accumulating a large amount. We seem to be getting large bid sitters over the last week or so.
Ash Grove Approves 125 million dollar investment

Think GTGP could be part of this?
LMAO, #324 for you!
Let me enlighten you on this level of stock. Welcome to Pinky land! You buy the story. The story is a good one, and it has some verifiable evidence of heading in the right direction. Either you believe it, or you don't. If you are looking for current financials you will not find them. But, when they do become current you will be chasing and wondering why you didn't buy before.
When you line up the current items and not financials from 5 years ago it is easy to see how GTGP will succeed. I suggest some simple DD, beyond Yahoo.
80k volume in less than 10 minutes! Get ready!
