How do you know that? I don't see where he says "specifically" one way or another.
I sure hope you're right.
Be happy, just make sure you take some money off the table today. We don't know if they will be able to collect all or even some of the default award.
No worries, I owned HEB last year from .74 all the way up to $4.00 and never knew about the lawsuit either. And I spent hours researching this company and the history of Ampligen.
Wow...I can't believe it took this long to get posted on Ihub.
TY slazenger7...
Oh boy, here we go again...
Nope, just us same disgruntled share holders.
He's not the CEO anymore. He went from the CEO position to a consultant. No matter how you word it, that is a "step down" in any organizations executive ladder.
If you went from a consultant position to a CEO position, wouldn't you consider that a step up? I know I would.
Nope, sure can't. I actually cringe now when ENTI releases a PR.
They both are...at the moment.
I am. I think this has another day and a half to run. I certainly think this gets into the mid .90's by Thursday morning.
Do you have any idea what the hell board you're on? Take that drivel some place else.
I didn't say I sold all of my ENTI. I just sold what I picked up yesterday at .0005. It was easy money that I couldn't pass up.
I already sold this morning at the open. I've been fooled by ENTI one to many times to let this opportunity slip away.
They have done that for just about every buy I have placed for ENTI.
Uh-huh, they sure are. Seems they have been doing that since .005 and above. Cleaned out all the weak hands down to .0004.
The only choice we have at this point is to hire a lawyer and sue them. This way we can actually find out if they have be lying to us through the process of discovery. I hate getting lawyers involved as they are the only ones who always get paid no matter what. But, at this point, I don't really see what the alternative is.
I would be afraid to do that. I have a feeling I would never make it home to my wife and kids.
Ok, I already have a headache. So you got out at .417 or .389? Which one is it? You have already told us two different prices today. Please look closely at the one minute chart today before you answer.
Huh? Just this morning you said you hadn't sold one share:

You posted this at 10:01:36 this morning. At what time after you posted this did YRCW go back above .41? Not on any chart I can see.
LOL MIKE
I'll be honest, I'm a little angry and disappointed.
More Blah...Blah...Blah PR from our good friend Rick.
Buying on fear is one thing. But to keep buying as ENTI dillutes all over me? Count me out, man. Count me out.
Thank you, Maestro111.
That's correct, you can't please everyone or even most. Best thing you can do is please yourself and close family/friends, in that order.
Hi guys and gals,
I was at the hospital all day with my cousin who passed away this afternoon and I just don't have the energy to find out what happened with ENTI today.
Would someone be so kind as to repeat the cliff notes for me?
I would greatly appreciate it....
Thanks,
Mike
Dunno what to tell you.

The pinks are not an auction like the big boards. The MM's can buy and sell at whatever price they want in the name of liquidity. Pretty nice gig if you can get it!
You're right, I am speculating. That is all we can do at this point as ENTI has not informed us the shareholders what the money is being used for. With all the PR's they have put out, they could have done us a favor and mentioned it a few times.
If that is indeed the case; why put restrictions on what the capital can and can't be used for?
You don't find that the least bit odd? Spire either likes the business plan and wants them to succeed or they don't. I wouldn't finance a business if I only liked parts of the business plan. You either think it will make money and you agree to finance it or you don't and move on to something else.
Then that tells me that Spire will only allow them to spend the finance money on certain expenses.
That is my point! If they are going to dilute to pay for the celeb and TV campaign, what are they using the spire money for?
I guess what I am trying to say....They don't need Spire to pay for the handful of employees salaries. I would have assumed the big money from Spire would have went to pay the celeb and the TV campaign. If they have to dilute to pay the celeb and TV ads, what exactly is it they are using the Spire money for.
I'm not asking them to account for every little penny spent. but, it would be nice if they let us know where the majority of the money is going and where they getting it from, dilution, or Spire?
I think that would go a long way towards investor confidence if we could actually see the money trail.
Again, I don't mind dilution if it's for the right reasons. Right now we don't know why ENTI is diluting or what they are spending it on.
Justify it however you want. But, what good is Spire if ENTI has to keep diluting to pay for everything.
Come on, Dev. Nothing has changed? Really? I'm sure you can find a few things that have changed without even trying. You're much smarter than that.
Even if I was super rich, I would still play the pinks. It's all about the winning and losing. Nothing feels better than a sweet win in pink land.
Don't get me wrong, I still invest in the big board stocks. Notice I said playing the pinks and investing in the big boards? That is the difference, one is playing, the other is investing.
Pinks are a gamble, it's like playing the slots in Vegas. I can go to Vegas, pay airfare, hotel expense, food and drinks, etc.
Or, I can play the pinks and use the money I would pay to stay and gamble in Vegas right from the comfort of my living room. The bonus for me is, I tend to do much better playing the pinks then when I actually do go to Vegas.
It's all a game, play on, playa!
Happy to see ENTI didn't disappoint.....again!
