Be nice if someone would buy up the float and call for their stock certificates. Go GIHI.
Make sure you set your pull out price at better than .50. Go GIHI.
No, this is a time to buy and set your sell at better than .50. The float is really low and the company is moving forward. Management has been transparent and has been putting out positive news frequently. More is expected any day. Go GIHI.
I agree that it makes no sense to sell now. I also would not be buying while the pps is still on the decline. There are still a lot of shares for sale which is not good for the pps.
Russ, is it fair to say that this travel software program is not producing in China if the site is not useable for us here. All those alleged memberships over there must be dropping out like flies. Who spends money on something not working?
Hawk, I like your optimism. I'd just like to see Greg come clean on those memberships that he PR'd that we all have. Why commit until you can deliver? Until this happens, then we know that revenue from this source can't be happenning. There's still credibility issues here.
Russ, that may be another trick so that you continue to buy into Greg's selling to keep the pps from hitting no bid sooner. Do you trust the man? I want to but have found nothing from him worthy of trust.
ATB, thanks for your sincere thoughts. I figure that was the case. Greg is a one man team operating out of a condo. You don't tell shareholders that they have a $150 travel club membership on a certain day and do not deliver. If I am the CEO, I'm going to treat share holders like I want to be treated. When you do good to others, that good will come back to you. If you harm others with an evil heart, harm will eventually come back to you. An example of this is Steve Jobs. He had plenty of wealth, but look at him now. I am praying for Greg, as it sure looks like the devil is controling him like a puppet. Wish you well my friend.
ATB, you've been supportive of Greg for over a year. Are you as disappointed as most everyone else in Greg's behavior toward share holders? Perhaps you already bailed at a loss like many others have. Interested to here your thoughts about TTDZ.
How's that exclusive travel membership working out for you? Has anyone used it yet?
Yep, Greg is being ruled by a demonic spirit. He needs help before it's too late.
Pray for Greg that he changes from his wicked ways. He'll have to deal with a higher authority over what he has done to us so he can live lavishly.
PRs having no substance is not worth buying into. We know this new purchase cost shareholders $40k. We have to assume that a shell just bought another shell. Knowing that Greg is on a diluting mission, it would be foolish to buy TTDZ. Sad but true. What will make the pps reverse course? The answer is probably let him finish unloading his shares, do a rs, then start over. Unless, of course, if something should happen which all of a sudden gives real value to our memberships which allegedly have been given to us.
Ok. Thanks for the explanation. That was a good buy then.
Is IHUB trades for the day incorrect? It doesn't show a buy for 1.6M shares and no buys at .0006.
Vans, that doesn't make sense with the number of buys recorded today and all at .0007.
ATB, Greg can settle this matter on Dilution by making a current SS available.
Since no juicy p/r came out, a lot of those .0007's and .0008's being bought may have been some covering from shorting done at higher levels.
Elwonder, that theory holds up if we see a juicy p/r very soon. If another week goes by and still no p/r, I might consider that some serious short selling/covering may have ocurred here over the last several weeks along with an increase in the float. We saw a lot of selling in the face of presumably good news in the .001 - .0016 range. Over the last week we've seen a lot of significant buys in the face of more selling. A lot of those buys could have been some of the covering from the short selling at higher levels. JMHO
Agree with you Topweb about the significant increase in the float. Whether it is the company currently diluting or investors who got super cheap shares cashing in, the fact of the matter is more and more of the Outstanding Shares are being added to the float resulting in a lackluster performance in the pps of late. IMO, we would be in pennyland by now if the float remained constant. Maybe the company will be bought out and we all make nice $$$$.
With all of the high volume here of late and the overall lackluster performance in the pps, more than likely there have been Outstanding Shares being added to the float. It's either that or a lot of shorting and covering up happening here.
If that is true, then it makes you wonder whether those investors believe that the pps won't go much higher if it is they who are bailing out at these prices. If this is true, how many shares are involved so that we know when the bleeding can stop.
That might explain some of the buys but not he big sells at this level.
How does this happen when buys are being matched with company sells? I think we can agree the high volume sells at these levels are not from shorters or from the float..
Where do you think all the selling is coming from at these levels and why? Go ttdz
Yep, the so called vigilantes here work non-stop desiring a no bid. Go TTDZ
Some of the wolf pack claim to have no position and are just here to be vigilantes for everyone else. I know I'm not going to spend time after time trying to save the world from investing in something I have no interest in. Share shakers have a financial agenda.
Find it very interesting that some of The wolf pack claim to be share holders yet they make comments which do not help their alleged long position. Who would do something so stupid as that?
ATB, this means that a huge short squeeze is coming. Go TTDZ
Well said. Go TTDZ
Good post Papa Bear. I expect a bounce too. The company has been selling shares off and on at opportune times since April. We have experienced bounces since then.
ATB, thanks for your story. I respect your views as you have been a beacon of light for this board over the past year.
ATB, what do you make of Thursday's news about the company disclosing plans to raise almost $1M by selling shares? This would mean that some 400M shares would flood the market soon. It would seem to me that this event will keep the pps in check until dilution is over with.
Do we know when TTDZ will sell some 400 million shares into the market? Won't that keep the pps down for awhile so we can buy at even cheaper levels. Go TTDZP
Apparently there is interest. Aren't you here? Have a nice weekend all.
Hope you are right about the selling being done. Time will tell. I also wonder if KGRI has any future plans of a r/s with all those shares out there. Wish the company was more transparent on all of this. Go KGRI.
ATB, you are right on. Huge buys with few sells. Even Kelsey senses something good must be up with TTDZ. The shorts can't keep up with all those buys. The pps keeps falling which only encourages more loading up. Good news must be a coming.
ATB, you are right about the short selling here. Look at all the buys with very few sells and the pps is down nearly 40%. I agree that it is time to buy.
Great upside potential here but not until all of the former restrictive sells are in the market. Though I thought this was done last week, today's activity shows that this selling is still around. Who else would sell at these cheap prices?
As part of their end of the deal KGRI still needs to provide up to $250K in capital for Buff's expansion. Someone may have had to sell some shares for this. Just trying to understand the logic for anyone selling their shares at these levels. Makes no sense. We know that there has been some shorting according to FINRA.
