Watch NITE on the bid. Don't sell them shares.
Bottom line ...
Get in now. February will be big. I anticipate something happening in Colorado. Bitcoin processing is happening and ERBB is the first.
As per Peter ... do not fall for the bid drops. Scared selling does not make money for us, only for the hedge funds. The spread has to be tight to keep the price high. Hit the ask, sell at the ask. Watch NITE, BKMM.

P.S. Going by there again, probably in February, and will try to meet David.
PART 3
Continuing from my meeting at the ERBB offices ...
I asked about the IP/trademark situation. Without getting into specifics, Peter indicated that about 95% of everything is done regarding patents and trademarks. A few small things are pending.
The machine is supposed to be called ZAZZZ machine and is trademarked.
I asked about joint ventures. They will do them when the law allows it. However, Peter touched on the recent rumors about different public companies trying to merge (like the rumor about FITX and PHOT). Peter said it involves 500 pages or more of legal paperwork and a year at least in time so a lot of these rumors are just that -- rumors.
Speaking of joint ... did you all know that one of the only three owners/directors of High Times -- Colleen Manly -- is on the Board of Directors of Altitude Organic Corporation? Yessir, it's true. I gathered that High Times will be cooperating with Tranzbyte in the future, maybe regarding products in the ZAZZZ machines.
Someone asked about the role of Stephen Shearin in the future. He will become the COO of Tranzbyte.

No, not that Bitcoin entity. Far from it.
PART 2
Continuing from my meeting at the ERBB offices ...
I want to keep relaying more info to all of you, but I have to inject a conversation I had with Peter Jacobs about the share structure and price and the shorting going on.
First, David Gwyther is not interested at all in a reverse split or dilution. Any additional shares being issued are debentures and have to be held for a year before conversion. So enough with the dilution BS.
David actually worked for a large security firm/broker years ago and knows the stock market. Peter Jacobs is also quite experienced. They are aware of the stock price daily and are also aware of the impatient short term investors and traders. They have some big long-term investors and wish that there were more medium and long term investors right now. I did remark to David in an email that I had liquidated one MJ stock to go into ERBB but in doing so I lost out on a rise that would have netted me 10,000 dollars or more. He stated "I think you will find that the opportunity in ERBB for medium and long term shareholders is on parity. However, the short term players will soon see that share movement among the MMJ companies is hard to time." Peter told me that a reverse split is only feasible if the stock price is high and the stock can really support it. Otherwise, it makes no sense.
David does things on the up and up. If he has to sell shares, he files the proper forms. A lot of CEOs don't. David has integrity. Recently, he had to sell some shares for a personal matter that I cannot talk about. If you knew the reason, you would do the same. Nothing to worry about.
We also talked about the share price. Peter told me that three hedge funds are shorting ERBB -- NITE, VNDM and BKMM. They don't care at what price they can short at, just that they can incite panic with a price drop. Peter told me that it is illegal for the hedge funds to communicate with each other, so they have to send signals for mutual cooperation. It isn't a myth about small sells that send code. It's real. I saw this yesterday morning with ERBB. if the bid and ask are tight, that's normal trading. When the bid drops too much and on small amounts, that's a short. The shares of ERBB are not that available to the big funds, so they are in need of shares to short. They will incite panic, get the price to drop, then cover. Rinse and repeat every day. Peter told me that to keep the share price up and rising, we need to keep our shares and hit the ask. No doubt, it is always good to have bid support, but it has to be tight. None of this stuff that NITE is doing. The spreads that you see with ERBB sometimes are not tight and we need to keep the share price up so don't sell into the bid! Hold on to those shares, but if you have to sell, then sell at the ask!! NITE will test us today. Watch them.

Here is my report about my ERBB visit -- great news!
Okay, ladies and gentlemen. I finally arrived back home from my travel in the Phoenix area and now have time to report on my visit to the ERBB offices.
PART 1 (I am writing as quickly as possible and possibly will revise/combine the parts later and maybe a total compilation can be stickied)
First of all, I have been trying to find the one MJ stock that I feel has the potential to go a long way and not fizzle or turn into a scam. The idea of a vending machine for cannabis products intrigued me quite a bit and I could see the potential in this MJ revolution happening before our eyes. I sold another MJ stock and went into this one after some additional DD and after hearing about the progress of the machine being brought to market.
I first emailed David Gwyther late Thursday night the 23rd to let him know that I would be stopping by the office on Warner Rd. in Tempe on Friday the 24th or Monday the 27th. I never received an email back before I left on Friday, and I wasn't even sure that David would be there. My departure was delayed and, unfortunately, I arrived after closing time but took some pics and posted them at the Ihub board. On Saturday, the 25th, I received an email from David inviting me to stop by Monday and to talk with him.
I left Tucson on Monday morning and traveled to Phoenix and went straight to the ERBB office. I arrived at 11:30 AM as planned.
I was greeted at the front by a nice young woman (who I think is the daughter of Peter Jacobs). I was greeted by Stephen Shearin, who then directed me to Peter Jacobs. Peter was informed by David Gwyther that I would be stopping by, so they were expecting me. David was flying in from Portland later in the afternoon, but I couldn't stick around. Peter provided all the info needed.
Before I get into the details, I have to say that this group is very nice and hard-working and I was truly impressed. It ends up that Peter and David have known each other for 20 years or more from their time in Oregon. Matter of fact, I believe most of the principals in the business have Oregon roots, and because I lived there before moving to Arizona, we had some things in common to talk about. David Gwyther lives in Portland and flies back and forth to Phoenix all the time.
Now I will expound on details. There are many and I will post on additional pages. Some things I wrote down, some I draw from memory.
Peter Jacobs is the consultant to David Gwyther and is the president of PanPacific International (which deals with Bitcoins). He actually was in the vending business many years before, founding a company that provided special vending for truckers all over the USA. From what I gather, Peter was semi-retired, but David Gwyther brought him on as chief consultant for the vending machines and PR. Peter spent the better of almost an hour with me. I was told a lot of things -- some information I can reveal, some info I have to legally be careful about talking about, and some info I am not at liberty to divulge.
Peter told me many things about the vending part of the business. The ERBB machine differs from Medbox in a significant way. Medbox uses fingerprint verification and can only dispense at medical facilities and dispensaries. The ZAZZZ machine has been developed with the highest security standards, and this includes 24-hour video monitoring. You see, fingerprint scanning can have errors and the system can be manipulated. Peter is very experienced with vending and verification and explained in detail how security is critical and will be scrutinized by the FEDS and the States with regards to vending. ERBB has made a machine that provides adult and medical verification for not only cannabis products, but also for other products that need adult verification (cigarettes, cigars and other misc products can also be dispensed) and 24-hour surveillance is part of the verification. Not only does this provide the most secure verification -- using both the medical card scan, or state ID plus video verification, but also guards against anyone trying to rob or tamper with the machine. The machine also is designed to dispense the MMJ as per the allowed amounts. Let's say you are allowed 5 ounces a month and you go and purchase 2.5 ounces. The software, of course, tracks all the purchases and you will only be allowed to purchase whatever balance of MMJ you have allotted for that time period. They are assembling a video monitoring center right now for the surveillance. They lease the machines to dispensaries and receive a commission/processing fee for all products dispensed. They make enough money with these machines to more than afford the cost of surveillance security. The bottom line is that a dispensary can lease the machines and actually place them wherever they want or are asked to. This means that if a dispensary contracts with a nightclub for a machine, it can legally be placed there. Can you imagine having these machines at the many nightclubs/bars across the nation? How about Las Vegas!
Their initial idea was to begin entry into Colorado, but the PARC dispensary wanted to obtain a machine as soon as possible. Just a note -- the PARC dispensary is very close to the campus of ASU, which is one of the biggest party campuses in the USA! Anyway, Arizona is probably the strictest in terms of regulations for vending MMJ, so getting the software to correctly work is critical. David and company knows that everyone will be watching -- the State, the FEDS, investors, etc. They can't be perfect, but they don't want to leave room for error. However, from what I gathered from my meet at the office, February is going to be a big month. I believe -- and I can't quote or guarantee -- that there will be a big roll-out of machines happening in Colorado. That is where the big money begins. One of the questions I was asked to relay to ERBB was how many machines are initially planned to be manufactured and placed on the first run. Answer: 1000. I think that 50 to 100 could begin to be placed in Colorado in the next 60 days. That's my opinion based on info. When that happens, watch out!
But dig this ... the ZAZZZ machine is the first and only MJ dispenser that will work with Bitcoin!!! Peter told me that the machines themselves will be revolutionary and I have no doubt that investment money will pour into ERBB, but Peter told me that when Bitcoin is allowed for purchase then we will see a huge wave of money pouring in that will be hard to believe! But here is more info ... ERBB is currently hooking up Bitcoin processing for the machines as I write! Stephen Shearin is the guy who makes everything work. While I was in conference with Peter, Stephen cam over to discuss the Bitcoin processing with Peter. They have narrowed down the processing to two choices. I actually discussed the choices with Stephen because I signed up for a Bitcoin account with one of his two finalists. The one I signed up with is the easiest to use and is used by many individuals. The other choice is focused more on business processing. It was cool to discuss that with Stephen. It's real. They are adding Bitcoin processing and it will likely be employed with the first machines.
Speaking of the machines, they are on the way. Software is done. It's placement time! They will issue a PR when things are ready to roll. I am stoked! I think this is the MJ stock to be in.
More info next post. Wanted to get this much out now while everyone is waiting. I will provide more info regarding trademarks, share structure/float and share price, networking, other products, etc.

Just met with ERBB!
On the road now. I will post recap tonight. OMG guys and gals! This is the real deal. Hold on to your shares. Big stuff happening!

I will find a way to meet with him ...
I am at least two hours away from the ERBB office and have a very long day tomorrow. I actually may be meeting him after lunch because I have to drop something off elsewhere in Phoenix to be repaired for several hours and then while I wait for it I will go to the ERBB office. My time is very limited and I have many things to do in Phoenix, but I am not going to pass up the opportunity to meet with David.
Chessman
Hi! You are welcome! No problem.
The MJ sector is an opportunity of a lifetime and I want to be in the right stock. My feeling is that ERBB is going to be one of the best, and I just want to be sure.

I am meeting with David Gwyther tomorrow, Monday!
As some of you know, I stopped by the ERBB office on Friday after hours and took some pics of the front of the building and posted them on this board. I also emailed David Gwyther on Thursday to let him know I was going to stop by on Friday, but I never heard back from him before the weekend.
Well, guess what? He actually answered me! His email came through on Saturday and he has invited me to stop by and talk with him for a few minutes on my way back north through Phoenix on Monday.
He stated that he will be in the Tempe Office Monday thru Wednesday finishing up another of the company's initiatives while they wait for the automated dispensaries to arrive.
I am going to be up at the opening bell do some trading for 90 minutes and then leave for Phoenix and arrive there around 11 to 11:30 AM MST. As soon as I am through with my visit at the Office and my chat with David, I will try to post.

Correction ...
Though the building office had OneBode all over the place, it did have Tranzbyte on the right door. Sorry about that. I was overwhelmed with the OneBode name, took pics and had to rush off for an appointment.
As I stated previously, I will stop by again and see if I can make contact with David.

I dropped by the ERBB office ...
On Friday, the 24th, I dropped by the ERBB office in Tempe on Warner Road. I was running late during my travel to Tucson and missed the office time there in Tempe (They close early on Fridays).
I did, however, take a few pics and looked through the windows.
I expected to see Tranzbyte, but as you can see from the pics, it is OneBode. Everyone was gone (it was shortly after 5 PM). I looked through the windows and saw a relatively modern but casual decor and lots of conference tables and chairs. I couldn't be sure as to how far back the offices went. A reception desk was right at the front door.
I will swing by there again around 11:30 AM (MST) on Monday. I don't have a lot of time for the stop, but I do have a list of questions from the board. I did email David this past Thursday to let him know I was stopping by, but never received a reply.
Chessman
Ladies and gentlemen ...
As I have posted before, I will be stopping by the ERBB facility in Phoenix either tomorrow afternoon, Friday, or the following Monday afternoon. I hope that I will be able to make contact with David and to be able to take some relevant pics. I will probably try to call first and see if David can spare the time for me to ask some of the questions that were submitted to me to present to him, but if I can't call or don't get someone live when I do, then I will simply drop by.
I was really feeling down yesterday after seeing FIT* rise to new heights. I had been invested there, but decided to switch over to ERBB. I felt that ERBB has a product to offer that will become an incredible wave across this country. It's sort of like the Redbox machines. They are all over the place and they dispense movies over and over, all night and all day. Imagine owning a stake in that biz! Here we have a similar idea, and we are on the ground floor before most average investors. Anyway, watching FIT* rise the past several days and seeing ERBB just sort of consolidating and not keeping pace with the others was a bit disheartening, but I wasn't going to let it keep me down. I just figured that the really good stocks will get their turn to shine, and I have to be patient and wait. It was nice last evening to hear about the email news. That lifted my spirits. If all goes well with my visit and I feel that it is far from a scam, I will sell any other stocks I have and go full bore into ERBB. The MJ industry will boom, and this is the chance to really make a good investment and strike it rich with companies that will bring their biz to a higher exchange.
So, that's it. I am going for it all. I am going to try to ignore those other rising MJ stocks and focus on ERBB. If I get a good feeling from David and the others I meet at the facility, then I will sell any other equities I have and put it all into more shares of ERBB. I only nee the pps to get to .40 to change my life dramatically. However, I do think there is a chance this stock can get above $1.00 down the road.
I am not sure if there is a possibility of getting a pic of the new 21 machine, but I get one, I will post it at the board as soon as possible. Matter of fact, any relevant pics I take will probably get posted ASAP.
It's on to Phoenix tomorrow! Hope this stock starts flying today, and then maybe more rocket fuel will be added on Friday.
A good day to all!
Chessman
Thanks to those who submitted questions ...
I will be at the ERBB location this Friday and will present as many of the questions posted/sent to me as possible. I just hope David is there and is willing to take a few minutes to hear the questions and answer them. If he is gone that day, I will be in the area again on Monday and will try again.
Chessman
I will be visiting the AZ site on Friday ...
As I posted before, I will be in the Tempe area on Friday the 24th and plan on visiting 1221 W Warner Rd Ste 103 and take the chance that maybe David Gwyther will be there. I will take pictures of the building and see if I can get a picture of David and myself and maybe, just maybe, a pic or some further info about the machines. I am invested in this and see this as a great ground floor opportunity. If all looks well, I think we just might be able to silence the negativity and get this stock into silver.
Any particular specific questions anyone suggest I ask? I think I will have to tread lightly with David, but he just may be able to provide answers to SOME questions.
Chessman
I will try to stop by their facility next week.
Since I am invested in this stock and I live just north of Phoenix, I think I will try to visit their facility late next week when I will be in that area. A good friend of mine lives off Warner Road where their office/plant is supposed to be located. I will have my cell phone or a camera and will see about getting some pics, maybe of some personnel and maybe of a machine (if one is available and can be shown).

Weird stuff happening at Yahoo ...
(Starting to think that shorts or a vodka competitor is influencing Yahoo.)
I, along with some others the past few days, contacted Yahoo Finance about updating MRIB. I received a reply from Yahoo that they were looking into it. Earlier on Monday I was able to get the updated page there. I was excited that Yahoo finally updated MRIB, and I saved it in my browser. I also opened the message board in another tab.
HOWEVER, that front page that was in my browser just changed when I refreshed the page and also when I clicked on the link I posted. Fortunately, I kept the tab for the message board. Here is the URL:

I am trying to search my browser cache for a possible link to that updated front page, but it feels as if it has been erased.

Does this have anything to do with or affect UWBKQ?
Traders usually suggest not selling exactly when one sees the Dark Cloud Cover Pattern (Day 1 & Day 2)
until other confirming signals are given such as a break of an upward trendline or other technical indicators. One reason for waiting for confirmation is that the Dark Cloud Cover Pattern is a bearish pattern, but not as bearish as it could be: part of the gains from Day 1 have still been preserved.
Bearish reversal patterns can form with one or more candlesticks; most require bearish confirmation. The actual reversal indicates that selling pressure overwhelmed buying pressure for one or more days, but it remains unclear whether or not sustained selling or lack of buyers will continue to push prices lower. Without confirmation, many of these patterns would be considered neutral and merely indicate a potential resistance level at best. Bearish confirmation means further downside follow through, such as a gap down, long black candlestick or high volume decline. Because candlestick patterns are short-term and usually effective for 1-2 weeks, bearish confirmation should come within 1-3 days.
I vote nay.
I don't think we are endangering the settlement. I think the lawyers are just simply curious about the discussions.

Yes, TDA will allow you to purchase SWRF but ...
You won't be able to place the order online yourself. You have to call it in. The broker today told me that though SWRF is not on the DTC chill list, it still is suspicious enough to require a call in (something about certain stocks have suspicious trading activity or background). The commission is still the same as if you placed the order yourself online.
The sister stock (TD*Y) is okay, but SWRF isn't.
Anyone want to try contacting this new Colorado media outlet about UWBKQ?
Just in:
I'm happy to announce that The Colorado Independent has been reborn. It's a smarter, faster operation that aims to recharge reporting in Colorado, where journalism is in desperate need of new energy.
How are we different? We'll be producing fully independent new-style journalism. That means we belong to no corporation. We run no advertising. And we're not tied to any one space -- we run across digital platforms, including all the main social media outlets, so that you may either come to us or we can come to you. The new Independent features established Colorado journalists and avoids 24/7-news-cycle clatter to focus on news that matters – reporting that affects your life and informs your thinking. We will strive to provide context. We will ask questions that other outlets don't ask. We'll post the kind of watchdog investigative reporting and analysis that used to be, and should still be, the standard for journalism.
And here's the kicker. You get to be a part of it. We want your photos and tips. We want volunteers. We want conversation. And we want involvement. As we grow, we aim to host events where you can speak your mind, pick the brains of national newsmakers, authors and journalists and have coffee while Littwin expounds the way only Littwin can expound. Ultimately, we dream of doing in Colorado what The New Yorker and the Texas Tribune festivals have done in NYC and Austin – bringing together a community of readers and supporters who want more intellectual discussion here in our square state. We are a Colorado outfit, now run solely by Coloradans and for Coloradans, not for the purpose of making money, but working toward a smarter, better informed and tighter knit community.

Look at the current chart!
The EWSI chart is a thing of beauty!
EWSI chart
1. RSI reset and turning up.
2. PPS touching and bouncing off the 60 MA (the green line is a great indicator to follow)
3. MACD turning upwards. No question about the trend there.
4. Accumulation going through the roof!
You can't ask for a better chart!
Interesting news item, TMan -- maybe, but ...
I don't think it pertains to UWBKQ in any capacity. Frankie just needs some pocket money. Unless ... he's going to give the money to someone to buy up a whole bunch of UWBKQ shares!?
Buying more today ...
Great opportunity here.
I hit the ask at .0032 ...
but was given the 200,000 shares at .0028. Nice of them.
Closing price should have been .0032
Last sale was 200,000 shares at .0032. Is this showing up on anybody's platform?
Is there a leak?
Beautiful progression ...
I was comparing the charts of both NTE_ and EWSI and was a bit jealous of the spike that was happening in the N stock today, but the rise there was too high and now there is a sell-off. EWSI is a thing of beauty. It's a much sounder stock for the future and the rise is slow and steady. Definitely acting like a future big board stock. The turtle will win the race.
