I hope it does go up to .003 or higher for you guys, I just have the feeling that when they start distribution of their products, it will be with Party Dogg LLC which is another company that you will have no interest in. I might be slapping the ask of Party Dogg
What was it, that was not the truth, no news on Party Dogg LLC, but if you go to the website all the products are there, all rights are in Party Dogg's name and even registered in 2010, even an updated pic of the pirate bottle, with the new name Party Dogg Pirate Punch. They have a new telephone #, new address, and are operating 2 companies now, with products on both web sites, I am not trying to scare anyone and there was not a person here that was a stronger long than me, I am out, good luck, just dont be crying like the hat trick guys saying you did not see this coming.
You can call Party Dogg at 631-382-8651 and leave a message, looks like that is where they are working at now, new address too, 64 Smithtown Blvd., Smithtown, NY 11787
Yes that was me, to many things are not right, no news, not replying back to emails, now putting all the products into another company called Party Dogg LLC, HFBG looks to be transferring all assets to party Dogg LLC, including all rights, so where does that leave HFBG shareholders, I believe it will be like Hat trick, with no value left at all. Good luck to all longs, I dont mean to bash, just sold my 10 million and am moving on, maybe HFBG will say something one day besides we are working to get the CE off. You cant have 2 companies one Hall of Fame Beverages Inc and party Dogg LLC with the same products one has to shut down. Just a warning. Not to mention mystery V Group, who no one knows anything about.
you can go to pinksheets at this website, for free level 2 on some stocks. http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/index.jsp Just enter in stock symbol in quotes
It always seems to be Nite with the lowest ask all the time
Time for a 777,777 trade at .0009
So the 249k in sales was from testing according to one of the older news articles.
V group is expecting to have products on the shelves by early May in the Northeast and June on the West Coast. Testing has already been completed in the Northeast in 2009 and the response was overwhelming.
if you look at the year ending 2009 annual filing, they had 249,177 in sales and 64,252 in cost of sales, that is a 75% gross profit, if they get the funding they need, that would be 152 million in sales, would be 114 million in gross profits, even on the low side would be 60 million in sales and 45 million in gross profits, this looks really cheap with a market cap of 1 million right now, all they have to say is, we are hitting the shelves and this price is history.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Projections 5k cases/ mo. 25k cases/mo $5.2 m
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
With Added Funding 20k cases/ mo. 70k cases/mo $12.7 m
I agree why would there be 40 million shares that were shorted at .0008, shorts are trying like crazy to drive this down.
After hour trades of .0009 hit
Strongest day I have seen with 35 million on buy side and 4 million on sell side, .001 just hit weeeeeeeeeeeeee, lets us in on the news too
another 10 million buy, .001 are up now, someone slap that ask
Why are we the last ones to know something is cooking, might be news released to wire for after hours, more volume in last hour than whole week
Thats what I am thinking someone knows news is going to hit about products hitting shelves, strong buys now
guess the web site is getting updated, I hit email from the website, and I got a automatic reply back in minutes saying this: Thank you for contacting Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. Your email will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate person. This is an Automatic Reply please do not reply to this message. Thank you again for contacting us.
I think he is talking about HFBG, having some big news coming out
I am a strong long also, I noticed the short volume has decreased the last 4 days straight,82% on 4/16, 49% on 4/19, 28% on 4/20, and 17% today on 4/21. The bollinger bands have gotten tight also, which usually means a big price move. Any good news and it is off to the dog races.
It looks like GoSolo is using a go800 # but it goes to a answering service, GOIG is using a go800 # but you connect by text by a automated answering service calling you back in seconds
So GoSolo does the same thing
http://www.gosolo.com/my/800tollfree.shtml
Is this what they are doing, because I texted 2 of the keywords that were posted and got a automated operator to call me back both times.
No I just texted subarunh at go800 and got Milford Subaru in NH, I live in Indiana
That is what I am saying, every Subaru dealer would have to have there own keyword
I can see how the as seen on tv products could really use the go800 text, you could just text them and they call you back, no waiting, but I do not see the advantage of large companies doing it, how many times have you called wal-mart, or pepsi general office. If I am calling pizza hut, I want my local pizza hut, not a national pizza hut calling me back.
So where did you buy Atomic Dogg, everyone on the board here acts like it is getting ready to hit the shelves at the end of the month. From the news I get the AND product is hitting the shelves at the end of the month or early May.
Is this video from the last convention in Las Vegas: http://www.halloffamebeverages.com/hfbvtv
See what happens when you short a energy drink, look at EQLB
If you go to Hall of Fame Beverage Website, hit products then store locations here is the link: http://www.halloffamebeverages.com/Locations.html Says more coming soon
So they are rolling out new products end of April, or just getting to more stores, the website says they are in 312 locations now, so they are already selling.
Raised shares from 5 billion in Oct 2009 to 25 billion 4/10, has reverse split written all over it.
Looks like another energy drink is on top of IHUB list today, EQLB but they make energy tablets, I would rather be drinking Atomic Dogg, than dropping a tablet into my drink, lol
Has someone call the TA and checked on AS, last filing was Oct 09, with 5 billion shares, was thinking of buying but need to know share count.
As stated in the Shareholder Call on March 18, 2010, management confirmed the Company has currently no plans to initiate a reverse split. The company is committed to building shareholder value by creating and distributing a highly saleable, leading edge and profitable beverage product line. Management is pleased with progress to date and anticipates exponential growth as the new products
are launched inside of 60 days starting in the N.E. U.S. region.
So the only ones selling is the shorts, 10,734,035 shares traded and 8,809,546, of those shares were sold short, that is 82% of the sells were shorts, and the price still went up 11% Shorts are going to have to start buying sometime, might not be any shares to buy when news comes out.
So 8,809,546 shares were shorted, but 5,695,400 shares were bought on the ask, that is like saying if you want to short we will buy it.
Party Dogg was formed in 6/29/2009, in Delaware, if they were going to change the symbol, I think they would have done it by now:
https://delecorp.delaware.gov/tin/controller
On the website they give 312 locations that sell HFBG products, number of stores seems to be rising.
Just digging around again, at the bottom of HFBG web site, says property of HFBG and Millennium Brands limited, if you pull up Millennium Brands at this site: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2004_March_9/ai_114055069/ it says they are in partnership with Phillips Beverage Co. Here is the web site for Phillips: http://www.phillipsdistilling.com/index2.php
Need to send these market makers some Atomic Dogg shots, get them fired up, so they hit the buy button. ETMM is getting ready to buy at .001
