I hope you realize that in 2007, the O/s of this company was small, as was the A/S. Since then hundreds of millions of shares were issued. There's a billion O/S according to an earlier posting.
Those Kiri trees better be working miracles.
No one is mocking anyone. I simply stated that the other poster's comments about losing loads of money on this stock were not a good endorsement. You will notice that I did not make fun of the person in any way.
How dare you say that I mock people. I'm a people person.
Where's the love? All I do is ask a few questions and I get all this venom squirted at me. For shame on you (possible) pumpers.
I think the 28th is the last day for the year-end tax selling. Remember, it's T + 3 if I'm not mistaken.
BTW, exactly what is the O/S?
Don't forget the platinum and peanuts.
"Everyone here should ABSOLUTELY know by now that O/S is not 650 million - but one billion."
HUH? I didn't know the actual o/s was 1 billion! I thought the A/S was 1 billion.
Man, you learn something new every day.
Aw gee. Maybe if you re-read what I posted, you'd see there was no "mocking" as you put it. BTW, how do you know I'm even a "man" as you put it? Women-folk know how to use computers too.
People would sell right now to avoid further losses. Like someone posted that they had suffered huge losses with this stock. That could be one reason. The other is that a PR was due on 12/15/09, wasn't it? Where'd it go?
"corrupt acquisition of wealth" by the government officals. what exactly does this mean? Is there a problem with skimming? Or, worse? You wrote it, not me.
Sorry to be a killjoy, but the project is in Kenya. As in the Kenya with all the troubles going on. Thanks for putting the link.
Is there any chance they could grow medical marijuanna? The climate and soil would probably yield some of the best production of this crop in the world. If this could be part of the farming efforts, then this company could significantly improve its pps very quickly with a sustainable, high demand cash crop that would be regulated by the government, etc. The hell with corn and yams.
No. Not every nation will want them. Some nations don't need them. Others won't participate.
Gold falls on economic optimism, stronger dollar
Dec. 21, 2009, 1:58 p.m. EST ·
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Gold futures fell Monday to end below $1,100 an ounce for the first session in more than six weeks, on expectations that key U.S. economic data due this week might bring closer an eventual interest-rate hike, curbing inflation expectations and reducing gold's investment appeal. Meanwhile, the dollar strengthened against most of its major rivals, weighing on dollar-denominated gold prices. Gold for December delivery fell $15.40, or 1.4%, to end at $1,095.40 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, ending below the $1,100 level for the first time since Nov. 6.

Actually, TIPS are a good investment. Also, take notice that some large shorting of long bonds have started in the last week or so. This indicates that interest rates are expected to increase next year and the current long and intermediate bonds will trade at a discount. Hence, that's why shorting long and intermediate bonds is where the BIG money people will be heading (are heading). IMO.
If you've noticed, some of the inverse gold etf's are increasing. Not good for gold prices. I would like a lot of gold hauled out ASAP while prices are still good. This would help shareholders lots. IMO.
I'll give you a guess.
Please sir, watch your language.
The people selling are trying to get either a capital loss to offset any capital gains or they are in the green and taking profits. Maybe a few are doing as you say, but I think the first two possibilities are more likely.
Of course gold is flat. Bernanke is inferring that he'll be raising interest rates next year. Not good for gold. That's why I'd like to see a few tons of gold and diamonds pulled out ASAP while prices are still good! Wouldn't you?
I think you might get your wish pretty soon. IMO.

Just trying to help.
That's a good one. Every time I've asked that question, I've been deleted.
Can Stockwatch really publish that kind of thing without something to back it up? Do you have a link, I'd like to see what facts they have. It seems to diminish the CC efforts quite a bit. IMO.
Are you sure about that? If prices are set to fall as you infer, then why would anyone get on board with CC now? It would be nice if they did since it could drive the pps up and some waiting to sell could dump this if they wanted to. But, all in all, things are not set in stone and we need to focus on gold and diamonds first and foremost IMO.

Were for art thou oh carbon credit pumpers?
We need to focus on gold and diamonds since the CC stuff is like vapor right now. Please note I have not violated TOU so do not edit out my honest news and opinion as has been done before.
"the company has 400,000,000 shares at it's disposal to pay for future needs"
Do you mean they could dilute further whenever they feel like it? Oh man. A year ago there were only a fraction of these shares, now we've got AS of 1 billion. BTW, why is a Candian company registered in NEVADA?
From what I know of Nevada corpo rules, the Vice-president can be anonymous and there's alot of other little things you can do wit a Nevada corp.
Has anyone checked the Nevada SOS to see if new filngs have been made to increase AS or anything like that? Just curious as I don't want any investment further diluted.

Where for art thou oh carbon credit pumpers?
What is this moo thing you are on about? Are you confused about something? Please focus on the gold potential of this company and stop trying to bash my honest questions and concerns.

I am not making stuff up like all the "pumpers" seem to be doing!
We need to focus on the gold potential of this company first and foremost. IMO.
How dare you. If I was trying to "mislead" as you say, I would not have included the article, but just made up some BS instead. I am tired of being harrassed for voicing any type of opinion that is not on the "pupmer" side of this issue. I think that "pumpers" are the one "manipulating" the stock price as you say. IMO.

From the web: It is a pink sheet stock that is only good for a trade,
not a long term hold….That said it is a gold mining
stock that is due to run.
New MM Pick: SGCP
Entry: .001 and under
Ok…so what was the result? It recently hit .008!
Matt did say that he issued a recommendation that his members at least sell half of their shares around the .004 level…but even if they sold all of their shares around that level…it would still be a 400% gainer.
They've been "on the cusp" of "big profits" for a LONG time. Just exactly how long a time frame are we talking about here? 10 years or 20 years?
NEWS:Carbon-trading boom could go bust!
From Thailand -
In a sign of the upbeat scenario, executive director of Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organisation (TGO), Sirithan Pairojboriboon, revealed last week that 27 projects had been approved and the figure would exceed 100 by the end of this year.
Until last July, when TGO was established, only 17 projects had been approved for carbon trading. Since then, 10 more have been approved.
The carbon-credit business is new globally. Some businessmen jokingly call it a trading of emptiness, while some activists claim it is tantamount to making money from global warming.
This business is based on a tool called the clean development mechanism (CDM), initiated and designed as part of the Kyoto Protocol.
"It is new and many opportunities are available. However, it is also an unstable business," said Anat Prapasawat of Advance Energy Plus.
"There is high potential in Thailand, especially in the energy sector. We can invest more on technology to reduce carbon emissions and gain carbon credits for selling to clients," a businessman said.
But researchers like Bantoon Setsirot said cherry-picking would soon end. Though there is still plenty of room for growth, running the business will slowly get tougher.
It is a big challenge but if it fails to rise to it, the present boom in carbon trading will go bust.
WE NEED FIGURES ON THE GOLD PRODUCTION!
George Soros predicted the Breakup of the EU back in 2000. As of 2009, the EU has actually gotten stronger! The Euro is higher than in 2000. Soros is not always right. When he's wrong, he's wrong in a BIG way. Don't just take Soros "opinion" for what to do. We should view this company for the gold and diamond potential at this stage in order to be safe and avoid "irrational exuberance" as Greenspan puts it. IMO. I'd like to see a PR on the gold mining situation myself. We need to pull out some gold before interest rates increase and gold starts to sink.
Why would Ambassador Ibrahim S. Conteh need to appeal to the World Bank if the Carbon Credit money was on its way? Think about that. From what I've been reading, much of this CC hype is maybe not going to happen OR is delayed for a few years. Wasn't there suppose to be a PR out yesterday? I've been waiting for it.
What if these countries lined up for carbon credit money handouts at Copenhagen don't et money given to them? What happens to the CC thing with this company? Could it fall flat and be worthless? Also, when is gold production going to start? Gold doesn't seem to be jumping as much anymore since word of possible rising interest rates next year. Any news?
Huh? I don't think there's any "big buys" coming for some reason. On what factual basis do you say this? we're just seeing some day trader action imo.
I would not hold my breath waiting for any PR tomorrow. Do not count on the CC thing taking off like you think either. The CC market is riddled with fraud as anyone who performs DD can attest to.
Rojutu, if it ever rises to where you're in the green, then you should know what to do by now.
This stock tends to go real low before going up again. It may slide more, but it may not. It all depends on the gold since the CC thing if rahter iffy if you check the news sources a lot.
