Bruce, I saw the reply to Wilco on how you came here, thanks.
Thanks for the reply. I would love the short answer to what brought you over to our board? I was involved in CPN and am well aware of the power of hedge funds. However, I think somethings here are not what they appear. I spoke to the pr firm they hired, your opinion of that is noted. He said the 3 guys from Axis basically went public with this company that has indeed changed names several times. But Jim, Kip and the other guy have not been with those other 6 companies. I think the last was an entertainment company. Which by the way was involved with Harrahs, see pr. I would assume those to be failed business ventures, and these guys stepped up to fund Axis. New stock name new business. Now that could send up a few red flags, but I have called several companies utilizing their ballast and the comments were outstanding.
They are selling their product, expanding quickly, and projecting amazing revenues. I like my chances this time against the hedgies.
Bruce, what is the timeline on all these stocks on the list to go under? A little tounge in cheek.

Bruce, you never actually answered me. I have spoken to IR personally. He gave me the shares outstanding, as well as the float. Now, this company went public on Oct. 30th correct? The simple fact is many companies show up on the fail to deliver after impressive runups. I have no doubt they won't be on there Monday or Tuesday, as I seen that before with stocks. Who have you spoken with to to validate your post? What experience do you have to impart this wisdom on us. Hedge funds are very strong, no doubt, but sometimes things are not as bad as you make them.
Thanks for the discussion, I do enjoy different opinions. I do like opinions supported with facts, if you can do that. Again, I spoke to IR. The things I discussed with Charles Garcia have me excited about this company, very excited.
Then one of you two please help me understand. How did Axis get Brite-lites, True value, Harrahs, DFW, and the slew of others to get in on this "scam"? Also there are 60 million shares outstanding so Bruce your numbers are off. I don't dispute that they showed up on the naked short list. It is listed under Rule3210 Flag. I will plead ignorant to what that is. However, it seems logical that given the remarkable rise, shorts would come out of the woodwork, like pennypusher.
Penny I reported your reply to MS80 to ihub. I really don't want this board to go the way of most.
Absolutely...it won't be today but I like wireless. Wilco has quite a community of wireless industry types from his IDCC board, maybe you should ask him as well.
Looks like we finish quite a wild week in great shape. I would think the millions of shares that traded this week ended up in stronger hands. Hopefully we have formed a base of support, and the string of positives from Axis continues. After securing the 3 companies to distibute and sell their product this week. It seems a matter of time before sales explode!
As always IMHO
Take a look at penny's history and see the type of stock he can afford :)

About the Axis DDH Ballast:
A "ballast" is an electronic component that regulates voltage in light fixtures. Axis Technologies Group, Inc. has developed an innovative new ballast with the aim of expanding daylight harvesting, into mainstream lighting applications. The patented Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting Ballast (DDH) is a new technology that transforms the ballast, a once standard lighting industry staple, into a dynamic energy saving system that can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 70%. The Axis DDH Ballast utilizes an individual photo sensor to automatically adjust the amount of electrical current flowing to the light fixture and then dims or increases lighting in conjunction with the amount of available sunlight. The Axis DDH Ballast avoids "over-lit" conditions that increase energy costs by harvesting and utilizing free daylight from windows or skylights. As the amount of available daylight fluctuates the Axis DDH Ballast keeps lighting "tuned" to the desired level in a designated area.
Peter and penny...my biggest question to you is, how did Axis get brite lites to help them send out the latest pump? These guys are good...lol.
Pennypusher, I see from your history the optimism you bring to the investor world. Perhaps you should keep playing the .002 cent stocks. I am thinking this one is a little pricey for you.
Lisa, good luck with your investment. I think you made a good choice. 200 shares could be a whole lot of money someday. Here is a link to a research report on AXTG. Imho it is a well balanced view.

With all the good news, and promise this company continues to show. I think wall street is noticing.

Peter, It might be time to cover my good man. Don't be greedy, I believe you are sitting on a ticking bomb. You call them out for all this pr they release. I am curious what part of today's pr is bad for Axis? What part of sales projections confuses you? I am not trying to egg you on, and I hope this board can stay away from pissing matches.
You continue to mention prior sales figures. Do you understand while they were testing their product there was probably some income generated. What I see is a compny that got all the ducks in a row got the patent approved and went public. The venture capitalists may be questionable, perhaps. The product however continues to produce incredible results.
Any comments from you or others are welome. Please stick to facts. I spoke to the PR guy on Monday evening and after speaking to him I will continue to load up on this stock.
Shocker, thanks for you honesty. What did you short at? Good luck to you.
Peter can you tell me if you own any of this? If not, can you tell me why you are here? TIA
Possibly, founders shares are going to be sold as the price goes up. Other shares are probably set aside for options. For now I will enjoy the small float, and watch to see if this product will take off. As it seems to be doing.
of course they are

Poast# 85 was Monday, you said you called over the weekend. What is your deal? A day old news is not "old" news.
Gary what are you talking about? They proposed the split yesterday. Are you saying you heard this prior?
MS80 it is good to see that they appear to be looking at all the options.
Mythical, based on your history of posts this appears a typical response from you. What brought you over here? Looking out for us?
The biggest part was the desire to list with a larger exchange. That is the correct goal and direction for the company. It should happen fairly quickly, one would think.

LOL, thats funny can you patent cow sh-t?
Just hung up with Charles Garcia. He is the hired PR guy for AXTG. I asked him about the split, he indicated that the company thinks it is good for the shaqreholder because there is only 15 mil in the float, and they do 3.5 mil a day, liquidity. He said of course the Nasdaq is the goal. He said he receives 50-75 calls a day, from me to the large institutions. He said there are people calling to fund the Co. to buy the Co. there is alot of interest. He said there are 24 employees, that 3 guys started the CO. there is also a few VC's the guys that backed the co. The growth potential is the most compelling part of my conversation, it was the talk OEMS, Manufactures, lighting companies, and a plethora of other interests speaking to the company. It would behoove any investor or potential investor to make this call.
Axis Ballasts Selected for Marion Gerrish Community Center
Thursday November 9, 5:00 pm ET
LINCOLN, NE--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 9, 2006 -- Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Other OTC:AXTG.PK - News) announced today that the Marion Gerrish Community Center located in Derry, New Hampshire has completed a lighting upgrade using the Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) Ballast.
"We expect this installation to lead to significant lighting energy reductions," said Dana Lemieux at the Community Center. "I am thrilled with the Axis DDH ballasts. The Axis DDH ballasts are replacing magnetic T12 ballasts that were using 180 watts of energy per fixture. We were able to set the Axis dipswitch at 40% output after installation, which uses 59 watts of energy per fixture. We are already experiencing a 67% lighting energy reduction at all times, and the daylight harvesting feature will improve on that when daylight is present," added Lemieux.
The Axis DDH ballast incorporates a patented dipswitch that allows fixed-level dimming in 10% increments from 100% of output to 40% output, with a corresponding reduction in electrical energy. This means the fixture can be "tuned" to the light level desired, or to reduce "overlit" conditions. Further, a patented photocell attached to each ballast measures sunlight coming through windows or skylights and dims the fixture to as much as an 80% lighting reduction. This is all totally automatic and is unnoticed by building occupants.
Hey Rich, I live in Bedford, you? I spoke to Dana Lemieux of Marion Gerrish Community Center located in Derry, New Hampshire. He was so happy to speak to me about the Axis product. He told me his electric bill went from 800 to 500 in a month. They have plans to put the ballasts in more of the center. The amazing thing was PSNH paid almost the entire ballast bill for a rebate. I think it was 50 dollars of the 54. He found them by a web search he needed a light harvesting ballast for the rebate and that was the only one he found. I included the article in the next post.
no that great news.
Emulwa here is an example of a recent otc that split and now look.

Stock Splits
By David Gass
Stock Split is a kind of corporate action wherein the existing outstanding shares are divided in order to boost the liquidity of shares. The prices of the shares are adjusted automatically in the stock market when the action is implemented. It needs to be clarified that the equity capital of the company and its net assets remain the same. For instance, assume that the board of directors of a company decides to go for a 3:1 stock split. In this scenario, if the existing value per share is $90, the new value per share would become $30, while the net worth of the stock would remain the same.
Liquidity
The main reason behind companies going for a stock spit is to increase the liquidity of the shares in stock the market. More liquidity makes the buying and selling of the shares of a particular company easier. The split is either referred in the form of ratio or percentage as per the convenience of shareholders. Liquidity is an important factor to be considered by the management of the company. It is defined as the degree of flexibility to purchase or sell the shares or securities without making an impact on the prices of that share. It is done for the betterment of the investors.
Reverse Stock Split
Reverse stock split is an action that increases the par value of a share, while the total number of the company’s outstanding shares decreases. In this kind of split there is no effect on the net equity capital. To clarify the concept, we can take the following example. If the board of directors of a company decides to pursue a reverse split of 1:5, a shareholder having 5 shares of that company will now own only one share, but the value of that one share will be equivalent to the total value of 5 shares.
Reasons for Opting Stock Split
Over the past few years, companies used to pursue stock splits in order to help brokerage firms, since brokerage firms used to charge commission on the basis of number of shares being traded. Also market had been welcoming greater liquidity. However, the same does not hold true in today’s market, as most of the brokers charge a flat rate, irrespective of the number of shares you want to trade.
An investor may have concern that he or she is capable enough to purchase shares of high value. But a greater number of shares at a reduced purchase rate per share after stock split would make an investor to feel comfortable in making positions the stock. In this way, companies with a higher price may go for a stock split and decrease the rate per share, eventually attracting prospective investors. The net value and overall stock value remains the same at the end of the day, with higher greater number of shares and investors.
The market is now equipped with softwares that can enable you to handle necessary documents related to stock splits. Softwares to understand the accounting procedure involved in this process are available in the market at affordable prices.
