Everything that Martin guy just said is true. The WTE system owned by IPWG by far supersedes all others in the industry.
Peter had a vision for the evolution of waste management and green energy before the EU energy plan ,before the gulf spill by BP and the meltdown in Fukushima. It was even before global realization of the harmful effect of carbon gases released into the atmosphere by our practices. Peter bought patent rights to the mega WTE system recipe! By taking a dash of WTE ,adding a lil Addpower ,combined with maybe just a pinch of Anovo AB and scrubpower ,along with Peter's global connections that he met through the military and abroad in his works with waste(including a Prince ,Tony Blair and other members of royal and international controlling families)and you have IPWG. He envisioned the idea when these techs were very inexpensive to acquire. He did this even before David Rothschild coined the Zeitgeist Movement and proposed the future of carbon credits..Peter envisioned IPWG when the greenhouse effect was laughed about.
Yes ,Rodger Riney has seemingly acted hostile towards Peter and IPWG. The company's been shorted bad for years. He's not the only one to blame though. IMO the CT cooperation out of "Providence" got him interested in the first place. Through into the mix the boys out of Boston to New Jersey on CT's end ,some naysayers from Missouri to Nebraska from Riney's stomping grounds and a few Florida folks lingering from the Wagenti days and America looks like a lot less friendly place for Peter to do business. Maybe IPWG thinks ingenuity in America has been crushed by the greedy rich who want to keep their 200.000,000 servants(working class) under their controlled crappy paychecks. Or maybe IPWG and Peter think most rich people in America like to steal or takeover ideas because they can't come up with any of their own. It could be neither ,either or both of those reasons. The fact is he had to take his vision across the seas to partner up with the EU and other nations in order to protect his company.
Years ago ,people migrated from other places to a hungry nation named after Amerigo in order to escape oppression and abuse. Now IPWG has run away from that same nation back to old nations that are hungry once more in order to escape the same type of oppression and abuse. Ironic isn't it?
The rich in the U.S. get great ideas sent to them for funding on a daily basis(IPWG tried to do business here as well). Obviously ,many of these wealthy people either try to steal the ideas and share them with their friends ignore them if necessary/possible , or attempt to destroy new visionaries like Peter if their is a "going concern".
New Ingenuity can not be stopped ,and if stunted locally it will seek out foreign relations. When someone like Peter comes to them with great ideas ,it is in their best interest to work with them and to take very good care of them. That is ,unless ,they'd like to see New England turn into old England. Happy Memorial day weekend, and God bless America.
Let peace, descending from her native heaven, bid her olives spring amidst the joyful nations; and plenty, in league with commerce, scatter blessings from her copious hand!

Actually I talked to Peter after that PR and he said the Irish group and him had settled their differences and have built a mutual respect for each other.
Furthermore ,the Irish group's stock was attacked by the same manipulators that have been attacking IPWG for years. The proof is in the pudding ,just as soon as Guildea took a seat on IPWG's board his companies stock began to get shorted. Take a look back at their chart and you'll see the pps getting ate up since that pr. IMO John Guildea and his partners got to look at the books ,realized Peter was being honest about IPWG being under hostile attack for years ,and has silently joined forces with IPWG. When they come out of the bag with what's really happening for IPWG the opposition will be fried like they got hit by a nuke. IMO that's why IPWG has not released any new information since John Guildea and his partners took seats on the board.
Now as far as who's buying all these shares??! Probably the Italian Group ,perhaps the shares are being treated as collateral towards the loan.
Finally ,with the Irish group on the board and the Italian's stepping off the board ,while saying that the work was in Peter in John's very capable hands ,IPWG took on a new form towards imminent success. In other words ,we don't need a new regime ,we already have one. Happy Memorial day ,cheers!
I hate newspapermen. They come into camp and pick up their camp rumors and print them as facts. I regard them as spies, which, in truth, they are.

You can learn a lot from a person's character ,and Peter has great character. The companies been under attack since day one. We have survived and we will succeed. The chill was due to a supposed Signature Loan case that IPWG was not on trial for. How convenient ,the DTC placed it just as funding was announced and IPWG was taking off. They effectively grounded it. Yes it is fraud and they cheated big time. If you don't agree with that ,then we'll just have to agree to disagree. I can't talk about it anymore ,it makes me nauseous. GLTY and whatever it is that you're doing.
Why do you call them the Irish?! Anyways ,if you are invested with John Gildea and have spoken with him then you have spoken with the company(since he sits on the board). Why would anyone with John Gildea post negative comments towards IPWG?!! He gets a seat on the board and I still hear people(supposedly his supporters)crying for a "new regime". Since its inception to date people have tried to take this company from its founder with hostility. It was Peter's vision ,let him take it through the finish line. Oh ,and the chill ,what a joke. Can you say FRAUD?! C'mon Peter ,we've got this baby ,finish it!!!
Have you ever even spoken with this company? Are you invested here? I have and I am. Every time I've talked to either Peter or John it's been a positive experience. I have no doubt that IPWG will meet the obligatory requirements that are necessary to obtain funding from Italy(and please ,don't ask me what those requirements are ,because I don't know ,they do.).Want to give me your take on why this B.S. chill is still in place?
Oh ,and yes ,I was going to drop by the office ,but somebody hacked into one of our accounts and committed a payroll loan fraud against us(isn't that lovely). I'll be dropping by soon enough though.
Haven't had a pr since the "Irish"(as if it's the whole nation of Ireland/lol)took a seat on the board. IPWG's been hush hush ,but IMO ,not for long. Peter and John said they'll get it done and they will.
Lmao ,and I thought this board was about SPFM's progress and everyone involved in their success. Is it just about Greg ,nope. Retired FBI and ex-military sits on the board. Greg must have kidnapped them/lol.
Um ,that's not true. Felons like Greg turn their lives around all the time. We all know about Greg's past. What's your point?!
Really! I'm glad he's a great hacker ,all the better for SPFM. Greg has turned his life around ,just as many others have ,and now he uses his skills in a legal and helpful manner. It's funny that I'm even explaining this to you.
Soon's as good a guess as any. Why would anybody ask someone that in the first place?! SPFM has recently mentioned being very profitable ,IMO this tells me financial filings are on the nearby horizon.
Why would I have the answer to that question? My guess would be soon.
Everything. SPFM has not done in R/S as was negatively spread before and the name change is not connected to a R/S either. What's true about it?
This is false information:
Buying spfm right is bad advice and now would only allow promoters the chance to unload spfm stock before the name change and R/S. Hopefully shareholders who have held will actually SELL to get something out of this pig.
If it's not already announced, they will announce a R/S, make no mistake about that.(end of false information)
The above is make believe ,there will be no R/S with or without the name change. The same false rumor was spread months ago and it's not happening. Why tell a story like this?
We have a new CEO ,please stay up to date.
The stickies are great too
Yes , I think that's a fine suggestion. Look in the above IBOX to research the previous events of SPFM's progress.
Yes it is ,in more ways than one. Stick to SPFM.

Trades cost more than a dollar.IPWG's pps does not end at 2 dollars(although it won't be there for at least another couple of years ,unless...)
There's been 50 posts s ince noonish/lol. What are you talking about?!!
Already locked and loaded. If you're clever or smart ,or whatever ,I suggest you do the same. GLTY
Read the Ibox above ,your information pertaining to the company is no longer valid(Many work with SPFM). We've established that Greg is a hacker ,that's his job. It is a proven falsehood stating that Greg is the only one with SPFM. IMO your prognosis has no basis.
There's no growing doubt ,with the exception of that which you just stated ,your own(IMO you're just trying to buy back cheap shares). Nice to see this news ,don't you agree?! This is no longer about Greg at all! Jonathan is the Director of finance ,FBI and ex-military sit on the board. Looks great!!!
SPFM NEWS...SPFM's symbol changing in order to uplist to Nasdaq or OTCBB ,relocates to Los Angeles to increase retail sales and will premier in L.A. mass media on television ,radio and print!!

SPOOFEM.COM Changes Its Name to Hi-Tech Crime Solutions Inc. and Moves Office to Los Angeles, California
ATLANTA, May 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — SPOOFEM.COM USA (OTC: SPFM) is pleased to announce it has changed its name to Hi-Tech Crime Solutions Inc. It has shut down it’s Norcross, Georgia office and has move its office to 400 Continental Blvd, El Segundo, California 90245 United States, to expand its focus on retail sales. SPOOFEM.COM USA, an Oklahoma corporation, is currently one of the largest caller ID telephone spoofing services. It allows you to change your caller ID, text messages and e-mails.
SPOOFEM.COM’s sister company LIGATT Security International (OTC: LGTT) received numerous inquires from smaller companies with security software or individuals who are security experts and wanted LIGATT to represent them to market their products. CEO and President of both companies, Gregory D. Evans, feels changing the name to Hi-Tech Crime Solutions and moving the offices to Los Angeles will be the best way to do that.
“I think this is a great time and what better place to be than Los Angeles, California. Cyber crime is a very big arena. There are a lot of people trying to get into this business. They may be computer minded but not business minded. They may not be able to have the concept, knowledge or contacts to bring a product to the retail environment. This is where Hi-Tech Crime Solutions Inc. comes into play,” says Evans.
Evans will step down as CEO of the company and will bring on a new CEO who has a strong background in business and marketing with a proven track record and years of experience in the industry of bringing products from concept to reality.
“A name change has already taken place in Oklahoma and we filed paperwork to change the NASDAQ stock symbol,” adds Evans.
This is part of the goal for SPOOFEM.COM to take Hi-Tech Crime Solutions Inc. to the NASDAQ or at least the bulletin board. This will expand the company’s horizon so it is not just focused on caller ID spoofing services and spyware.
In addition, Hi-Tech Crime Solutions Inc. will also book speaking engagements on TV, Radio and Print to promote products through the company. For additional information on products and services offered by the company visit www.hitechcrimesolutions.com.
Part of this press release was sent out but not delivered to all media outlets for investors’ awareness.

That's because it's a bogus accusation. Anyways ,I'm more interested in the uplisting ,new CEO ,profits and financials. Cunning is an acquired skill. I like to look at people's posts(regardless where it is that they post)sometimes to see what they're really about. Don't you?? You know ,maybe even follow them a bit to get a sense of their being...and then they accuse Greg of scamming/lol. I've done my research and I'm 110% certain Greg chose to travel on a better path years ago ,as did I The NBA and others seem to think so too.
No ,but please ,do not buy any stock here. We don't need any more insight regarding Greg Evans. Thanks and have a great day.
You're welcome I'm glad you like it. Momentum's shifting up here. Let's cross that finish line SPFM ,we can cheer afterwards.
SPFM Ibox updated...thanks for adding me as an assist..and enjoy your trip!!
You're welcome fine sir ,glad it helped.
Special class shares keep Peter as the majority shareholder. They were issued a while back.
Brother ,you might want to check the link provided concerning this subject in my recent post(s)(It's also in the Ibox). Problem is bub ,you think I'm wrong ,I know I'm right. I don't want anyone to feel that their opinions have been left out. Try to show me something on the OTC's site that lists otherwise. You cannot ,you hath nill to confirm your statement(s). To clarify ,you are not saying that I am wrong ,you are stating that the OTC is wrong since that's who I quoted(Apparently it's not a secret ,it's been listed there for four months/lol). GLTY.
Anyways ,IPWG's position in China is very interesting ,but I've heard a lot of complaints regarding financials. Rumor has it that IPWG's 2011 Q1 financials will be available to view in a few days per se:
International Power Group Ltd. expected to report Q1 2011 results on May 23, 2011. This event was calculated by Capital IQ (Created on May 17, 2011).
http://www.realpennies.com/otc/IPWG
Again ,are you in denial?! The truth is through the link that you put in the Ibox. I'll list it here for your convenience:
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/quote_module.asp?qm_page=2855&symbol=IPWG
Shanxi International Power Group (OOTC:IPWG) Co., Ltd. listed as issuing an unknown number of bonds in late Jan. 2011. I haven't made any errors ,it's right there printed in black and white if you'd care to read it.
Perhaps IPWG's brilliance is finally beginning to surface. Who knows? I never did believe in the conspiracies created against IPWG anyways. For years lies have been spread against the company causing a downward spiral in the pps. So ,in a way ,I guess the tape does lie ,or it can at least be manipulated by brainwashing stupid investors in to making bad decisions towards good companies. Pretty much done with that nonsense ,stupid left IPWG a long time ago. Only the strong have survived ,and IPWG has surely survived.
Are you in denial?! I already know of the company that you quoted and I originally retrieved IPWG's real China bond information from your link in the Ibox to the OTC's website.
OTC Bulletin Board Information Link: (IPWG.PK) http://www.otcbb.com/asp/quote_module.asp?qm_page=2855&symbol=IPWG
Three links from that page that specifically state the name:
Shanxi International Power Group (OOTC:IPWG) Co., Ltd.
This is backed up here as well:
http://www.istockanalyst.com/article/viewiStockNews/articleid/4821793
Since IPWG announced an office in China several months ago it makes perfect sense. It's not a conspiracy.
Vic ,I think it means none of us really know about IPWG's progress. I think they're keeping some great things under wraps until the right time ,and we do not know when that time is. It does appear that they opened a office in Shanxi north China. I find three separate dates of Chinese 1 year bond issuances on the OTC's page for IPWG ,listed as so:
Bond Product-Shanxi International Power Group (OOTC:IPWG) Co., Ltd.
Term amount 365 Days
Coupon rate 0.8%
Number issued Not Available
Offering dates Jan. 18-20, 2011
Cheers!!!(Vic you gotta try the Filthy brand olives ,they come dipped in Vermouth ,are big ,juicy and delicious!)
How about this?!!

Many have taken an interest in IPWG's company ,8.5 billion shares sold. Obviously someone bought them ,but who??! I don't think it was the complainers ,nope ,definitely not.
Let's say you had bought 20,000,000 shares of IPWG at .50 and your broker decided to lend them out to a short investor for a fee. Then that same short "borrower" who hedged against the company socially campaigns against it in an attempt to deflate it's value. Perhaps he(shorty ,third party) then takes the second party's money(that's you once you agree to the broker's(who has almost always played the parts of the first and third party investors)shady small print)and invests it in to his own company. Then the guys company falls down ,he loses your money and has no shares because he cashed them in at .45 cents years ago. Now he either has to come out of his empty pocket to buy the shares back and hopes either a new manipulative venture will pay off ,that his company might rebound or that he can help to decimate the company that he shorted(that you invested in)so that he doesn't have to pay anybody back. What's really messy is that it's often the brokers that are shorting as well as lending out your shares long. So if it doesn't go right ,what do they do??! They chill the stock(as long as they can get away with it) using their friends that have clout within the DTCC(meanwhile others are working on trying to put the final touches on the company they've worked so hard to discredit).
IPWG is not a Vegas casino and people's shares are not cards. Investors emotions should not be used like tricks at a spades table. In IPWG's case it's made their true investors stronger and we will succeed ,the chill will be removed ,we'll see that finance and get away from this nasty little game that's played on so many companies that are just starting out...and of course the opposition doesn't want IPWG's pps to go to a dime or more ,they can't even afford to pay back .0002(they wasted the money)! Look what happened when we first got news of finance on Poland. It went over two cents and the brokers said "chill while we work on our positions ,we're naked short well over a hundred million at .50 and it's all gone".
There is absolutely no reason for this chill ,why is it still in place(It definitely delayed IPWG's operations and affected investors lives)??! Remove it!! If IPWG were never chilled the pps would be at a quarter right now ,and that's a fact!! Let them pull the dust out of their pockets and pay up or send them to federal prison. This needs to be done immediately ,I'm sick of the lies theft and just pure slime of the Earth garbage that's been committed against this company on a daily basis from its opposition for years(almost since its inception).
I've been with IPWG for two and a half years ,IPWG became a winner over a year and a half ago and then the opposition started cheating and blatantly breaking laws(and I said blatantly ,I didn't realize that one could right a contract that allows the writer to commit criminal acts against the signee...ha what do I know ,I thought that was called fraud. Securities fraud ,yes. Come on SEC ,do your job!).
I'd say some of us went long with IPWG ,but I'm afraid it's just not true. To even be a long you have to lend out your shares ,collect a fee and place a bet with a short. Anyone here remember doing anything like that?! I didn't think so. All IMO of course!!!
Probably heading down to O'town in a week ,dropping by to say hi to everyone in the office and show my support.
