Definetly one of those few penny plays that screams institutional money potential. I think people buying on that news spike, now selling because they didn't do DD. At some point share supply will be getting much tighter once people figure it all out and as we start to accumulate more of these shares.
Buy at .26, pretty much guaranteed at least 3.8% return with much, much bigger upside if deal falls through or terms change. Downside risk virtually nil from what I'm seeing. As safe a pick as I've seen in penny land.
I would suspect bit player not willing to risk although even though worst case scenario, falls through CUR could easily break $5 in the next few months on news. My bet is they have gotten deal this far, the votes will be there. And usually if they are frantic or nervous on shares I would expect a press release or more communication from company. Pretty confident it should happen considering all the legwork they've done.
Only one of the two lawsuits has been settled from what I see. The other one had the plaintiffs start to play hard ball a few weeks ago, probably in light of recent news. I still think they have great case considering all that's happened.
That said, man I've never seen a BOD so badly mangle a company, value would be $1+ if they hadn't pulled rug. Really makes you wonder why any reasonable person would do that right after stock PPS started surging, or if it wasn't really about reason at all, but rather the connections to the Orgentec.
Regardless, my personal odds are:
85% happens as is
10% pot gets sweetened
5% deal gets pulled
1. Happens as is means essentially 0% return, no significant gain, but no loss
2. Pot gets sweetened, who knows but up.
3. Deal gets pulled sky is the limit for all of us although I'm sure Orgentec would be none too happy.
I love this stock for the fact there is very limited risk, either the buyout goes through at .27 or if not PPS is much, much higher. As safe and legit a play as you can find in penny land.
Voted my shares, next week is the week :)
I didn't see any .34 on the bid when I was watching.
Shares remain in tight hands.
Not to reiterate, but clearly plans for an uplisting.

This is where I'm coming back to the section below on the call. There was some inference made to this discrepancy I think. What exactly that is I'm not sure. Wish I had been able to ask a question, but couldn't get on the call in time. You're right though, definitely confusing. Maybe something to do with why they added that to the CVR discussion?
Not exactly sure what you are saying, I am on this boat, I stick with any stocks I DD to the end. You can see this in any of the plays I play. And I share DD and information I find, the good and the not so good. Just providing the quotes from the conference call.
I think we can mention changes we see, but no way to make a full judgment based on just that call. Definetly a chance this could go to nothing, but PPS is already at a very low level. And the potential still remains great, who really knows one way or the other.
From at least the conference calls I have listened to, that does appear to be new wording.
Just for a little perspective on the wording in this call versus previous calls, here is the language from Q2, Q3 and this call.
Q4 Call:
Yeah, didn't love the call, didn't tell us much besides they don't expect any payment back. Not getting any sense from it that this will wrap up soon, but of course they are going to be tight lipped on that.
Here's exactly what was said:
CVR mention is at ~ 9:30 mark of call.
Nice solid volume today, people buying it back up, added a few myself.
Yup, very true :) Could happen anytime. If people want to sell here on short sightedness there are definetly buyers around.
Good old days, ahh.. I remember getting a 10,000 block at .06 if I remember right. Pretty sure there aren't even 10,000 in float atm. Totally locked down. I think we're all hoping maybe someone will dump, here's to dreaming :)
23 shares down 97% :) For those people who really need to sell $.40 cents of shares because they love paying commissions...lol
Still fascinated by the tiny blocks that hit on this stock, never seen it before on a shell and still can't quite wrap head around it on who's playing around. Seen plenty of illiquid shells, but rarely see stuff like this happen and it's been happening consistently since started watching in 2010.
Just curious if you know or anyone knows answer to this question. Can company see results as they are coming in? Or does TDA and others submit them at once right before meeting?
Same as last time, we can submit electronically through broker?
I think that will take a run at that $5 in the next few months. Getting a lot more buzz. Noticed it is now one of Sheff's core plays and obviously he knows small cap biotech.
100% agree, that's how I am reading it too. The fact they are making progress is the real news, not the delay. In the short-term may drop a little (I hope), which will be a great chance to pick up some cheapies.
Looks like BKF Capital website been down since December. Could just be temporary or sign of other things in the works? We'll see.
Nice buying opportunity down here. I actually take the 5-6 cent estimate as a positive. Usually companies are conservative in their estimates. It means to me at least, most likely this is not going to be a worthless holding (i.e. go to 0). So in my mind limits the downside risk, and keeps the possibility of an upside surprise definitely there.
Was there a print up there? Lol, yeah super strange bid and ask action, saw that this morning. I told you, you'd be joining Ledecky up there soon enough :)
The reporting side might make sense as they are dealing with reporting results and information to HRG for their SEC filings, make sure it's reported correctly, but the investor relations side of things is real interesting (analyst call scrips etc.). As in they are going to have their own calls with investors.
If all their IR was still running through HRG which if they are a entity underneath them it should be, then they shouldn't need a person doing those things. Unless of course the plan is they are no longer underneath HRG.
Thanks for the info, interesting.
Comparing new and revised filings right now, really looks like this is pretty much going to happen as long as we all vote our shares. Just need that special meeting to happen and things will happen quickly after that.
Revisions:
Most of the changes appear to clean up document and provide more clarity for SEC I'm sure.
The only substantive change that I could see relates to as part of the special meeting they are now putting election of 5 new directors in there. Means to me, at least to me, they are interesting in doing everything at once to get the show on the road. And that everything on the other end is all settled (Capital Point, Princeton etc.).
Likewise there is a section dealing with dissenting shareholders. It's interesting as this may be another strategy to keep shares from being sold into the float post merger. They clearly only want those behind the plan to stay on board.
Wow almost 93%?! Didn't know it was that much. Definetly tightened and coiled up in the last couple weeks, we'll see what happens. I noticed some games when trying to get shares (i.e. small share fills etc.) so people/institutional money playing around down here.
Haha...well there you go. Not crazy then, I'm noticing that too, crossing fingers on deal. 2 deals closing in 1 month, could it be, what's the world coming too. Too much action for me...lol
Hoping here too, another high reward potential one. How much I would love if a shell turned into both a big boards and dividend play. Never have had one of those happen or the potential for that, would be sweet if it happened that way.
Is it just me or has the bid gotten alot stronger in the past little while? Seems like alot trying to accumulate in the .30's.
Pretty good risk reward potential on this one. Best case +1000% or more, worst case nothing. Exactly the type of lotto that I've seen surprise in the past. Put a little in over the past week. Thanks to DD'ers for laying out the case.
$3? trading again? Did you see that print? Right on the uplist line.

Repetitive, but Whois information on Propel Media. Set up by Future Ads on 6/2007 so they've held domain for quite a while.

Still curious what the grand vision/plan is here besides clearly uplifting. I'm sure Ledecky is a number of steps ahead of our thinking as he proved in the last year.
Seeing PROM pop up :) Nice deducing with Propel Media. Looks like that's going to be new symbol?
Merger finally goes through, new baby, new wife....life going pretty good for Pobre :) Maybe a celebration lunch...lol
