Net Income of $896,656 for the 3-Month Period ending Sept. 30, 2011
330 million is a really low float, thanks for posting.
I think you're hitting the nail on the head. Yes, Twelve did not go as planned and TDGI incurred some extra debt associated with it. But the revenues are pouring in, and that debt will be a thing of the past soon.
Great picture - that is awesome! Glad you're having so much success with these!
It's fixed, thanks for catching that.
Toys in the Attic has Forest Whitaker!!
Czech animation director Jiri Barta and Paris-based Paris-based Eurocine Films are targeting the U.S. market with an adapation and English-dubbed version of Barta’s newest stop-motion-animated feature, Toys in the Attic. Forest Whitaker, Joan Cusack and Cary Elwes will provide the voices for the US theatrical release that will be handled by Hannover House and is scheduled for April 6, 2012 release. Originally produced in the Czech language, the animated film is set in a magical world of toys and knick-knacks stored in the attic of a home in Prague. Following the symbolism of the Cold War era that impacted Barta and the Czech Republic, the world of the attic is divided into the land of happy toys in the west and the land of evil in the east. The despotic “Head of State” rules over the evil empire of the east with a band of sinister minions, insects and rotted vegetables. When the lovely “Buttercup” is kidnapped and held prisoner by “The Head”, it is up to her friends – a teddy bear (Whitaker), a mechanical mouse (Cusack) and marionette puppet (Elwes) – to cross the international boundary and attempt their daring rescue. The Czech language version has won several film festivals, including the New York International Children’s Film Festival, the Sitges Festival and Anima Basauri Festival.

More so for my own information - when would a return have to executed by?
Harley, not sure if you can comment on this or not but does your deal with TDGI enable your company to return unsold DVD's or are they yours for the long haul?
I'd have to go digging through the filings but I believe 200M shares were issued to Bedrock for 1.5 million in P&A cash plus 300k in debt retirement at the time of the ownership transfer. That makes the share average $.009, which would have been the price during the transfer. If TDGI only got 500k from that, then obviously it's a terrible deal for shareholders...but we've known that for over a year, and that's priced in already.
I wish we could get more details on why the contract wasn't fulfilled and if TDGI has a valid reason to go after Bedrock/Fotis.
Maybe someone who has more of a relationship with EP can get an answer out of him.
Well if Bedrock was paid in shares for that financing that never came to fruition, then it would make sense to go after unsold shares or cash. Since I doubt any shares are left, I would definitely try to get a judgement against Bedrock.
TDGI should have a valid breach of contract by Bedrock, but is TDGI currently too cash poor to go after it, or is Bedrock not worth pursuing (because they have no assets)? I think that's what's holding it up....
"We're now being offered major feature titles for acquisition," said Parkinson [via PR on 12/9].
Have questions for the Shareholder Meeting?
Net Income of $896,656 for the 3-Month Period ending Sept. 30, 2011
TDGI shareholder meeting announced for 1/14/2012
Cook County is one week away!
If you learned to spell Turtles correctly, maybe the Walmart staff could help you find it.
IMHO
I think you are 100% correct on your analysis. Fundamentals will eventually push this up once audited results are in. I get that previous management has made the audit difficult and is largely the issue for delays, but EP & FS need to start coming through on this front. No more excuses - I think they realize that now and their desire to uplist has changed the way they communicate to shareholders.
I think we've turned the corner, and anyone that is buying now will be extremely happy in a few months.
I've got mine in, but it's below .02.
It's a limited release, isn't it only in two markets?
I think it's been clear for almost a year now that they had issues around the previous company. I believe they'll still have some issues going forward, auditors will continue to ask for that information....
And just like that they're back, .02 on the ask again.
I finally cleared some more funds, give me some cheapies please!
Great post Spec - thanks for all you do here!
Nice volume coming in today!
Yeah Happythankyoumoreplease did real well, right Jugy?

Probably because most of the buyers are repeat buyers and would rather bid sit than ask slap, given the level of manipulation. The only thing that is going to break the pattern is monumental news or volume.
An audit would be great, but we already know that. Maybe you should tell someone who could do something about it...
Good to see another revenue stream in place with AFIL and the DVD/VOD. It all adds up for TDGI.

Why do you care what the price is? You obviously aren't a supporter of the stock, dood.
