Zevotek Showcases New Ionic Bulb Infomercial
NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zevotek, Inc., (Pink Sheets:ZVTK) (Frankfurt:T5V1), a worldwide direct marketer and distributor of innovative personal and home care items, today announced the new Ionic Bulb TV infomercial is available for viewing on Zevotek's www.newionicbulb.com website. The new 2-minute Ionic Bulb TV ad was made by a Los Angeles production team specializing in direct response TV commercials. The infomercial is designed to air on national cable channels, local broadcast channels and TV superstations. Zevotek owns the infomercial and is showcasing it on www.newionicbulb.com, a Zevotek website being developed for taking Ionic Bulb orders from consumers across the U.S. Zevotek's Ionic Bulb is designed for consumer use by combining the performance features of ionic air cleaning technology with those of a 10,000 hour reduced energy use compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL).
"Our new Ionic Bulb TV ad is a call for action to people looking to save money while improving the quality of their home," said Adam Engel, CEO of Zevotek. "The Ionic Bulb lights any room and silently purifies the air. The long lasting Ionic Bulb looks and lights like a standard CFL bulb, but works like an expensive air purifier. Watch our new infomercial and see the amazing Ionic Bulb in action."
TV viewers of the Ionic Bulb infomercial will have a choice of calling a toll-free number to place orders for Ionic Bulbs or visiting www.newionicbulb.com to place orders online. The newionicbulb.com website will directly connect an online shopping cart to the fulfillment center where Ionic Bulbs orders will be processed and shipped. Zevotek plans to begin taking orders from customers once the fulfillment center, call center and credit card merchant services are fully connected and ready to process orders for Ionic Bulbs coming from the factory. "Connecting our website to the warehouse will speed processing, avoid middlemen and give customers instant assurance about their Ionic Bulb orders," said Adam Engel. "I look forward to showing you the final website with a shopping cart for buying bulbs. For now, you can see how we are combining the marketing power of TV and the Internet to sell a product that is made for today's consumers everywhere."
In the next couple of weeks we may see .006 or so. We could see .01 on combined good news but that is unlikely.
For us to see new 52 week high we would need excellent news on all fronts….Little or no dilution (positive 10Q), confirmed sales in Europe, seeing the actual domestic infomercial and confirmation of uplisting. I’m a realist; all of this can’t happen for ZVTK right now. I will be glad to get these in step though.
Remember all of this is my opinion.
-007
1st....we are waiting on news about European infomercial results and news about the domestic infomercial. Also, the 10Q is due soon, which may shed some light on things.
If all things are positive I don't think .01 is out of the question but I think .006 is realistic.
If all news is great we may visit new 52-week highs. But this is unlikely.
Good Luck!

Hi Frank,
I agree with you, this is a different company with a different focus. Adam is putting people and infrastructure in place to make a go of it. We'll be able to make more informed decisions when we see the Q.
I too have taken profit and increased my position at every opportunity with no regrets.
GLTA!
-007
Is this a feeling, is there something you know or is this a technical read?
As we get closer to the 10Q and anticipated airing of the domestic infomercial, I would tend to agree. These factors for sure will bring the price up some but until we actually read the Q or see the infomercial we will be bouncing between .0018 and .0023. It is great for flipping to increase your position but not for significant profit making.
Hopefully this coming week we start to hear some info about how the European infomercial is performing. That may boost us into a better pps but just like the last couple of runs it will be a 1 day spike.
Looking forward to domestic news!!
Good Luck!
-007
Closed HOD!! Possible gapper in the AM.
Good Luck All!!
-007
I've been trying to find any possible source for the actual imfomercial through Google but with no luck. Hopefully we get a PR with confirmation of it playing. A link to the web based one would be nice too.
No problem...either way you will like the low costs and unrestricted trading.
Good Luck!!
firetamer....if you PM me your email address I can send you a Zecco invite. I would get some free trades for you joining.

Huge News!!!
Zevotek Receives $1.1 Million Ionic Bulb Order
Oct. 21, 2009 (GlobeNewswire) --
NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zevotek, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ZVTK) (Frankfurt:T5V1), a worldwide direct marketer and distributor of innovative personal and home care items, announced today the company received an $1.1 million order to buy Ionic Bulbs. The order calls for Zevotek to supply a distributor in Asia with Ionic Bulbs for sale in Japan and Korea. Zevotek is pursuing a global marketing initiative for the Ionic Bulb and the order is the first Zevotek has received for the Asian market. Today's announcement follows Zevotek's September 15 announcement of a shipment of Ionic Bulbs to Zevotek's German distributor, MediaShop AG, a direct marketer to nearly 100 million people in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Zevotek plans to sell the Ionic Bulb in the U.S. starting in November using a marketing campaign based on a new 2-minute TV infomercial.
Commenting on the order, Zevotek's CEO, Adam Engel, said, "The order is a major development in Zevotek's global marketing initiative. The Japanese and Korean markets offer a huge selling opportunity and I believe are the best strategic starting point for us in Asia. The order confirms for me the global appeal of our Ionic Bulb. Our simple message travels well: purifying the air in your home and saving energy is as simple as changing a light bulb."
The Ionic Bulb is designed for consumer use by combining the performance features of ionic air cleaning technology with those of a 10,000-hour reduced energy use compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL). According to ENERGY STAR(R), a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy, a qualified CFL lasts about 10 times longer than an incandescent bulb, uses 75 percent less energy, saves about $30 over its lifetime and pays for itself in about 6 months. ENERGY STAR(R) said earlier this year that using less energy helps reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.
The $1.1 million order calls for Zevotek to supply the distributor with samples of Zevotek's standard 110 volt and 240 volt versions of the 15 watt and 23 watt Ionic Bulbs. Zevotek offers different versions of the Ionic Bulb to satisfy the technical specifications and consumer preferences of the global marketplace. The distributor is undertaking to gain any regulatory approvals needed to sell the Ionic Bulb in the markets contemplated. The order calls for the distributor to finance their purchase order using bank letters of credit. The order permits the distributor certain flexibility including the timing of shipments, quantities of Ionic Bulbs for each shipment and the voltage and wattage types of Ionic Bulbs to be shipped. The distributor is permitted under terms of the order to not request any shipment of the Ionic Bulb. The order calls for the distributor to begin requesting shipments of the Ionic Bulb during the first calendar quarter of 2010. The prices set forth in the order received and any additional order the distributor may place in 2010 is not subject to change. Zevotek has not yet directly discussed the order with the manufacturer of the Ionic Bulb.
Krums...I don't have PM but to answer your question.....I don't think it will fall to .0015 today. Without some news I am pretty sure it will over the next couple of days though. I see it as just a better price to buy more shares.
-007
Nicely put! I agree, things are coming together as planned. The risk vs. reward is exciting.
Good Luck!
-007
Hi Krums! I am loading up as well....just waiting for funds to clear.
Good Luck!
Not sure if anyone saw yesterday's PR......
Zevotek Establishes Call Center for Ionic Bulbs Sales
Oct. 19, 2009 (GlobeNewswire) --
NEW YORK, Oct. 19, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zevotek, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ZVTK) (Frankfurt:T5V1), a designer, developer, and worldwide direct marketer and distributor of innovative personal and home care items, announced today an agreement to create a new high-volume call center for receiving calls to buy the Ionic Bulb. Zevotek selected Teleperformance (http://www.teleperformance.com/GP/Default.aspx) to operate a call center that is capable of handling spikes in large call volumes coming in response to planned airings of a new 2-minute Ionic Bulb TV infomercial. Teleperformance is a global expert in call center management with over 30 years experience and their call centers are known for using best in class technology for automated speech recognition and sales processing.
The Ionic Bulb is designed for consumer use by combining the performance features of ionic air cleaning technology with those of a 10,000-hour reduced energy use compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL). The new Ionic Bulb infomercial is expected to be ready for TV and Internet audiences in November 2009. When Zevotek's Ionic Bulb infomercial is broadcast, viewers in homes across the U.S. can see the vivid demonstration of the bulb's ionizing action and immediately contact Zevotek to buy the Ionic Bulb and take advantage of its excellent value.
Commenting on the announcement, Zevotek's CEO, Adam Engel, said, "People who call to buy the Ionic Bulb want to make their purchases quickly, securely and in the comfort of their own homes or offices. With that in mind, we are creating a call center designed to quickly turn customer calls into sales and turn customers into repeat buyers. Our new high-tech call center will be automatically connected to Imagine Fulfillment Services (http://www.imaginefulfillment.com/ifs.htm) so callers' orders are quickly turned into Ionic Bulb sales. Every home in America needs light bulbs and has the potential to enjoy the air cleaning performance and money saving value of Zevotek's Ionic Bulb. The new call center helps make it possible for Zevotek to realize this tremendous sales potential."

Hi Frank! Good to see you here. It is almost time to get back in.
Well...that was a violent tree shaking!
I think many of us learned a lesson from the Sponge Bath "Black Friday". Never again.
They are shaking the tree hard today! Yes, the double bounce would be nice.
Nice DD medicineman!
It is not selling because it is needs better marketing. People want to touch things before they buy. If I could go into my CVS and grab one off the shelf I would right now...sure I can get one on their website but I want to look at it in person first.....Just a thought.
-007
Holy Fat Finger Bat Man!!!! LOL!
Very Nice!
Look to November for the real run...in my opinion of course.
If you took profit each of those times you are still a pretty good trader in my opinion. Predicting Pinks is next to impossible but we do learn.
Good Luck on your next play!!
-007
Nice volume for our first half hour.
Good volume starting out today.
Got a bunch of .0455s
I just recently bought in too. I don't plan on trading this stock...this is an investment in a truly worthwhile company that is doing great things.

According to the article below the Governator has 30 days from September 10th to sign it....October 9th.
BILL ON NEEDLE, SYRINGE AND 'SHARPS' DISPOSAL HEADS TO GOVERNOR
California Political Desk September 10, 2009
SACRAMENTO – State Senator Joe Simitian (D-Palo Alto) announced today that his bill, SB 486, to facilitate the safe disposal of "sharps" (a type of medical waste that includes syringes and needles) passed its final hurdle in the Legislature. It now heads to the Governor, who has 30 days to either sign or veto it.
"For anyone with a family member who takes insulin or other medical injections, this idea will seem long overdue," Simitian said. "We tell patients they can´t throw sharps away, it´s against the law; but there isn´t an easy, safe solution. The net effect is that roughly one million Californians are ´lawbreakers´," said Simitian, "with no practical alternative. SB 486 is a step toward a real solution. The bill makes it easier to do the right thing, and we should all be safer as a result."
SB 486 requires pharmaceutical manufacturers who sell medications that are routinely injected at home to include information on their website if they provide safe needle collection and disposal programs for their drugs. In addition they must also submit those plans to the State for display on a State website. "This should provide consumers using ´sharps´ the opportunity to do some comparison shopping," said Simitian. "It will also help highlight manufacturers who are marketing consumer-friendly products, as well as those who are rather obviously part of the problem."
The bill was one of the winning entries in Simitian´s annual "There Oughta Be A Law" contest. Betty Lipkin, a San Carlos resident who suffers from multiple sclerosis, has several containers of ´sharps´ in her home. She proposed the law with the hopes that it will allow patients like her to manage their sharps conveniently and safely.
"There has to be a way to get rid of these containers that doesn´t cost an arm and a leg," said Lipkin. "I´ve never been able to find a way to do it, and I think it´s time we do something about it that´s ecologically sound and safe."
It is estimated that over one million people in California use syringes and other sharps for home health care. Approximately one in twelve households in California has an individual who must self-administer an injection to treat a number of illnesses including: diabetes, cancer, anemia and migraines. This generates approximately 386-million sharps each year in the state of California that need to be disposed of.
Looks like I won't get anything done at work again tomorrow! Until after 4:00 anyway....LOL!
Closed HOD and 52 Week!!
It means they will not have the 10K in by Sept 30th as req'd (90 days from end of their fiscal year). By filing the NT-10K they have a 15 day extension to file without getting into trouble and becoming ZVTKE
To me it means that they are making sure all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. Hopefully meaning good news.
Looks like the bid is coming up to the ask!!

With the support of .007 last visited on September 14th we also have a very steep upward trending support line showing we may gain .001 per day without news. This all depends on that support holding today and volume staying steady. The charts show an overbought condition but that is due to everyone waiting on good things to happen.
All bets are off with news…quickly past the .015 resistance the Blue Sky Breakout!
I hate to say it but I think there will be some profit taking.
Close at .0125
Shake out and profit taking complete...move back up.
That is why I like Zecco. Maybe limited tools but not limited trading.
Nice open....no gap to fill!
