I WAS respectful, and had faith in this company at one time...no longer. I seriously wish the best for you all remaining...I hope that you recieve the returns that you all deserve for investing your money. Me, I'm done with him.
I'm not meaning any disrespect towards you Molly, so please don't take it that way. BUT seriously, is Twitter the way that you want the CEO of the Company that you have invested your hard earned money into communicating with you? He needs to get off his ass, focus on ONE project, AT LEAST make some progress on it and issue a legitimate PR on said progress.....NOT GOSSIP ON TWITTER! I had toyed with reentering, Twitter, what a joke! See ya ERIC...good luck, clown.
Computer has been down a few days...doesn't look like I have missed anything.
That's a bunch of BS!....How many people in the last year have Emailed Eric looking for info and recieve a reply? I never got one....anybody?
The last action of a dying company is a Reverse Split. I'd count on it. Damn shame...a year or so ago they might have had a chance.
Nice post Lou...I got a good laugh from it!
Are you talking about this PR? http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/18102/black-fire-minerals-in-trading-halt-pending-acquisition-announcement-18102.html
You read further down they talk about Pilot Mountain.
Will watch to see what happens, if it reacts like you say...I'll listen a bit closer.
PCFG ended in the Red today....but my account is still in the Green. That's good enough for me right now!
The house I have always drooled over went on the market....CGFIA, I've waited 4 years for you...I could use $500K!, com'on baby!!!!!
LOL...It'll happen someday, but DAMN!
Thanks Grizz, I was beginning to wonder a but.
Excellent! Thanks Dunphy.
Only from pumps and dumps...nothing from actual business value.
Yep. That was my entry point...02, bought another small piece at .056. Wish i could afford more, but the extra money just isnt there. Will just have to be happy with my puny 27k.
Maybe they had something that they needed to pay off...it's $9000 to fill test holes, ect. Granted it makes you wonder though.
Hey Grizz. A buyout is what I have been expecting all along, Guyer just turns Companies around and moves on to the next project. With the shares he has, if he is successful..and I'm sure he has every intention of being so...he will be a rich man.
And us too...I hope.
It sounds to me like somebody needs to keep the price down....
Thanks Jim. I will be picking up a few more small pieces when the funds (and fiance!) allow...LOL
This deal seems to be moving fast, it's going to be fun watching it's progress!
Well said Jim. I came into this late in the game, but even with my little piece, I am excited!!
No, we just know there is only one reason you are posting here....but nobody is really listening to your crap, we've heard it before and dont agree.
They are here, the 5's I mean.
The volume isn't very encouraging.
Dude, I totally understand...I was there last year. Good luck.
Fundamentally I like the premise of the company, I feel it has a great deal of potential to it...IF they can raise capital.
Unfortunatly I mistook a pump for actual growth...like I said, throw it in a drawer and wait, maybe pick a few shares up on the dips to average down some.
Have a guy in town here that sells Brats in a cart; Brat, soda, and chips for $5, cars lined up every day....there ya go ERIC, first STHG profit!
Really sucks, a year ago I thought this deal actually had a chance.
Im not sure on that...the former tennants did. When CGFIA applied for permit they were informed of the issue preventing it being granted...I would assume permit would be in former operations name and CGFIA would need to have their own issued.
It was under a Cease and Desist order...from the former operators. That's what all the TR tennis game was about. Took 11 rounds but we finally got approval to clean the former tennants mess up. Once that is done, there SOULDN'T be anything to prevent operations from starting up. Hopefully anyway.
He's been pretty darn quiet since the price went up, huh?
Here's one for you Robo...better sell ; )....Like HELL I'll sell!
Well crap, looks like I got caught up in the high end of a lousy pump and dump company again. The info looked feasable so I bought...looks like one of those companies you throw in the drawer and pull it out every year or so and see if it did anything.
From Ameritrade:The Company announced today that its subsidiary Nevada Rae Gold, Inc. ("NRG") has received operating approval for the Black Rock Canyon Mine from the NDEP.
The NDEP has approved NRG to operate the mine with the use of two Geotextile tubes.
NRG is currently drafting an EDC submittal to present to the NDEP for permission to build a field adjacent to the site settling ponds for a further eight to ten Geotextile tubes.
The NDEP has also approved the installation of the Hy-G bowl recently purchased by NRG.
NRG plans to complete final site preparation, including the Hy-G bowl installation, within the next few days and then begin processing gravels for gold recovery.
Next run...ok. But WHY? I'm not bashing in the usual sense, I owned 180k shares that I bought in the pump two years ago (for WAY too much!)...in that time the ONLY PR that came out was that they were going to upgrade to fully reporting, but as the the STOP indicator shows they cant even do that. So how the heck can they grow this company if they cant even pay to have their financials done? Luckily, I re-cooped the majority of my investment the last pump.
Truthfully, I dont see anything left to pump...Eric has run this Company into the ground....IMO.
If you still believe, then I truly wish you the best with it.
So much for upgrading to a fully reporting company.
Stop No Information indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or OTC Markets Group. Companies in this category do not make Current Information available via the OTC Disclosure and News Service, or if they do, the available information is older than six months.
Pink Sheets No Information includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky.
They (the warrants) are gone. Thanks Grizz!
Acually, yes I did...it did give me a momment of excitement, however have to wonder how many more hoops that they will have to jump through. I'm not going anywhere, just frustrated is all.
I hoping that they know something and that they are absorbing all the shares they can because they are expecting news soon. Thats just a hypthosis though....been here a long time, just bitching. Sucks seeing a company with their potential having their stock price manipulated so obviously.
I've only been posting on Ihub since early 2009 but I've owned CGFI since mid 2007. Trust me I HAVE been objective and instant gratification hopes passed long ago. I have sat and watched the price drop and drop. Have watched hurdles and road blocks year after year. Yes, they seem to have accompished a lot in the battle with the DRMS this year...but if they don't issue or produce some visable and tangable progress soon they might as well hang it up because it (the stock price) cant drop MUCH lower.
I do believe that I have EARNED my aggravation. I am still in the game, but they had better flip their hole card soon.
They need to do or say something quick...this isn't looking very attractive right now.
Lol. Some people forget that this is just a discussion board. "To talk or examine a topic, an informal debate" It is not policy or even remotely connected to The Company's operations....it's all OPINION.
I'm in full agreement, Ben.
This dog's done. Got in last year and paid too much during what I found out was a pump and dump...I believed the hype, sold this year for most of what I had in it during the last P&D. Over the last year nobody hears from Eric, doesnt answer Emails, no PR's. Market Friends is as empty as a Ghost town, the Android apps are a low buck POC, and the NewBridge property is a former mansion/church with a leaky roof in OHIO...that need a ton of money he doesnt have btw.
Take the loss and move on or hope that STHG gets another P&D so you can get yours...cause you are going to be waiting a LONG TIME if you think Eric is gonna put this on the map.
Good luck from a FORMER believer.
