Agreed.....there are plenty of NFL fans, and god only knows, there are plenty of the modern day Hells Angels...!!!
OK----that helps...I was just curious how easy or difficult it wold be to get something like the NFL because just like MLB, that is a huge organization, and I'm sure it would take some cash to get the brand rights....
I personally hope they get NASCAR and NFL...those two have extremely loyal fans, and regardless of how much it cost ETNL, i bet it would be a good investment...!!
Anytime I hear a story about people getting married in a parking lot outside the NASCAR event, (or something wacky like that), I think about ETNL caskets with a racing number painted on the side...!!!!
lololol
I've been curious how ETNL might get the NFL, NASCAR, NHL, etc....do they issue a certain amount of stock to use their name? Where do they get the money? Or do they pay royalties, or is it a combination of both?
Just curious....
I'm with ya----I just get a little annoyed when the PR's are flowing regularly at this point, but some still question the company....
I do wonder what it would take to purchase the rights to the NFL....in that circumstance, do you think ETNL would 'give' the NFL perferred shares as compensation, or what?
I know there would have been a LOT of Steelers caskets sold over the last 2-3 days!!!!
lolol
Actually, I just spoke with Tony Fazio at Eternal Image, and he is guestimating that FINRA will be responding within 7 working days regarding the company being recognized as a true OTCBB company.
I mentioned that one the most important PR's I've seen so far is the manufacturing and distribution of their products. Its obvious (to me at least) that when you go under contract with these distributors and manufacturing company(s), you are for real. You dont utilize that calibre of distributorship unless you're going to be moving a LOT of product.
The semantics of being held-up by FINRA; allowing their uplist to the OTCBB, and eventual earnings reports made public. This will be a thing of the past very soon. I would hope within the next two weeks, tops.
At that point, the speculataion of the company will seriously diminish, as we'll all know the true numbers....
and we'll have to find something else to (over) anaylize!!
lolol
COOL BEANS!
I misstated....I thought he was trying to SELL at .025 and they sold it for him at .024....
oops!
I just read the message on ETNL's website regarding the shares (NOT) being sold by their officers, and their polite acceptance of the other message boards offering comments and praise of ETNL. The repsonse was typical ETNL in my opinion. Unbiased, professional, and informative. This company is for real. They are going to be a staple in the industry in the near future.
I think it just a matter of time before they are on a more respected trading platform, and this company will be trading at level that commands respect from every potential investor, and wont fall victim to manipulative traders.
Rock On ETERNAL!!!!
Ok---i'm not understanding why you put the order limit at .025 and it wasnt executed properly....can you explain how this happens? I have a broker for some other stocks at Wachovia, and he always fills my orders at the price I dictate....what is the deal....?
It seems to me that the stocks are being traded at another person's discretion rather than at your instruction.
40,000 shares just purchased at .0255 I hope that helps...!
that unfortuntately makes perfect sense....I'm thinking that once the company is uplisted, there wont be much wiggle room for the stock to become manipulated. I think there might even be some people that are waiting for the UPLIST to occur, purcahse a truckload, then set this stock sailing upward...
interesting---the Candle looks like its trending upward, though right?....
explain the motive of the MM's buying at the last second to get the price down.....is there (any) good reason why they would do that? In my inexperience to all of this, it would make more sense to buy as MUCH as you could when the price is this low. Or if at the end of the day, why aren't MM's holding off on buying exactly the amount for sale at that particular price, and eventually buying more to keep the price accelerating?
Does that question make any sense?
I'm feeling good about this charade of manipulation though because the price is trending upward overall. (especially over the last 2-3 weeks...
I'm not going to sell until the summer of 2012 anyway...!!!
I would try barchart.com---they have a good technical opinion on stocks....Eternal Image is at 96% "buy" right now.
Can you explain what it means when there are MM's at .05...?
Does this mean that there are people trying to sell at .05?
My only reply to all this is when I get paid next week, I'm buying a truckload more. Its not "if" they annouce earnings for 2008, its "when"....It's not "if" they will move from Pink Sheet, its "when".....(to all you Pink Panthers)
I'm all in---this company rocks; and as long as the RedSox, Cubs, and other sports fanatics around the country (unfortunately) pass away, there will be a need for this company. I'm also very impressed with the way in which they have built a foundation not on speculation, but merely on that one little item---PERFORMANCE. They have won awards at trade shows, they are constantly working to expand their product base, and every time I look, they're selling more of those products....
MAAAAAybe I would consider selling at 3 or 4 bucks a share in 2012....lol
I wonder if ETNL could sell a certain amount of preferred shares to get the NFL on board?....or would they use common stock...?
Also,
I think that the preferred stock would be best spent trying to get an NFL license....I know that wouldnt be cheap, but if they could add one or two more big brands, they will be above 3 dollars a share in 3-5 years....
Imagine if they got the NFL and NASCAR---that is the exact audience who is wild enough to buy more caskets than Eternal could build.
Every Oakland Raiders fan....every Dale Earnhart fan, etc....
Eternal is going to hit .50 a lot faster than some people are thinking because their momentum is not based on the outside forces of the economy---its based more on how FAST Eternal can develop thier relations with manufacturers, distributors, etc....
When they release their earnings, you should feel very comfortable at that point because you will see the upward trend of income being earned, and God help us if they get the NFL and NASCAR---wow! 5 bucks a share by 2012 is my plan....I have a huge amount (to me) of Eternal Image shares because they are terrific company, with great ideas that are actually translating to reality....
Cardinals vs. Steelers in the Big Bowl....i bet cha'all 5 dollars the Cardinals shock the world!!!
Lurker,
What does that mean?
I had another good conversation with Tony Fazio in the investor relations department at Eternal Image. He indicated that the most important news they have been able to share to date is their new relationship with the distributor. I completely agree becuase regardless of what the stock price is, might do, etc., this company is building momentum. He also indicated that the offical uplist has NOT occurred yet, but it should next week. At that point, they will release their 2008 earnings.
What I liked most about speaking to him is that he indicated he's ready to move "away" from the pink sheet speculators, and that Eternal Image has a goal of being an industry staple.
Once the earnings are posted, all of the TRUE shareholder investors will be rewarded for their patience; the critics of Eternal will have to post ominous news regarding other Pink Sheet stocks to manipulate the price down so they can buy cheap...!!!!
Lets just hope it goes to 5 bucks a share so I can pay my house off!!!! lololol
Portlander10,
I have exmained their reported earnings, their expenses, and their recent interviews regarding sales. They are a company that is clearly on the rise. They are gaining industry respect by performing extremely well at the trade shows, they are now under contract with some of the nations largest distributors, and they have sold their newest product with great success BEFORE their relations with the above mentioned distributors. One doesnt need to be too imaginative to think that with these large distributors, they will sell dramatically more.
Plus, they have not been able to release their income for 2008; more importantly, their income for the final quarter of 2008 in whick their casket sales were begun.
Once those numbers are in, making suggestions as you have will be impossible; numbers wont lie, and the stock price will increase. This company has been very thorough and diligent with the report(s) so far, so there is nothing to indicate otherwise.
Cheer up---you can still buy shares at .019!!!
what are LABS and NITE?
---yet another rookie question for the audience!! lol.
Thanks!!
I am a rookie, so could someone explain what the posts mean when I see "185x19"....?
nono----In the boston video, the Casket is retailed at 4,999...
:)
Actually, I bet the cost of each casket is about 2000-2500 each. They retail at funeral homes for 4000-5000....so if they generated 100,000 in gross revenue, that would mean apprx 50 caskets....I dont think they are displaying any hard income figures becuase they want to build a storyline with their progress....They need more people to buy their stock, and once that happens; along with the earnings report, they will go waaaay up in price.
I noticed that their distribution is including Canada.....I wonder if the NHL is on their "to-get" list....?
Hockey Fans are a pretty loyal, die hard pack of people!!
I told all of you that they had sold/ordered hundreds of caskets.....their revenue generated in TWO days is the same amount of their 3rd quarter???!!! Sweet!!
This is just the tip of the iceberg; Once they have all of the MLB caskets avaiable, and hopefully they could eventually get some more brands; i.e. NFL, Harley-Davidson, and/or NASCAR! This company is going to be a long-time fixture in this industry. I could only imagine if they got NASCAR---every Dale Earnhart fan would buy one!! Git 'er done!!!
lol.
Good News all----Happy Friday!!!
In the article ETNL indicated they have revenues in 2008 of about a million dollars.....unless they sold a truckload of urns, they would had to have sold a lot of caskets to generate that kind of gross revenue, right?
I could swear that there is an article indicating that there was a large amount of caskets sold though----what article is that? Do you know?
I may be incorrect on the journalist who wrote the article, but I read that there are hunderds of caskets either "ordered" or "sold" already. I know that there is a huge amount of Urns sold though...
Either way, I like the company's idea, and I like the industry's amount of insulation to the rest of the wacky market.
I have spoken to Tony Fazio several times and he has indicated in no uncertain terms that the ETNL product(s) will be in the Star Trek movie....
I also read an article between the Detroit News and ETNL's CEO....he indicated that they have sold hundreds of caskets during the last fews months of 2008...not to mention the urns....he also mentioned that their projected earnings for 2009 would be between 4-6 million....that would do one major thing for myself as an investor----
Looking at their debt load from 2006 to present, they have been operating based on share sales to large investors, and their net income was negative in 2006 and 2007....but when you look at their liabilitie(s), you'll quickly notice that they will be operating in the "black"; if not already. If the 2009 forecast is true, then this stock should be in the 1-2 dollar per share range....I would venture to think that once the earnings for 2008 are released, they will be a "true-profit" compnay, and not just another "great idea" with no financial direction.
I would imagine their cost for each casket would be around 2,000. If that is accurate, then they have grossed well over a million dollars in 2008, and keeping in mind the caskets have only been on sale for the last few months of 2008!!!!
I'm a proud shareholder of this company, and I am very impressed by this young man's inspiration to start a company as unique as this....
