I know that nobody has exchanged their preferred stock as of yet because Mike won't allow it. It has been two months now and nobody has been allowed an exchange. That was the catch behind this deal.

How many market makers were there before?

The new CEO sounded like the properties were not even sold yet and that Stephen Lumb pulled out of this deal. As far as I am concerned, if someone can't sell a gold mine when gold is at an all time high then they are imcompetent.

The CEO just wrote me and told me that Allan quit. I posted that just today.

I got the same e-mail and told him that the company is obligated to give out the dividend because it is filed by the SEC.

The latest news correction was posted because Circle K and 7-11 told Mike Pagnano to stop scamming their companies or face legal recourse. Whole Foods, Target, and the Golf Channel are soon to follow. While the SEC does not do its job, their are plenty of people with lawyers willing to do theirs. This time Mike Pagnano was really caught and the proof was sent for the public to see.

Maybe, but there is way more money to be made by him after the announcement.
