cru - yep - still here, been really busy with work but I keep my eye on CBIS. Bought at .04x still haven't sold - don't want to be a bag holder but still pondering. I remeber the first jump from .05x to .9x and it went down to .07x - well the rest is history. I'm up, at this point it's a matter of how much do I want to be up. Can I wait a little more and see how it pans out pre-nov 2nd? You betcha - still nervously waiting.

Based on this company, divy news offer and some FDA news. However, the catalyst lately has been the discussion of Proposition 19 which will legalize cannabis in California for 21+ 1oz. Where the price will go from there if this proposition passes will be up to the market.

Buying a 1st class ticket to Amsterdam, Ritz Carlton, gamble at least 2k euros and whatever else happens ...happens. Wishful thinking. GL

I really wonder who (if anyone) back in 2009 rode this stock from less than 10 cents etc to $1.00+ - I would love to hear some stories on that piece. You have to have some nerves of steel to ride a stock (let alone an OTC) from .07 to $1.00+ I wonder will it be the same in 2010 with better news than 2009? CBIS hasn't hit $1.00 yet in 2010, I think some people (whoever the hell that may be) want to see this stock hit $1.00 before 2010 is over. Speculation thoughts only - take it for what it's worth.

250k shares at an avg of .04x - I haven't sold a single share. My exit is going to be on the news. OTC stocks moves on news with good volume like CBIS has been getting. November 2nd is coming up and more exposure will be on the news / net. I think it'll give people on the forums a general idea if it will pass or not. I mean, it's kind of hard to ignore. I'm playing this stock pre-nov 2nd which will cover my initial investment at minimum plus 50%. If P19 passes post-nov, I will let the remaining shares just ride. There are also other factors in CBIS that could perhaps keep the price afloat such as the FDA news & Divvy considerations. Right now I'm just watching and waiting patiently. I Google Proposition 19 everyday and I keep a close eye on the news. It's all about making sure you are comfortable with your $ exit prices. This is just my theory and if P19 just fails in Cali, and the divy etc breaks down, FDA fails- all bets are off. All in all - this is a nice little stock to play for the moment. GL

boodiebing - I don't want it to go down at all..trust me. However, there are other people that are in this for a quick flip. When they let go, the price dips. When it dips, I'll be there to pick some up. If it does not dip at all on Monday, that's cool with me to.

Top100 - Agreed. I bought some shares in the .07 range in the beginning only to watch it drop to .040 etc - between the .04x and .05x range the charts (and other forums) advised this was the bottom. At that point I realized P19 is coming up. OTC stocks move on news as well. I stocked up huge and haven't sold a single stock. Good luck and hopefully Monday brings us some good buying opportunities. I just checked the PPS today for CBIS and nearly fell out of my chair. Yes I witness .129 earlier but was pleasantly surprised to see this up nicely today. I'm glad I didn't sell those .04xs :)

Good afternoon gents, ladies and maybe a mix of both. I am happy to see everyone posting away on CBIS. I'm also happy to see I am sitll up and this stock is over .10 and I haven't sold a single share. Even the .04x's.

This is my personal strategy. While some sold this stock to cover their initial investment and let the rest "ride", I think is great. I prefer to keep my stocks (250k). I personally believe that if you bought in the .04x and .05x range like myself, I am going to cover my initial investment as P19 warms up and becomes a topic on CNN.com - starting with their videos/articles now. California has Hollywood and already has A-list people donating to the cause. At that point in time - some time during that week - I will sell to cover my initial investment (maybe add on a 1k gift), I will then let the rest of my CBIS house shares just ride and hope for the best. That's only if Proposition 19 passes. America will witness another event that will happen in California come Nov 2nd. This generation is aware of what it does and does not do. Old school "reefer" propaganda is total BS and people in America are realizing this or already have. I Google P19 every day until Nov 2nd. I strongly believe P19 will pass and California will set the trend in 2010 based on the research and forums / comments I've read. If proposition 19 does not pass, I'm buying a ticket to Chile and diving in that hole minus the Phoenix.

What a day. I'm glad to see most people are up. I did not sell a single share at all today (.04x price) - I added a 10k more when it dipped back at .08 today. I really hope everyone in this (including the -80%ers) can make some good $. Folks, proposition 19 is real and it is going to pass. Even for people who don't smoke realize the $ potential. California will start the trend and the rest of the states will follow. Will this mean billions of $ for CBIS?
