I’ve recently written to the company with the same thoughts and questions. Impulse buying and having a payment system only increases the value here. Having said that crypto is better than hoarding cash, but this is a temporary fix....unless crypto becomes mainstream and is here to stay. Too early to tell now.
And not if, but when that passes we will be looking at rescheduling Cannabis later this year. If there is THIS much support for it and there are companies like GW Pharma that claim it helps with epilepsy and have spent much research on proving it, then this should be the beginning of an epic run with all MJ related stocks. This should mirror the 2014 runs ur surpass it. Too many catalysts comin!

Big difference between authorized and outstanding.
With that being said.....every OTC company needs to be diluting in order to grow the business. Most do it without a product and its a nightmare for shareholders.
We have a product and a pretty damn good one. We have 3 members of the team that are very good in their own niche: Tew - Finance, Burke - Hustle, Tyson - Product Development
This is all finally happening as California opens up recreational to the public and cannabis has entered the 6th largest economy in the world. Oh and we are connecting our service to cryptocurrency which is ideal in this space.

Missed deadlines on Citizen Toke launch or not......this is the guy that is going to get this company hooked up financially. California is not going to be hoarding cash like Colorado. Ohh and Citizen Toke has been launched already and is currently producing revenues VS last year with $0 in revs.

Once a payment solution is added to this (similar to Groupon) people will become more impulsive to buy. You will start to see a closer response rate to conversion rate.
OR if there becomes a major cryptocurrency that is being used by dispensaries, Citizen Toke can be attached to that blockchain so that the introduction of it to a dispensary becomes easier and a large salesforce isn't needed.
This is what Tew brings to the table. He couldn't do anything last time because he didn't have a product to move. Now that he does he has connections that should make this thing move.

Even if Leahy protects medical marijuana programs by reauthorizing the Rohrabacher-Farr amendment in the upcoming omnibus spending bill in the conference committee, the Congressional Cannabis Caucus has less than a year to make those protections permanent. The means to do that is H.R. 1227, the Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act, sponsored by Representative Thomas Garrett, a Republican from Virginia. The bill, now with 15 cosponsors, would remove marijuana from Schedule 1 and eliminate federal penalties for anyone engaged in state-legal marijuana activity. All Congress has to do is pass it.
“We’ve got to act,” Rohrabacher said on the Thursday phone call. “We can’t take it for granted, and now it’s going to be a priority for us to accomplish.”

Really? Wondering why this happened? As soon as Burke took the position as CEO this company finally started to do things the right way.
I don’t think this is a positive or a negative.
This company will live and die with Citizen Toke and now that it has finally made its way to market it would be best if Burke, Tyson, and Tew all had something to do with the push to bring this to dispensaries and brands.
The launch into CO alone could bring in $20M by the end of the year. Getting Brands on board and Expansion into CA, WA, and OR could produce around $100M in revenue for MJTK per year. Canada is not even included in these estimates. I'm in this for the long haul. Of course I plan on taking some off the table when this hits .05, but if anyone can hang around until 2019 and 2020 then if all plans work out we could be looking at a possible uplist to a major exchange. Anything is possible......we'll see!

Although the physical storefront can send out a deal on some of their products to bring business into the store, the brand itself can send out deals to attract users to its edibles, oils, vape pens, grow lights, or anything you could possibly think of in any store in any state that has its product available. It's January.....if you are one to believe that MJTK meets their deadlines, which after reading through this list I can say I do, then just wait for revenues to hit. For a product that just gets launched and a month later is able to break even revenues to monthly costs ...or for the company to even project something like that shows extreme confidence in this product.

MJTK is in this space and has proven their method of reaching potential customers and acquiring new consumers for dispensaries. How much is that worth to a dispensary?
What's brilliant is that Citizen Toke is free for everyone. Dispensaries get to track their customers through this free service. What dispensary would go out of their way to create their own rewards tracking service? All this does for Citizen Toke is create an exponential user base. Each Citizen Toke blast to users becomes more important because now the dispensary that is using this free service has to compete with the dispensary next store that is spending $100K/year on advertising through Citizen Toke and sending deals to steal his neighbors customers. It causes everyone to constantly be spending money on advertising.
Everyone that understands this metric and the ability to scale and produce money in every state and/or country is literally throwing money left and right at MJTK. Today could close out the week with a total of a BILLION Shares in volume over the past 7 trading days. MJTK is still ridiculously undervalued.

Conclusion
Currently trading with a market cap of $4.5 million, MJTK is an exciting story among small caps. If the company is able to grow its business at the pace of the marijuana industry, the share price should keep going up. Additionally, new acquisitions could increase business growth, increase assets and provide know-how, so we should follow new transactions closely.
To sum up, MJTK needs to be on our radar.
