core, kepco, well last week, Lasalle parrish, state lease 2, thingamajigger, doo dad, thingy mabob those are the key words and I used the numbers and letters too.
mick2 this is almost a guaranteed shoe in to be .01 by April if they deliver.
andrew... they would be in the field to supervise. make sure everything is going as planned. babysitting in so much words.
the inspector you do need to tell him more info. I had to tell him the one well that he was at last week. What I said is 100% accurate what he told me. He was there and inspected. No selling of the black stuff until he goes back out there and signs off. He is waiting for corestream to call him. It is muddy there and something about a mound of dirt. Pr is a coming people be patient.
ealier someone said they called and was told that they were in the field. I called about an hour ago and the woman said chris was in a meeting. I guess someone should tell her that it is tboone calling when she asks, lol. I emailed Chris and facebooked him. Nothing. I emailed gary and got a reply from him this week. I have also left a message for Kevin and got nothing.
without motts siggy, we make no money. that simple. Or without the state signing off on it, we make no money. none...
I called corestream. Chris is in a meeting.
Hopefully the field wasnt out to lunch.
he wont say much. I asked if it was producing. "I dont know." Are they drilling other wells in that area. "I dont know." Then he said they can produce, just cant sell it until he goes back out there and signs off on it. I asked when do you go back out there to sign it and he stated when they call him.
i asked mott when he was going to go back out there. He said it depended on when corestream would call him. That ball is in our court. I was able to get ahold of him on his cell when I called.
that I dont know. It could be on the state site since it is a permit or they could release it in the company pr. I'll check the state website related to mott and see if they post their follow ups.
3 minutes ago. prior to what? Lol!
called Curtis and he does not know when the auction will be. Seemed like he didnt know much about it and his name is the one listed. I got through the direct dial number. Maybe they are still in negotiations with the bank. Besides they owe as of june or so $191k and all court costs and filing fees. you can add 8 more months of payments to that. $2-$300k owed. Maybe thats why we are in a hurry because they may have about 4 months left to become current.
the guy that works for the state and was on the latest form from Jan. 26, 2011. He inspected it. He told me he has to go back out there and sign off whether they are producing or not, before they can sell the oil.
update from the other day.
the mott guy said he is waiting on them to call him so he can go back out there and sign off so they can sell the oil. you can call him and see whats up.
well drilling schedule and more. imo
first well will generate revenue. I emailed Gary and asked if he would be doing the pr. He responded "well I won't be releasing it I'm sure but have been asking when they will do it and wait for an answer. Hopefully soon"
We also know if it is producing they cannot sell it until Mott goes out there again. There was a meeting at corestream around 4 pm. And noone answered at 5pm. I would have liked to be a fly on the wall there today.
kevin is in a meeting. chris as well.
hmm. I have never talked to any of them. Meeting at 4pm on a Monday in a small company. Id have one in the morning unless something was brewing. IMO
I think it would be my previous post. The guy has to go back out there and sign off for them to sell the oil. They have to call him for him to go out there.
Whats to see? the state reports and Mott going there to inspect should be enough. Call him, but I already posted what he said.

Go Zlus.
we have atleast two leases. state lease #2 and sanders. maybe more. Rainbolt was a former officer at Kepco.
I called the Mott guy. He said he doesnt know if it produces yet. They can pump it, just not sell it without his signature. I asked when will he go back out to look at it. He said he will go back out there when they call him. go Zlus!!
roughly 75% or under.
they drill for us. auctions is for foreclosed wells.
inre pm you can send it. Looking forward to good things for shareholders of Zlus. Go Zlus.
not to mention regarding the foreclosed wells, could this explain it?
It is from 6/2010 as well. Just think about the small oil companies compared to the giant ones when this happened.
Louisiana residents, however, are now concerned that the still unresolved BP oil spill will cause spikes in lender and government tax foreclosures in the state. Because of the suspension of BP oil well operations, a lot of Gulf Coast residents earning income from drilling support services are now out of work. Also, tourism-related businesses are slowing down and fishing enterprises have now stopped.
this is from the 1/07/11 pr which is the week of Jamuary 3.
CoreStream elected to issue this initial and limited report of well success and company operations. A more comprehensive report will be available in the coming weeks.
We dont know much about the foreclosed wells other than there are several of them. I dont know about the spacing on the 1600 acres for the wells, but I think it might be safe to say about 20 or more wells on that amount of property. Maybe one every 40+ acres. I dont see why they would be after foreclosed wells if they werent profitable unless they produce about 10 barrels a day each and are fairly inexpensive. The sanders area that is to be resumed in the spring is the area that is flooded and I believe the wells in the area produce in upwards of 30 barrels a day from briefly glancing at other production rates in the area. One of the main companies in the area is pryme oil and gas. they have alot of information on their website.
Im working on Chris' degree as we speak. Lol!
Go Zlus!!!!
duck season over in spring. March is the date. I have a couple questions fer ya. can foreclosed wells be profitable. and do you think $5-$10 million would be enough money to drill on 1,600 acres. Is there a big difference in money if it involves non operated working interest in a well versus production interest. Thanks.
They said he never attended as well, but obviously someone else proved otherwise. His brother Michael said they have all graduated there. You can easily find Michaels number and ask him. Someone with ties to the company said they had questions about it as well. They have known Chris for 15 years. Chris sent them a copy of his degree. Good luck proving otherwise. Bipolar to your dismay has to do with mood swings. Not agreeing and then changing their mind because evidence strongly supports the claim.
I can give some insight to the post you responded to that there are no dealings with H.E. Rainbolt, David Rainbolt, or T Boone Pickens. They might not even know about this company. We have permits for atleast one well. That is keeping up their promises, especially one that actually will make us money. Disclosing what Chris owns in stock of this company does not matter. Maybe he could not care about shares because he could be building Zlus to eventually be bought out. Stating that Chris never attended University of Oklahoma (considering some would actually buy this stock for that reason or even sale their holdings) is in fact slander. They have had prs in the time frame that they have specified and have even issued a brief pr to ease some uncertainties with the shareholders. If this company wasnt going anywhere I would bet the slander issue would be pursued. The people running the company know what is in store and dont want to bother pursuing it for it would waste their valuable time getting things accomplished. Obviously with government documents showing the progress of one well is a positive. People with former ties to the company are pretty much gone for the most part. New people are onboard with the new company. I thought that Lews term is about up as well. Not to mention the company is in the process of acquiring some foreclosed wells. I wouldnt be surprised if a pr comes out next week with more detail on what they are planning to do with the company in the near future.
I did send an email about a month ago to the school. I have deleted it since, but I think the womans name was Laura or something close. She said Chris Rainbolt hasnt attended there. I think I shared that email with someone on here. I dont take much into it. Michael, Chris' brother said all the Rainbolts went there and have degrees and it was easy to find out. I took that as proof enough for me.
the person that said t boone pickens is totally wrong. gene and david relationship is distant. debt has been reduced and lawsuit stuff should be completely finished here within two months. The lawsuit only benefits us. the first well will get them income. where do you get massive legal issues, there are none. the state well registry speaks for itself. besides did you ever think they had their own money and other investors to fund what they are doing in the meantime. Dont forget life insurance, something you went out of the way to post before. You can figure where that came from I guess.
plus ours has two pay zones. money coming.
thats when it is. now give me a member mark.
I dont think it is who you are thinking. go zlus!!!
