accumulating
We wait for debt holders to cover their massive short position. They aren't allowed to destroy UMS
Then why does the SEC state he is 10% owner when the preferred shares had a forward split of 20:1
Your assumption is skewed stating he only has 50,000 shares out of the 200 million authorized. 10% owner is more like 20 million shares

Y'all are too quick to accentuate the negative
Your tape is wrong. The Reverse split happened once and was effective March 09, 2013 as part of the merger. They also gave a forward split 20:1 to their preferred shareholders at that time. It wasn't two separate reverse splits. The split had no effect on Glasgow

Just an estimate but Glasgow's $750,000 investment in FTNW is now worth $25 million. Glasgow invested big in iTalk as evidenced in the filings...
Supplemental Certificate of Service filed
TALK didn't buy UMS. That just goes to show how much DD went into your argument
How's the p/s ratio look? TALK is so quiet I decided it don't matter but I'm sure it is way down there again
groovy
Hit $0.99 today looks like the uplisting will happen. Good job Glasgow!
for NITE to clean out customer bank accounts?
iTalk is doing fine. Why would shorty want all the money in the world if destroying the world is the only way to get it? It makes life very ugly to live. Let TALK go
Do you finally admit Levy is not in jail?
Not a lie; A projection
"What does 'Pro Forma' mean
Pro forma, a Latin term, literally means “for the sake of form” or “as a matter of form.” In the world of investing, pro forma refers to a method by which financial results are calculated. This method of calculation places emphasis on present or projected figures.
Financial statements that utilize the pro forma method of calculation are often designed to draw focus to specific figures when an earnings announcement is issued by a company and made available to the public, particularly potential investors. These pro forma statements may also be designed to indicate a change proposed by a company, such as an acquisition or a merger. Investors should be aware a company’s pro forma financial statements may hold figures or calculations that are not in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). In some instances, pro forma figures are vastly different than those generated with GAAP."

I think the projections are what you refer to as lies
Fabricating counterfeit shares is not something done by the CEO
It's good for a short squeeze unless we be fooled. In a war you should never listen to the enemy. Selling $4 worth doesn't tell me what it is worth
We've been watching stock price every day for years. iTalk goes down on $4 sell orders every day. So what is it really worth. It's worth much more than what I paid for mine
There is the vote by the creditors coming any day now is there not
I have seen none
We are not stupid
Or the Scott paper to clean the mess when TALK leaves people wishing they bought more lol
Lol @ $150 paint down. We don't have an unlimited line of credit like the clearing house although we can stampede on news
Just admit that the bulls beat the bears trading in TALK today.
Sell me some more cheapies k thx
The beef isn't worthy of a case but since you insist. The price of TALK shares are not at issue because it is so easy to manipulate. Toxic lenders and revenues are the thing and revenues are there just waiting for the lenders to go away
For the sake of argument, I disagree with everything you have ever posted
News Flash! While under a NDA iTalk secretly opens MetroPCS stores on every corner
Levy will use shorts to springboard TALK into an uplisting. He has done this before and knows the ropes. Two thumbs up Levy!
BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY HOPE YALL R GETTING SOME SUN BEING CONFIDENT IN YOUR DECISION TO HOLD TALK
Talk, good or bad, is what humans need to do. That reason alone makes TALK golden.
Aye, and preferred shares could appear as well
Glad we didn't give him 10 billion shares but either way it ends up going iTalk is golden. $150,000 a yr salary sounded a bit much too
Going public was the plan
I see TD Ameritrade fabricated 10 million TALK shares to dump. They will be paying this niqqa millions$$$ soon lol ... why not put it on the ask?
They are adept at shaking the strong hands as well. Best thing to do is work a regular paying job so you can average your purchase price per share over a long period of time
2 bit vendor URSA LMAO!!! That is one company I will avoid like the plague
Staggering revenue growth from T-Mobile commission that will be key information going forward
Thanks
