bc's BPI 17.06 broke out to the hoil. I just followed with a tight stop. I'd like more volume on the move.

NVEC can be volatile Paul but it hasn't been below the 50 day since April and has remained close to the 10 and the 20 day. Nice uptrend and it seems to have a bright future.

It surely hasn't attracted volume though, and that keeps one wary. There is obviously very little institutional interest at the moment.

I too, have a very small position and am hoping it attracts some big money interest.

Damn me. I always keep FSLR on the radar and I've still missed moves over 50% of the time. The sad part is the cause could be defined as "peep peep". About the only stock I scalp.

APOL 71.76 I suspect that you are correct and that it will move up from here liz. a big jump above the 200dma. Nice volume. Great fundies. No debt. A massive 64% return on equity. Can that be sustained? Nice peg.

I just took some. Hmm. I again should have taken some FSLR under $156. Now trading at 158.25

BPI 16.96 should be on the list too liz. It looks like another new high today, but the volume is not exciting at the moment. Really superb earnings and sales increases on this extended monster.

FSLR 159.19 is drifting again today. It fills a gap at 156.16. I'll probably get some if it gets near that area for a few days scalp.

Thanks bc on MFE 42.35 up 2.19. Another nice one with a steady increase in sales and earnings breaking out of an 8 week base on strong volume.

KONG a nice bo Sulph on already a 200% vol increase. Great earnings in the March qtr and estimates for a 91% increase this year and 33% in 2010.

NVEC 49.33 is now at a 5 year high. I think it goes even higher if the market remains stable. We shall see.

Morning Paul. I don't remember hearing about Lizzard King in the last few years. However, he was always the much more silent partner. He too, was an attorney.

I was an original member of Shark's live room. They were partners. If my memory is accurate,Lizzard was working from his home in Chicago and Shark was working from his home in Florida.

Sometime during that first year Liz worked for several weeks from the Shark home and eventually bought a home down there. Last I know he was living in Florida in the winter and in Chicago during the summer months. They were working at Jim's,(Shark) home.

Lizz, was and probably is, a great trader. Although I wouldn't be surpardrised if he has retired. He always seemed the least driven of the two. Shark, I felt, had to be the best trader alive and needed all to know that.

Lizzard used to go through a thousand or more charts every night using TC2000.

It was an interesting experience for me. Two very talented and very bright people.

There’s been a fairly startling move today in shares of Broadwind Energy (BWEN), which as the name implies sells gears and towers to the wind energy sector. A spokesperson for the company decline to comment.

BWEN today is up $2.80, or 34%, to $11.03, on volume of nearly 2.4 million shares, which would appear to be the heaviest trading ever in the stock. With today’s move, the stock now has a market cap of more than $1 billion.

There’s no news, no SEC filings, and no new research - in fact, there is no sell-side coverage of the stock at all.

Guesses?

CRAY 7.14 is at about a 19 month high. Is it being added too or is the board making new purchases?

DDRX 21.09 Nother congratulations to who HokieHead bought it at 0.70 and said it would go to $20. It has to be the call of the year or at least be inthe running.
