From Mick's facebook page - Dr Jack Hagarity's new automated car wash product suite is being field test at BP station in Racine.
There are a few car washes around - I like the idea and wish them sucess.
Great recap - agree with your take. Would like to hear other comments. Buddy M
Interesting company information on Mick's facebook page.

Give it a read.

Thanks Qone0, sounds really good. I am off tomorrow to Colorado, my son needs a baby sitter for a few weeks. Will give me lots of time to follow up on your suggestion.
I really think my idea is sound - with potential, just need to get the work out.
Thanks again - Buddy M
Lakers, I have been hopeful and patient - for way to long. Now I see the big turn. Now in 2010 I see what I have been looking for. I Expect to see profitability, big increase in sales and steady rise in PPS.
Each of the items can be measured - so lets track.

I am a happy user of the Natural Sources products. I love things clean and with a shine! The Oxy-Prime for laundry has me hooked. The whites and colours are the brightest and they only get better each time they are washed.
Oxy-Dish does do one hell of a job. Don't know if my washer (Maytag) that gets the credit, but the dishes are sparkling clean, none better.
On and on, the other products perform as advertised. Don't need to look back.
Todays pr is the start in my opinion of things to happen.
Agree - should be shouting in the streets! I'm tapped out or I would be a buyer, altho I don't really need more.
The news shows that there is behind the scenes work going on.
Talked to Mick today. Rather interesting chat.
I'm more interested in my venture and will not chat with any one on this board who does not seem interested in helping progress in helping to raise the pps.
This company is more than stock trading. And anyone invested who helps the company grow helps themselves. I am venturing forward at my own pace, helping the growth to eventually raise the pps so I can retire confortably.
Thanks for your reply, Joev. The process is slow and takes patience. My plan is to get the idea started and all ducks in line than have Mick get involved.
Can't believe how hard it is to get interest in "Creating Jobs". Have tried State unemployment - I don't meet their requirements. But not to give up, each day I get another lead. Best source so far is Craigs List. Only problem is limited posts - multiple posts and you are kicked off.
Any how I think its a good idea that needs to be persued. Think I"ll slow down till after the first of the year. People are fairly busy now with the hollidays.
Take care - Buddy
Okay guys and gals time to rally! I have updated my website and am ready to launch my idea of selling "Natural Choices" products through Home Party Consultants. Check out the sales pitch on Everclearspa.com and click on Careers from the menu.
Out of the shutes I got thrown out of craigs list because of multiple posts than countless others because of posting Spam. Not an easy world. ALL I want is to CREATE JOBS, because the job outages are great and getting worse.
Any ideas? I'm ready to go just need the party workers.
Rocketstocks, I'm toying with an Idea of starting home party sales. Following is a start of a paper and shortly I will have it on my site than advertise on "Craigs list" see if I can get any takers.
Buddy’s “Natural Choices” Home Party Enterprises.
You start as a Home Party Consultant and quickly become an Independent Business Owner.
In these times of high unemployment and little hope for the near future – I am working on an idea to help by offering an opportunity to build a business model in Home Party sales.
I am an internet dealer for Pacific Sands Inc. Racine Wisconsin. And I have access to over 21 Quality Environmentally Safe Cleaning and Laundry Products (under the name of Natural Choices) – plus 7 Eco friendly Pool and Spa products (Under the name of Eco One pool and Spa Treatment System).
How you would start:
Look over the manufacturer’s web site at www.oxyboost.com check out the product line for Natural Choices.
I have put together a product sample kit of cleaning products - a $51.25 value includes shipping, you pay $41.00. With the products you will do your own testing and see for your self that this product line should be easy to sell. If you are not satisfied with the products I will give you a full refund. Sample kit includes:
Oxy Boost 2.5 lb.
Orange 100 8 oz
Mineral Magic 8 oz
Air/Fabric freshener 8 oz
Furniture Polish 8 oz
Included will be product Catalog and other literature.
When you are ready set up a party of friends and family (I would expect that customers will be repeat buyers as the products are that good). I have a few demo’s for showing off the products.
Take orders and add shipping and taxes. Send me a list of the items sold and where to ship. Send me a check for money collected minus 25% (your profit) of the product cost.
This procedure will continue until you have had roughly 15 parties (the amount and time will be negotiated after your first party) at which time if you choose you can get your own dealership and handle all sales and ordering yourself with a full commission.

Taken from a blog by Linda Lowen:
Next time you pooh-pooh a friend's invitation to a home party sale like Pampered Chef kitchenware, Lia Sophia jewelry, Mary Kay cosmetics, PartyLite candles, Stampin' Up scrapbooking and rubber stamps, or Discovery Toys, consider the following.
Known as "direct sales," this type of home-based selling is an intensely female-driven and female friendly industry. About 90% of the selling in the $30.8 billion direct-sales market is done by women.
A sideline for many in better economic times, direct sales has become the primary way to earn income for some women who have lost their jobs or whose husbands have been laid off. And with a drive to succeed, unflagging determination, and creativity in sales and marketing, a woman can earn a surprising amount as a home sales-based entrepreneur.
Hope you enjoyed your outing to the wine country. Buddy M
Joev now that the 10Q is out of the way, we may get a few pr's. I was looking for a break even last qtr - to bad about the bad debt. Hope to find out how Annies products are expected to do.
Joe, I see sales up 22% for the year and gross profit up 12% with lots of positive comments about the future. Is this so concerning?
Jov - lets stop and regroup: The company is growing, mayby not as fast at we would like, but isn't there promise of growth? I need to see the last Quarter over quarter to see how the latest quarter is doing in this slow economy.
Don't see how the year over year is so bad! Aren't we still growing? Will have to see later pr's to see full details.
A baby step for Pacific Sands. I found an entry in "Sam's club" web site for a Eco One 3 month starter kit and their water filter. Now that Pacific Sands is on Sam's approved vendor list, who knows where this will lead. I'm sure this was a lengthy and slow process - don't expect a big impact in immediate sales but a start.
I have tested several of their other products and can say they perform as advertised.
Twelve days and no "Posts" - can't let this go to --thirteen--.
Think all is good on the company front, waiting for news!
Buddy M
Rocketstocks - Have been testing "winning Colours stain remover" which I bought through EcoGeeks.com and along with several of Natural Choices products (Pacific Sands inc.), ALL ARE OUTSTANDING!
I think the market is wide open and will go to the best marketeers. I haven't test many other products in the market but I think many are very good. The world around is trying to outlaw use of phosphates and the green products are "Clean".
On my count Pacific Sands carries three of Winning Brands products. I think this is helpful in bringing the surviving green product companies together - got to tell you "Winning Brands" has the advertising clout. And could just bring along "Pacific Sands".
I can tell you there is much, much more than just "just taking orders and shipping product" . In these trying times it will take a little longer to "jump out".
No info - just my wishful thinking. Do know that the chemists are doing lots of product design, and some could be for potential customers. Didn't push for any pr releases but in time I do think some will be forthcomming.
Maybe Martha can buy her own brand through Pacific Sands. Could be that will be the going model.
I will try doing home party sales - with the number of folks unemployed could be an untapped sales force. Will concentrate on the Natural Choices products. Will let you know how things pan out in a few weeks.
Buddy M
I didn't see the list, don't know if its confidential but Mick chooses not to show. From a previous pr I do recal the share holder number to be over 700. Mick should be quite aware of the workings of stock trading as he has worked in the promotion of small companies in the past. So I do believe when he says he can't see where the selling is comming from. And the previous owners are not selling.
Buddy M
Jobynimble, my "wag" is that it could go either way and for no apparent reason.... I mean that the list of share holders (in a recent list) does not reflect the stock action - that is the number of share holders and shares held have not changed enough to explain what's happening. This is from talking to Mick, when I asked who in hell is doing all the selling.
As I stated I will buy on dips, when and If.
Buddy M
Just got back from my visit to Pacific Sands in Racine WI. Has a most pleasant two full days at the plant. And on Friday afternoon the company had their company picnic.
Very busy place - lot going on, only thing holding them back is "CASH". Am more impressed than ever with the talent on board.
About future stock action, I can only give my gut feeling and that is I will hold and buy on dips.
Any specific questions I will try and answer.
Buddy M
Rocketstock, couldn't pass up the .02 and took it. Was one hell of run up.
jobynim-- regardless of the spins preceived when reading the pr, I look at the interest in shares bought over the last couple weeks. There has been minimum of 300k shares bought. My latest buys were about 100k shares at .015 during the preceeding three weeks or so.
The whole idea is the company now has wiggle room and no debt pressures. This gives them freedom to do their thing. Growth, I think is very much in the picture. So "Q" over Q, things will look okay.
The way I see it is the company - Pacific Sands - negotiated a soft landing. The owed to company, simply opted to hold off payment for a better than current interest rate to see what happens in the futrure.
Remember that the sucess of the company impacts the sellers in that if the pps is up - up than their returns are also up. All are rooting on a sucess of the pps.
With the current structure - looks to me like there is a real chance to move forward with gusto!
Lets all look forward to news in the comming weeks. some could be awsome.
Rocketstocks, I've taken a couple indepth looks at the ecogeeks web site and think It's well constructed and offers a lot to customers.
Sure is lots of press on "Green" these days.
Lakers found place with answers - www.winningbrandscorporation.com/investors.htm
Also winning brands product page on ecogeeks.com
Things may be shaping up.
Lakers you ask good questions - will have to let some in the know answer.
Thanks for the tip - picked up at .005
Am already heavy with PFSD
The demo’s are so generous lending to small businesses, wouldn’t it be a blast if Pacific Sands would get a $3,000,000 zero percent interest loan. And why not! It could be touted as one of their successes.
Think there would be zero risk - for the loan!
True not much action either on the sell side or buy side. Just got my "GTC" order filled at .02, took a while -- don't intend to sell cheap shares. And like you would like to hear some current news.
Buddy M
Joe, was impressed with Gage's press so thought I'd drop him a line. Will see what he has to say about PFSD.
Buddy M
Hi guy's, its been awhile since I've posted but I have been around. I have recently checked my competition on the internet websites and have found lots of competition. So like any red blooded American I looked over my site and looked for a fighting edge. Time will tell but things are changing - Would you believe that "Spa care" with EcoOne is becomming a breeze.
All the old thinking will be desolving, fading out. This product is so good that people will literally discard all the old rules. I try to sell folks on the reasoning that proper care requires certain steps but they find they are not needed and get along fine with the minimum. and thats what they buy.
The pps is puey but to me it is the chance of a life time. And just know that I personally think that all is fine and on track - a share holder.
Buddy M
Possible share holders meeting the middle of Sept. And if so I'm planning on attending.
To me the major topics for discussion are financing for growth and getting the pps up, up - up!
I became aware of this company from a spam I reveived yesterday.

UNITED CONSORTIUM
(PINK: UCSO)
The ultimate goal of United Consortium is to acquire and develop brands
already well known to retailers and consumers. The company strives to
preserve competitiveness and independence of individual brands,
identity, product development, sales, and marketing. The operation is
focused on delivering efficient quality control systems to provide easy,
trouble-free sales for retailers and to retain brand allegiance of
consumers.
WHY BUY???
With spokespersons from Wal-Mart as well as UCSO confirming negotiations
are in progress of a buyout for a premium of $1.75 per share the only
thing UCSO.PK can do is appreciate in price. Extremely undervalued at
$0.10, with this buyout being so close to finalized now is the time to
own UCSO before the stock hits our expected target of $4.00.
There is a notice of me in the penultimate number of 'All the Year
Round,' but not worth consulting; chiefly a well-done hash of my own
words. Your last note was very interesting and consolatory to me.
Yes, the company is in an envious position, growing at a time when there is so much negative chatter in the news daily.
Won't be long and the red will be far behind. I'm sure the pps will explode before long.
News release - new equipment on line.
With the company growing nicely - I think its time the pps does some needed catching up.
