When gdhi has a positive pr this will go up he/her wont be able to hold it down for very long then. We need psc back on board if they issue a STRONG BUY again we will see .004's again and beyond, I emailed them awhile back they said they still have GDHI on there radar and if the time is ever right they will be back on board, not there exact words but simalar, hope they jump back soon imo
