Our list of officers has been submitted, and our license is now good until 12/31/11.
IMO, the more market makers the better, because it shows more interest in SRSR (potential for more buying and selling).
16 market makers on both bid and ask. Don't remember seeing that many - most I remember was 14.
Zecco allows SRSR trades. I checked ING Orange Sharebuilder, and SRSR is on their list of approved companies.
WOW!!! I missed the Hong Kong phone number!!! IMO that is the most significant part of the PR (and the other parts are quite important themselves)!!

Hi xxxxxx,
I'm traveling now but got your message. Merle must have been having a hectic day! There was a mis-statement in the financials that no one noticed, the authorised number of shares is 850m. Thanks for catching that.
I can't edit it now, time is past, but if you feel that strongly about it, feel free to ask a mod to edit or delete the post - use this post to give them my permission. I want what is best for us and SRSR.
I did consider that, but I feel he would not have replied with that email address if he didn't want it public. After all, if everyone sent the message and he replied to everyone, wouldn't that have the same effect? Plus, I would probably have been accused of creating the email myself.
This is a sad post, IMO.

That is probably the worst reply to an honest question that I have ever received.
And the most useless.
I’ll not be emailing you again.

This is probably the 10th email about this so far today.
Nothing I say has any effect on the Ihub conversations and as you know I have no interest in getting involved in Ihub conversations.
Scott has committed to keep the dilution down. He has kept his word.

Why do the financial statements say unlimited authorized shares, when the Nevada site says 850,000,000?
May I post your answer?
Thanks, and Happy New Year.
16 MMs - most I have seen in a long while has been 14.
Could you provide a link to "distention"? Or explain its relevance to SRSR? I am unfamiliar with the term. Is it part of the mining lexicon?
Link from Merle: http://www.nationmw.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=10509:rising-niobium-prices-offer-hope&catid=66:business-news&Itemid=64
Merle says "I am not trying to promote another project but the article does document a rise in the price of Niobium."
Prayers and condolences from our family to you.
You are correct. And before someone asks you for a link, let me be of assistance:
Because Dahlman Rose is so small—its $160 million in capital is equivalent to 2% of Goldman's—it's been able to steer clear of the raft of banking regulations coming out of Washington.
The direct link doesn't work. Indirectly:

Not much there, but at least it's something.
Lack of demand alone cannot cause the SP to drop. Only sellers can do that. If they are sellers who bought at a lower price than their selling price, then that is reasonable.....and eventually those shares will be in stronger hands. However, if they are sellers who bought at a higher price, and are now selling at a loss, IMO that is not as good a situation. Even so, eventually the shares will be in stronger hands.....it will just take longer for the declining SP to turn around. I really believe that there is a lot of desire for the shares......but those of us who want more have probably already used up their funds. I would bet that as soon as an order for a significant amount of shares is placed, the SP will rise, and maybe dramatically. You can say all you want about charts and TA and wind direction and the state of the moon, but IMO the greatest driver of the SP is demand.
Is that the same as a non compliant report? Or is it indeed a report regarding complaints?
Here's a reference to the original - can't copy link, won't work.

Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On June 17, 2010, the Executive Director ordered (the Cease Trade Order) under section
164 of the Act that trading in the securities of Sarissa Resources, Inc. (the Company)
cease until the Company files a technical report that supported its previous disclosure of
a mineral resource estimate on its Nemegosenda Project in Ontario and the Executive
Director makes an order under section 171 of the Act revoking the Cease Trade Order.
¶ 2 The Company’s name should have been shown as Sarissa Resources Inc.
¶ 3 The Company has filed a technical report that does not support the Company’s previous
mineral resource estimate. By news release dated October 5, 2010, the Company
retracted its previous mineral resource estimate and has revised and updated its technical
disclosure on the Nemegosenda Project.
¶ 4 The Company is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted
on the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets because since September 15, 2008, investor
relations activities have been conducted by it or on its behalf in or from British

Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102) and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509,
2. comparative annual financial statements for its financial years ended
December 31, 2008 and December 31, 2009, as required under Part 4 of NI 51-102
and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509,
3. Form 51-102F1 Management's Discussion and Analysis for the periods ended
September 30, 2008, December 31, 2008, March 31, 2009, June 30, 2009,
September 30, 2009, December 31, 2009, March 31, 2010 and June 30, 2010, as
required under Part 5 of NI 51-102 and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509, and
4. Form 51-102F2 Annual Information Form for the years ended
December 31, 2008 and December 31, 2009, as required under section 5(c) of BCI
51-509
(the required records).
¶ 6 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the Cease Trade Order to:
1. reflect the proper spelling of the Company’s name: Sarissa Resources Inc.,
2. delete paragraphs 3, 4 and 5, and
3. amend paragraph 6 to delete section 1 and to substitute “it files the required records
completed in accordance with the Act and regulations” therefor.

Is there not a big difference between "the rest of the investing world" and "those few who are selling at a declining bid, thus driving the price down"?
I don't do this often, but here goes.....
For those who are appalled by the price drop:
1. The volume is minimal. If it were many millions per day, my next few comments would not apply.
2. Let's say the bids are as follows (price and number of shares ordered):
.026 50000
.025 25000
.024 30000
.019 100000
.016 110000
3. Do you see how fast the bid / latest sale price can drop, when someone decides to dump 500,000 shares?
4. Does this mean that because your portfolio multiplies this lower price times your number of shares, that the value number you are looking at is accurate?
5. Of course not. If you decide to sell your own shares at that time, your value will probably be even less. BUT....
6. If you wait until the selling is over, when people start to realize that the share price is too low, and start buying, and the price goes up, and you sell then, your value will be higher.
7. Did you ever notice other stocks, which, once the downhill trend starts, EVERYBODY dumps, and the stock goes to no bid?
8. Did you also notice that no matter how low the price has gone, that there has been no mass dumping? That 750,000,000 plus shares have remained unsold?
9. And why is that? Because when all is said and done, those
who have been saying that SRSR is worth a lot of money, are correct.
10. IMO, this is one of the least risky stocks I have ever encountered.
What happens if the company decides NOT to pursue?
The 2010 Report also recommends a systematic geochemical exploration designed to fully assess the economic potential of other parts of the Nemegosenda complex, which exploration the Company will consider pursuing, subject to having the available financial and other resources.
Will this put to rest the constant "what is Scott being paid" questions?
v) Management fees of $60,000 (2009-nil) were paid or accrued to the President of the Company.
GOOD GRIEF!!! The first sentence is in QUOTES!!! The next part of the post is my SARCASTIC comments. I am NOT SAYING THERE IS NO INTEREST.
sigh
"There is no interest in this stock period. Management has not made investors a priority and until they do here we stay". Hmmmm if over HALF of my last 50 posts were on SRSR, I would be an idiot to say that there is no interest in it!!! Wonder if there WAS interest, would the approx 28 posts become 2,800 LOL?????

Stockwatch shows bid .028 ask .0281 (for that trade, not now LOL).
IMO someone thinks we are on the verge of a massive PPS jump.....and is panicking.....praying that volume does not come soon....so that he/she/MM can get what they need.....
You are correct - it isn't 180m. Due to the errors in the information, I thought awhile before deciding to post it; in the end, I decided that it couldn't hurt to have an opinion from someone who isn't directly part of the pro and con groups on IHUB (at least, I guess he isn't LOL).
I don't agree with all of the comments - e.g. "It is gone unless SRSR can mine this NIOBIUM it is sitting on" isn't quite true LOL.
One billion market cap? interesting...........
from http://tradedragon.blogspot.com/2010/08/tradedragon-only-penny-stock-sarissa.html
Wednesday, August 18, 2010tradedragon only PENNY STOCK. Sarissa Resources. SRSR.pk
tradedragon hates penny stocks, however, there is one exception, and Sarissa Resources is the only exception.
tradedragon has meddled with many penny stocks before including SPNG, MGLG, EESO, and these stocks have met the PUMP and DUMP scenarios. If you do not know what is PUMP and DUMP, avoid this stock.
SRSR is a junior exploration company. It owns the world’s second largest Niobium mine now. Recently the company has mandated Dahlman Rose as its financial advisor. This is because, SRSR does not have enough funds to start mining its Niobium. It is only sitting on more than $50bln worth of Niobium, but the company does not have the tools to take them out.
What is noteworthy about SRSR is that the CEO is the son of the Founder of the largest Copper miner, Teck Resources Limited (NYSE: TCK). This connection boosts the credentials of this company.
SRSR is a very risky play. Any investment in this company should be treated as written off. Only invest what you want to put in the POT. It is gone unless SRSR can mine this NIOBIUM it is sitting on. Currently, the market Cap of SRSR is about $180mln. Using simple valuation, SRSR should be fairly valued at a billion.
Tradedragon is not recommending SRSR. Tradedragon already owns SRSR in his portfolio.
Invest at your on risk. Perform your own due dilligence on SRSR before making any investment. The valuation of the resources is only an unofficial estimate, it has not been approved by the NI41 compliance.
Dilution? How do you know they won't take a piece of the profits to come?
Wow, no, nice catch!
What "mining process"? I thought the digging was to verify what is in the ground. I kinda think they did enough of that LOL. IMO the "mining process" doesn't begin for awhile. What they achieved instead of a "mining process" is, IMO, phenomenal!

How does this affect selling the shares? Do you have to rescind the registration?
19 MMs. MAXM is on bid, but not on ask.

When I see that no one else has posted that the Financials were submitted, I always post the link. Something worth mentioning? Depends on perspective. Every time they post a financial statement it gives me a good feeling about owning shares of an honest company with honest managment.
