Interesting that the United States Marine Corp., is a little bit older than the United States...
Cheers, F8
Oh.
:*)
Thought it was some kind of giant western duck that made its way over from Texas or somethin'.
Scared me.
~FredRedux
T-Lady, Ride the ducks?
They must be some big quackers.
~Fredduck
Thank you T-Lady. Christmas lights in full view already last week (boy, I still have my Halloween mask on...oh, wait a minute...?!?). :8^}
Cannot wait till you get to NY.
Branson looks like it has alot of water nearby.
~StillFloatingFred
Traveling...Where is Branson? eom
Almost drowned in the rain actually...
11/11, bad memory?
Chocolate covered?
(CYGX) Half asleep, what's the other half doing, Liz?
CYGX may be gearing up for Dr. Chen's presentation in San Diego tomorrow (Tues., 4pm).
Check CYGX board for update (member Thalio will be attending presentation).

Buenas Dias, Looks like the Hotel WBR is indicating up a bit early here.
Good day all (as I try to get my land legs back, Liz).
~Fred Cousteau
I guess that's better than smoking one.
Oh,...sorry...
;-/
Gee Jake, thanks, but I hope you're off a bit on that pps (if not, I may have to average down, which I don't like doing).
I bought AAC late yesterday at .60.
WBR & CYGX both at .80. Looking good for next week...
Big news week next week for many issues.
Best, F8
So, ATM, I guess we're hot...hopping hottt. eo)
ATM, Leave it to Judge Vicki L. Robertson to turn it around.
Didn't she sing that song, "Turn The Beat Around"?
Oh, no, that was Vicky Sue Robinson.
Well, good job anyway. :8^)

Matt, Let me know if you end up going with IMM.

Cala Corp. Wins Judgment For $2,691,000.00
OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--11/07/2003--Cala Corporation (Pinksheets:CCAA) is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the Honorable Vicky Robertson, District Judge for the State of Oklahoma, has granted judgment to Cala Corporation against defendants IMOIL, Querino Caparelli, and Gisella Mancini, in the amount of $2,691,000.00. The defendants were also ordered to return all shares of Cala Corporation that had previously been issued to them. The Court found that the defendants made numerous fraudulent representations to Cala Corporation in connection with a planned merger resulting in Cala Corporation issuing 10 million shares of common stock to the defendants. The court further found that, as a result of the fraudulent conduct of the defendants, Cala Corporation suffered damages in the amount of $2,691,000.00. The defendants are jointly and severally liable for the full amount of the judgment.
In a different matter, Cala Corporation has retained the auditing firm of Castro, C.P.A. to complete and file the 2002 10K as well as the 10Q's for 2003 in compliance with Sarbanne/Oxley. In addition, the Company has received verbal assurance from an OTCBB market maker that the institution will list and trade the company symbol as soon as the audited financials are complete and filed with EDGAR. The company's CEO, Joseph Cala, strongly believes that being listed on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board Market will enhance its ability in attracting additional investors and Market Makers to the company's stock, which will be more beneficial overall to the company's valuation and business prospects. The company has a lot of promising opportunities and developments in the pipeline and it has a desire to keep listing itself on more highly recognized exchanges.

ATM/CCAA,
I believe they had good news today. Does that alter your "worst mistake", I hope?
~Freddy & The Cruisers
Latino, Since Tuesday, I believe. eom
Latino/WBR,
CNBC has been misquoting the movement on Wyndham all week.
It is currently up .07, @ .75.
Their pps is correct, the movement is way off.
~F8
Funny stuff guy/gal. %^) eom
I hear you Jake. Maybe along with the skin lotion, you should use a sports cream.
Try not to climb any mountains just yet, ok?
If you feel up to it, let me know what you think about AAC.
WBR & CYGX doing ok so far today.
Best, Fred
Hey Jake, Glad that's over with early. Are you home already?
Scratch away, but not too much. Maybe use some skin lotion.
How are you feeling?
~F8
Liz: Breakfast = Nice Big Frog Legs, with a side of Turtle Soup (for those long-term stocks that will slowly, but steadily, win the race).
Actually, I had Turtle Soup & Frog's Legs for dinner in New Orleans not too long ago (you know, when in Rome...).
Bananas Foster (where it originated) for dessert.
~Freddy the Frog
Liz, "frog legs", that's a good one. :) eom
Matt, You may want to see what IMM has left.
I believe chipped2003 is the in-house authority on that one (as much as anyone can be).
Best, F8
P.s. Good luck to your brother.
Much Good Luck tomorrow Jake...
Along with the staples & stitches, I hope they remove most, if not all, of your pain & discomfort.
I'll pray for you to have a peaceful weekend.
Best, Fred
Wow, did I miss most of a big day...
Heavy rains & floods all over these parts today kept me trapped around town.
Hawk, congrats on ATRM! I forget just where you mentioned it (but, I know it was significantly less than it is today).
GOAM, AGIS, EAG, et.al., where the heck do these stocks think they're going......to da moon I guess.
I managed to pick up AAC at .60. Maybe they'll let me play with it tomorrow...
Hope all had a good day.
~F8+H2O
Ron/CYGX,
This is a heavily detailed biopharmaceutical play that warrants (& is worth, imho) some time to research for a long-term hold.
The CYGX board here on iHub is pretty good, sans the recent outbreak of unusual pumping/bashing which is not the norm here on iHub.
In short, and in the short run, the chart looks very similar to what it did in September. Shares are tough to come by, and I believe it will break very soon (one way or another).
News should be coming next week (Nov. 10th, I believe).
I am trading shares to sell next at $1, while continuing to hold some for the long term...(I purchased in the .60's & .70's).
Best, F8
OT: Hey Art, We better stick with the stocks...
At the way the two trilogies (Matrix, LOTR) are playing out, I would not expect too much (& therefore, be less disappointed).
The first ones held too much promise, I think...
Best, F8

For the future, the search at the bottom of most pages is pretty helpful. In this case, you would type in CYGX & click the "ticker" option.

Liz, The CYGX board moderator (starter), chipped2003, has extended his thanks to you as well.
Btw, if Rocky helped with the translation, does that mean part of it was translated from German to doggyease, then from doggytalk to English?
How do you distinguish a German bark from an English one?
Boy, that's a "ruff" one.
Thanks again, FredRock
Hawk,
Sorry about that... I did enjoy the snow & changing of seasons up to (& through) my 30's. I'm not sure how old you are, but physically & mentally, I am now much more content with looking at snow scenes, paintings & pictures on TV...heehee...
I do love having the option to wear what I want (or not wear what I want ) most of the year.
Shorts on in the snow. Now, that's my kind of thing.
My neighbors used to yell at me (in NY) when I would shovel snow in a T-shirt, shorts, & a wind breaker...
Ahh, those were the days...

Fred (continued :
next they go into the the costs and the mathematical probabilities for the success of each phase:
I: Human Safety Test:20-80 peoples, 6 months, Costs $500.000, epiric probability 25%. 20year net cash flow, 2 Billion $; discounted currenttime value: $265850000.00
II: Safety & Effectivness: 200 pps, 12 months, 1.5 Mil costs, probabilty 45%, Net cash flow 20 years 2 Billion$.
III: Multi Center Clinical Studies, 2000 pps, 24 months, 4 Mil $ costs, Success Probability 70%, 20 year net cash flow: 2 Billion $
The Cyto developed Gen - Technology promisses a drastic Change in the Symtom Treatment to the cure of an illness. Cyto is positioned most favorable to receive the growing marketshare for TARGET testing of medicines. Cyto expects that the Revenue generated for testing others medizines will pay for their pipeline clinical studies & developments. (nice deal!)
Cyto has a PATENTED Atom-Technology, which allows for the manipulation of the RNS during production of gen-based therapies for gen-modification, which is based on gene-slicing, RNS Disturbances and other Applications....MOST INVESOTRS DO NO KNOW that they have this patent from the year 2000!!!!Cyto is clearly at the top of a floodwave of scientific and developmental Activities with its range of RNS targeted theraputic Strategies. While cyto is technical a young company with limited financing, they have developed the atom-technology to a point where commercial Targetchecking Tools are available and and pre-clinical Toxicology and studies can be continued.
Cyto Technology offers a single alternative (meaning there is no other) outside of the current state of the art standard solutions within Vektor-Gene-Therapy, while offering a valid medthod for the improvement and elimination of current problems.
Regardless of the highly speculative current value of the company and the limited financing cyto has available to them, we believe this company to be a very promissing representative for the third Generation of companies within the area of Genomik-Therapy.
Thats all she wrote!! Liz

Thank you Liz.

The following is a two-part translation of the German article. While I cannot vouch for its accuracy (I do not speak German), it was done by a very nice poster (cisco06430) on the AMTD board.

Fred:
per the article, with the info given, its a stock to buy and put into that xmas stocking and keep it there for a xmas in the future
Cyto works on targeted pills/creams...meaning that they only manage and cure what is wrong without side effects to the other tissue for herpes 1 2, contact dermitities, and 2 other skin infections (painful ugly ones) that cannot translate. They have specific TARGETtesttechnologie which reduces the cost and error rate of the development of new developed medizines which is sought by large pharma. Cyto Business Model has 2 Strategies: 1. increase gross sales by making available their Target test technology to big pharma testing their medizines and 2. product development with partners in both pharma and biotech.
Then they explain in the article about our 35000 genes...etc...background info...to then explain Cyto's PORPRIETORY technology to essentially (my rough version) for meds to get to certain proteins inside the cell to change the code of the 'misguided' ones (lol...that's my interpetation!!). Cyto has an extemely experience managment team with both business and scientific background, half of them being doctorates and scientists in the fields of sexual deseases, dermatology, Micorbiolog and Gentherapie. Cytos technology is 'alterable' (changeable) to be used with various illnesses. They currently have in their pipeline 3 products with 5 indications(solving 5 illnesses) which focuses on a Market valued at about 4-5 Billion $.
With the successful completion of clinical Phase I & II, Cyto intends to form Distribution Partnerships with local (US) and international Pharma. Via these Parnterships the costs of the remaining clinical Studies to the Approval by the FDA should be finanzed.....
More in next column...tune in...read and learn...I am buying this stock! lol

Thank you very much Liz. Can I post your translation on the CYGX board here?
If not, that's OK. I very much appreciate your help.
(This sounds like my next GERN...possibly even better in the long run.)
~Fred
ATM, That's great sounding weather up there. I hope you cruise through the winter without even noticing it.
This is the best time of year down here. It's funny, I've gotten into doing "Spring" cleaning around this time of year. It's the best time to do work on, in, and around your house. I get more acquainted with my property now, than I do all summer.
Dad, of course, is leading the charge on any rooftop surveillance & any major reconstruction.
When he dies (or, "if"), we should donate his body to science. Maybe he really is Superman (or "Unbreakable").
(And, as Rodney Dangerfield said, when I die, they should donate my body to science fiction, lol.)
~Mr. Limelight
Thank you Lizco...
I'll tell you...in this business, I could never live on the west coast.
I get up early around here. If I lived out there, I would never sleep.
Thanks for being up (probably before daylight).
~FredLight

Good morning Lady Anne-Marie...
I will be "in" today, and my door is open for "bizness".
How are things on your end of the east coast? (I presume you are not world tripping at the moment.)
:8^)
~FredLight
For those that speak the language (esp. Liz, Rheeman), can you tell me if the following article is generally positive?
(Maybe an introduction of CYGX to the German community?)
Thank you, F8

Thank you Captain Crunch for that download link.
While I have not had any problems with this CYGX board, it did help with other boards on iHub. Less hangups & music plays much better.
IE6 runs better, as well.
Btw, 177 new objects found.
