Hawk, Wellllllll......
It's all relative, of course. ;)
This would be beach weather if I was still used to NY winters.
Now, it's just uncomfortable because I'm used to 80 degrees.
80 to 40, hey, that ain't so funny (well, maybe a little).
Equipment: More clothes (I actually have to wear long sleeves, can you believe!)
(Somebody forgot to turn on the sun here this morning.)
%^))
Marcos, Key?!? How old do you think I am?
Wow, how did you even remember that?
I had old black & white movie clips run through my head with that one.
~
It's still cold.

Cold day outside...
Warm day in the market.
No swimming for a while. (Anybody got an extra pair of ice skates?)
Very cool Jake. If you're up to a good laugh (or cry, depending on viewpoint), I can share some good ones with you on the phone (if you're up to speaking on the phone, of course).
I'll e-mail you presently.
Either way, use that sense of humor to further your way back to health.

Hey, Jake, I had to do a double take on who was sending me that message.
Uh, oh, I,...can...not even think of a comment... %^)
Just be well (& I hope you are not trying to put the whammy on me...hehe).
How are you feeling, btw?
(And best for your own well being, don't think of such "other" matters...if you know what I mean.)
~'ski free Freddie
Well, Liz, ok, I'm too late...
Just keep me abreast of any changes or availability. ;)
Btw, what is that "error message" at the bottom of your post?
~Fred ?
Edit: OK, now the message is gone from your post, and a Server Error is at the top of mine (I guess an iHub glitch of some sort.)
Yes, Liz, she's been around awhile...
but, you'd never know it.
(How old is she, anyway? I know, not polite to ask that.)
How about, do you know her number or where she lives? :)
(I hope I look that good when...)
Now, I'm totally distracted...what was I doing...
~F8362436
Hmmm, Liz, what are you trying to say...)
But, that is better. Lucky Stu.
(Who's Stu, btw?)
~Fred Cattrall
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!...
What the heck was that?

Wyndham International Achieves Bank Amendment Requirements to Extend Maturities; Asset Sales Provide Proceeds To Further Reduce Debt
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--12/11/2003--Wyndham International, Inc. (AMEX:WBR) announced today that it has successfully completed all requirements necessary to affect the extensions of its increasing rate loans and revolving credit facilities to April 2006. Additionally, Wyndham was able to meet all requirements well in advance of the designated deadline of Feb. 29, 2004.
To affect the maturity extensions, Wyndham was required to repay approximately $200 million of the term and increasing rate facilities, and refinance one of the Company's largest mortgage pools. In June, Wyndham announced the successful refinancing of the Company's two largest mortgage pools. On Dec. 11, 2004, the Company repaid the remaining debt obligations as specified in the amendment. As a result of the extensions, there will be no significant corporate facility maturities until 2006.
"Achieving the amendment requirements well before the deadline and extending our maturities is a triumph for Wyndham," said Fred J. Kleisner, chairman and chief executive officer for Wyndham. "The extension of the term of our credit facilities puts us in position to focus on our business and take full advantage of the recovering economy."

Sorry Hawk...
I really cannot say I miss the days with "no" degrees, or temperatures & wind chills in the negative numbers. (ouch)
They do not compute anymore.
I like to swim, even in the winter (at least, once or twice a week), although I'm in a minority even down here. The outdoor spa (whirlpool, hot tub, et.al.) is a big help when I get out of the cool pool.
~Fred
That's a good one Marcos, thanks. :) eom
EAR has a nice ring to it...
Unusually cold down here Hawk, 64 degrees.
Well, cold is relative...should be back up to 80 degrees by the weekend.

Yes, I agree Liz. It's just after the move, I received many calls from clients & friends about the misquoted quotes.
I finally told people to just stop watching...
~CNBCFreeF8
Liz, fwiw, WBR has been wrong for six weeks min. You can track it back to the day they moved from Fort Lee, NJ.
I hope they move again, but, little chance. The employees like the new studio, the audience does not...guess who wins...?
~F8
Ron,
Haven't you noticed that since CNBC moved to their new studio, over a month ago, that their ticker has been wrong?
The prices are correct (for the most part), but the movement (up, down & amount) has been incorrect on many issues.
Many, including myself, have e-mailed them, but no response or correction.
(Btw, Wachovia/PRU, Goldman & my office no longer watch them. Most have subscribed to BloombergTV.)
~F8
"Training" for what ma'am, sir,...boy, now I'm really confused.
I agree with the previous posters about that moniker (unless there's a good story to go along with it).
~F8
I think the questions may be slanted toward Libertarians.
(More questions may be needed as well.)
Btw, AAC looks like a nice steady gainer over the next month or so. (It has been stair stepping up for the last month.)

Morning Mr. Griswold (Nat'l. Lampoon's Xmas Vacation/Chevy Chase).
20,000 more lights & you can beat "Sparky's" record (just don't fall off the roof :) ).
Did my marathon Christmas shopping this past weekend. I used to do it floor by floor, in Lord & Taylor/NY, on Cristmas eve.
Smaller L&T's down here in sunny land, so did it earlier with a Nordstrom/Lord & Taylor tag-team-combination-all-weekend-Christmas-sale-buying-wrapping-decorating-falling-down-exhausted-cannot-take-another-step-thank-God-I'm-finished marathon weekend.
Now, I'm going to take a look at AAC, and go back to sleep mode...
~Fred Claus
Hawk, You've stumbled onto a long-running joke on me in my office.
Back in the day when FRED was $11-$12/sh, I mentioned that we should take a substantial position in it. Well, I did not follow through, and the stock doubled in less than a year, and has since, tripled.
This F.R.E.D. (Financially Ready Every Day) is very sad that he missed the other FRED opportunity.
:(
~Just plain Fred
Jake, You sound pretty good for a corpse...
And, it certainly hasn't affected your market capabilities.
Give a wink at the reaper, and say, "Sorry, not yet...".
(I hope the humor is ok. Looking at it too seriously can be too negative, in my opinion. My dad takes such a light-hearted view of any malady that affects him, that I believe he defies illness & injury because of his mental attitude & humor toward them.)
~F8
Jake, I know it's easier said than done, but try to look at it as a positive.
Since you survived, you're better than the Dr. thought, and you must have more to do in your life yet...
Some years ago, I woke up in a hospital to an idiotic Dr. telling me that I was in a bad car accident, I should have died, but, I'll be ok.
Huh, what, I should have died...?!?
Aside from you possibly beating the odds, you can be sure that the Dr.'s certainly don't know everything.
You won this fight. Continue on & prove 'em wrong (though, I'm sure the surgeon didn't think negatively, and a credit to him & his skill).
Now, pick up where the surgeon left off...
Best, Fred
Jake, That's some news to find out after the fact (a heck of alot better than finding out before, of course).
There's a new perspective for you...
Thank goodness the Dr.'s thoughts were wrong.
Hang tough Jake, The Conqueror.
~Fred :}
"jurassic sized." Good one Liz. eom
Thank you AAC.
Looks like the "A" stocks were good today...
~"A"men
Good day all.
Pretty good first full day back.
Jake, congrats on ALTI (gave you a credit on the Break Out Trading board).
Hawk, we're back near 80 degrees today. (I was freezing in New Orleans & Biloxi last week).
Best, deFrostingFred
ALTI/Jake should know on the AMTD board. eom
Thank you Anne-Marie. I got my bags all packed & ready to take flight...
Keep an eye on the markets while I'm away. Don't let them get into any trouble, or they'll have me to deal with when I get home, lol.
Takin' an early Turkey outta here >>>.
~Flyin'Fred
P.s. Peace & Humor to all of ya...
That's cool Ron. This is the first time in a while that I am leaving all my stocks long with little concern or instructions for while I am away.
Hey, I remember Indian Summer. Of course, down here, Indians, Cowboys, Buffalo, don't matter. It's almost always summer...
~Fredaway
Thank you Liz. Good luck with D.& E. eom
