oops whoops (edited) (further edit)
I guess that's why there wasn't a run on the banks for remortgages yesterday. Maybe the word had already leaked out.
I'll need to revise my estimates for the pps by year end.
Cowinkidink that capndagood "retired" from these "discussion" boards the very day before the press conference? He's made himself so current on events, perhaps he knew what was coming?
Makes one go hmmmmmmmmmmm ...

(further edit)
Maybe that company in CO that's working with cdex needs to rethink their "support" and "marketing" approach !
Now why would capnwow "move on"? Disable his chat room sites? This the supporter who goes further back than most posters still here (except maybe PapaTony)? This the man who has put all his life savings into this stock?
Possible reasons:
- His "work" here is done -- he feels he's given everyone all the "information" he possibly can find and he's no longer a "valuable resource" (unlikely from a man whose sole interest in life, besides recovering from cancer, has been to google everything under the sun)
- He's found the ancient mariner's life on the high seas more appealing than sitting behind a keyboard (also unlikely given that I doubt his sailing vessel is adequate for more than day trips)
- His wife has other less dangerous or taxing plans for their lives (maybe so -- she must have been very scared over the lugnut incident and also must be fed to the teeth with the attention his computer time has taken away from her)
- The authorities and a lawyer or two have told him it's time to get lost or suffer the consequences (much more possible than the first three, especially given that he evidently was indulging in and passing along serious libel to rottenapple)
- He's going to be part of the new "team" at cdex and so will be constrained from posting at all (getting warm?)
Anyone else have any other ideas? I mean ... after all, the other master researcher/supporter, who disappeared for all intents and purposes, just vacated the premises without a lengthy and emotional farewell. That would be widelyignored for the johnny come latelys who never heard of him. He didn't suffer from the ego problems of capnwow, needing to be applauded as he took his bows. He just left when he saw this entire outfit for what it was. And unlike capnwow who consistently has refused to answer directly any direct question put to him, widely engaged fully in discussions and even disputes with other posters. I know. We had a few "engagements" back in the daze.
So what's the truth behind your "moving on," capndagoodwow?
You have the podium.
for pity sake, doyourown ...
SAY THANK YOU TO NOLAJO !
Here, I'll make it easy for you ... just copy and paste the following into your next post:
Thank you, nolajo, for explaining how it happens that your name appears in bold face on my screen. I must have highlighted your name and just forgot I did that.
You can leave out the italics.
OT ...
ohhhhhhhhhh, that's really cryptic, doyourown.
"no comment"
Also it's OT to cdex, idn't it? Dudn'it make sense to mark your posts that are OT with OT so all will know they can be skipped over widdout missin annythin? And so you don' wind up in gaol? I'd think so.
And since nolajo 'splained how come you see "certain posters" in bold face, wuddn'it be appropriate for you to say thank you to him/her? Just common courtesy, I'd say (and just did). Ever'body likes to be acknowledged for the contributions they make here, doncha know. Manners, doncha know.
Weren'cha brung up good?
Well, it looks as if there's gonna be a big price surge on Monday with all those multiple mortgages being taken out.
Thanks, nolajo, for getting the ball rolling! Just think, if everyone posting here takes your lead, and then goes one further and buys on margin, what enormous effect it will have. Boggles the mind. But those on the east time will have a great advantage because of the time difference, so west coasters will just have to pay higher prices, more's the pity.
I expect the pps to be around $4 by noon, east coast time. No doubt $7 when the market closes. And a gap up Tuesday morning, opening at $10.
WOW ! ! !
doyourown ...
what do YOU think of nolajo's investment strategy? Sounds like the best idea I've ever ever heard! As soon as the bank opens Monday, I'm headed over.
BTW, you must not have a very good memory ... if his name is bold, it's because you made it so!
capnwow ... what do YOU think of his investment strategy? I'm especially interested in your opinion since you're such a long-time supporter and master researcher (rivaled only by widely who eventually tired of playing games with his own head), and obviously have so much riding on the outcome of it all. (Outcome of what -- what is 'it' I refer to, you ask? Ah, there's the $64,000 question. But that's got to be peanuts to you, so I doubt you'll take the time to "research" it and come up with the answer.)
capnwow ...
are you trying to recruit crow to your legion of admirers? Next will you work on diddy? xenophon? nolajo? maybe even ~kidd? rottenapple? how about atxman?
Go for it, foolish man.
ot: "pre-reverse split"?
whatever are you on, moonie?
clearly you don unnerstan nuthin!
or do you have cdex in mind, with ITS reverse split? that's the only reverse split I can think of and it should be of interest to you.
edit just for crow at the bottom ...
I never thought about Bob Dole!
Absolutely, he's been hugely successful as spokesman for certain medical things. I bet he'd be delighted to work with cdex/baxa's advertising arm to get the word out about Valimed across the country and around the world (not to mention getting it into Duke medical center).
So ... edgy a consultant to the company? Does that mean he can charge his trips to the hallowed headquarters on an expense account to them? Plus food and lodging? I imagine so.
Do pipes sound good with trombones?
(edit for crow ... I just flashed on who nojola might be -- pretty amusing if I'm right!)
ot: oh now I get it, moonie ...
you're "retaliating" for all posters who don;t own cdex shares by posting on the bprg board?
Now THAT makes sense! Or at least it would to a grade school mentality.
btw, why dincha put OT in front of your post, huh? I don't think it has any bearing on cdex -- the company or the stock -- and you might run the risk of having it deleted by matt. Next stop: jail! You wouldn't want THAT to happen, would you? You couldn't fly your aeroplane then (assuming you even pass the tests and physicals next time 'round).
(edited) crow ...
If valimed is so terrific, I wonder why baxa doesn't approach Yale/New Haven or UNC or Duke or Cedars of Lebanon (not the current name) or Mr. Sinai with it. Or maybe they did and they took a pass, too.
Doncha just love the rules moonie and edgy would like to impose on matt/ihub/this board? Quite a team they make, frick and frack.
I wunner if there'll be buttons and banners ("GO CDEX!") at the sh'holder mtg. Maybe even a marching band with 76 trombones!
Oh, WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ot edit: wasn't going to comment on moonie's ultimate hypocrisy, talking so fervently and piously about not posting unless the poster owns shares. But what the hey, why not.
I guess he doesn't think the same rule should be followed on RB, or else why would he post on stocks he owns none of? Makes no sense ... what he proposes should apply across all boards and sites, I'd think, if he really meant it.
So maybe he doesn't mean it.
so be explicit, edgy, if you're capable of that.
Did you get forwarded an e-m he wtote someone else? Do you want peeps to beg and cajole to get you to post it here, all of course against your wishes? Why does this sound a little/a lot like moonieman tactics?
btw, what do you make of that MA company pookie posted about? Is cdex with all its wunnerful technology, contacts and credentials just a tad behind the pack?
pookie seems to have stopped capndagoodwow in his tracks with her link about a MA company.
but I'm sure he'll find some connection to sexycexi.
(edited) Did they really, crow? Not nice. Not nice at all. But not nice people do not nice things, fershirley.
edit: but then I remember when someone posted the full particulars about a person with the same last name and first initial as mine, in the early days, saying it was me. Posted in the middle of the night, it was, but I didn't see it til the next morning. RB had the great good sense to zap it as soon as it was reported. Wish I could remember who posted it.
I guess they were just getting their act together in those days and hadn't perfected the art of intimidation. Eventually, Tommy took over and developed his tonnabricks byline, the same Tommy who in his own words and without any prompting whatsoever 'fessed that he'd had only one li'l lunch with Nigel. 'Course he was lying ... he had many. But then he had those chuckling conversations with Gandy and all was good.
I've often wodnered if Gandy and capndagoodwow have had any chuckling conversations.
moonie ...
And what about the "tactics" you use?
It's very curious, for instance, why you took so long to post that e-m you thought was from rotten -- took you about a year, didn't it? Seems a long time to tell him to quit e-ming you, months and months after the fact.
And very curious why you feel the need to post so negatively on and about a stock you hold no stake in, since you say that's a naughty thing to do.
Things do get curiouser and curiouser.
But I'm sure they'll be sorted soon enough.
(How's Norbert doing, btw -- you've never said)
xenophon ...
A whole bunch of folks got banned permanently on RB - and some of the have some information regarding how y'all accomplished that trick.
What's going to be done/is being done with that information?
Not just stashed in a file somewhere, I trust.
moonie ... another question ...
how is slander accomplished on a chat room board?
oh, one other one ... how does one cruple?
inquiring minds want to know.
you do get a little careless with the language sometimes, moonie.
bigg misteak.
(edited)
but moonie ...
you didn't answer even one of my questions.
Why's that?
Here they are again:
1. Who is that "leader of the cabal" you continue to post about? Actually, it's not too hard to find out -- just a matter of reading back over your and capnwow's posts to find his name -- but surely you're anxious to state it publicly so proper action against him can be taken. But just in case you didn't know, he's been known to clean a few clocks, some far biggernyours, so I strongly suggest you put your li'l not-over-water no-pax-permitted flying machine into someone else's name if you want to hold on to it. Unless of course you've already taken that precaution.
2. Tell us your first-hand experience with RICO, since it's "patently" (did you catch the pun, huh, didja?) obvious you know how it works.
3. Give us the name and an e-m address where we can reach that civil attorney who might be interested in pursuing RICO charges. Please include his schools and success rate in winning judgments. (You do have one in mind, don't you? A man of your far-reaching interests ...)
edit: piggybacking on crow's question: am I a member, too, moonie? What perks does membership-status confer? Curious minds want to know.
give it a rest, moonie ...
Disappearing into the woodwork out of fear of rico?
Violating rico?
A member of the cabal (there's that word again -- I think capndagood coined and tm'ed it so you'd better give proper attribution) turning state's witness/evidence? But say once again: who's the leader of that cabal? I seem to have forgotten.
Sounds as if you've had some first-hand experience with rico. Do tell us about it.
You ask "who is the weakest link?" I ask (you): what "creative civil lawyer" do you have in mind who would pursue rico charges?
Would the same lawyer be interested in looking at your (and capndagoodwow's "and others'") combined and concerted libel in connection with another company?
Be sure to provide his CV when you post said lawyer's name. The dates and judgments he's won would also be helpful.
Seems the natives are getting restless (again)...
and all because the pump lasted only a few hours.
I guess they thought this was the big one.
The "old loch" team had a friendly market maker or two. I wonder if the "new loch" team enjoys the same sort of friendliness among friends.
Where and what is Lodi, edgy?
Any idea? What's its primary raison d'etre?
Just the facts, plz. If you don't know, ask around.
Moonie, you can chime in if you'd like.
and where are all YOUR buddies, moonie?
Still keeping in touch with them, are you?
Specifically, how's your best friend Norbert doing? How's uxjh (or whatever his initials)? icky? You do run in some interesting circles.
Mastek-Innerstep
has 36 employees in five or six locations ... so that averages about 6 per location. But they have that stellar list of customers (none named, of course, and of course the work done for them not identified). But I sell them short, no doubt -- they've subcontracted their work so no doubt their behind-the-scenes bench strength is at least, conervatively, 5 times what it would seem.
So why would they consider it "winning" a contract with li'l ol' cdex when they have all those biggees on their customer list?
Tucson's a very small town, when all is said and done, dominated mostly by a university. Maybe they're working also with them, participating in some research or the like. No, that can't be or they'd have that in big bold letters on their web site.
Maybe they were made an offer they just couldn't turn down. Has anyone seen any terms of contract? Milestones? I haven't, but then I haven't looked very hard. I'm sure they're written down somewhere. Granted, no way the company/ies would disclose the fine print, but one would think the broad parameters would be outlined.
Perhaps cdex will share them at the March 17th shareholders meeting. I'm certain some investors are interested enough to want to know, will ask for clarification, and are astute enough to cut through the gloss and understand what they're told.
Too bad the sh meeting isn't April 1 ... much more appropriate date.
oh but crow ...
So far, only a handful of Valimed is out in the world, and according to the BAXA FAQ, it is likely to be months ahead before there are any sales or leases.
They're breaking into a kazillion dollar market! That information alone should have taken the pps up to at least $3 on its announcement!
'Course, maybe I have the wrong product in mind ... it's the homeland security market they're really after, isn't it? And they have a head start there, what with all those tests and demos already conducted ... the world (including Taiwan and the Norwegians) awaits the arrival of a full blown functioning elf, an easy to operate device with a yes or no readout to tell what's there!
And then VaAMP will be revived and cdex will have a corner on several markets. What more could anyone hope for?
(Really sorry to see rotten go, but entirely understandable. It was a very stupid thing to do, someone writing an e-m using something looking like his wife's e-m address, as if she had written it. I guess whoever wrote it thought it would never become public, if this board can be considered public.)
(edited) Pretty astonishing, that ... a sudden ending to the spellbinding "mystery of the e-m" sidebar.
Even more astonishing that the author wrote it in the first place.
I owe you an apology, too, moonie. I'd have bet almost anything you created it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just read your "really?" post, moonie ... clearly I was wrong, as I said above.
Now ... want to talk about flying? As I said, maybe we can find some common ground -- better: air space -- to chat about.
OT -- ya know what, moonie?
It doesn't concern me at all, but fwiw I don't think you received that e-m either.
I think you made it ... and your entire story ... up out of whole cloth. And don't be so foolish as to ask how you could have gotten his wife's name if "she" hadn't e-m'ed you. Any fool can come up with a dozen ways.
But why you've started on this tack, I haven't figgered out yet.
I have no doubt someone will.
Could it have something to do with your occupation?
btw, what kind of rating do you have for flying? Are you legally allowed to fly over water (hopping over puddles doesn't count)? Visual sight only or instrument rated? Single or multi-engines? Jet or piston? Pax permitted? I know a little about flying (as you know) and thought we might find a common ground, so to speak, to chat about.
rotten ...
Whoever would have thought me or sandollar or Crow would be on such good terms?
Agreed, who'da thunk it?
vty
well fergoodnessake, pigs ...
why in the world would you reply to a post I wrote to edgy?
did you make a little misteak? forget which alias you were using?
does it get a little tricky keeping track of them all and remembering which one you're supposed to use on which board?
edgy ...
So if someone posts something I ask them not to, can I get upset? Does that include your posting at all if I ask you not to? Because, really, you're just wasting space and fooling no one.
What's this "you post a lie about someone"? Have any lies about anyone been posted here?
So you're all for "discussion" unless it become libelous, defamatory, slanderous, etc. What a healthy attitude you have. Where do you rank submitting misleading and totally risible numbers in a pp solicitation?
"At that point you ... one ... etc." You are so insightful it just takes my breath away! And so articulate!
Carry on, edgy. The day is still young.
wow! (tm capndagood)
The knives are really out tonight ... prestidigitations too ... even elrheo makes a cameo appearance claiming his innocence and lack of interest.
WOW!
Whyohwhy are edgy -- I mean Sir Robert -- and doyourown and moonie and flyingpigs so upset is what I want to know.
WOW!
Sumpin musta set em off fershirley (also tm capndagood).
Great laughs today!
rotten (& xenophon & nolajo & doyourown) ...
rotten: wining and dining (and other seductive lures) work better on some men than women! Male bonding and all that.
nolaja: pretty funny. Above all, treat robert with the respect he feels entitled to. Maybe he'd prefer being addressed as Sir Robert.
xenophon: amazing, isn't it, that anyone would think a legal opinion would come free, and be given on a little-read bb to boot.
doyourown: isn't it a truism, when trying to trap someone, that you should never ask a question you don't know the answer to? I think so. You keep flunking Interrogation 101. Maybe you should find another hobby. You're clearly not cut out for this one.
rotten ...
and now capnwow is posting pictures of pretty dawns ... visual metaphors, I guess, for cdex.
WOW!
A truly poetic bent he has.
Next I expect to see images of the beginning of time.
raiderman has been thinking again:
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CLB01212&read=25140
and he then says looking at things this way is only common sense!
He must have seen those early malcbaby projections and bought in on them big time.
WOW!
And just to be even clearer, he says he isn't hyping.
WOW!
OT: Ever hear of FMC, moonie?
Well of course you have. On the other hand, maybe you haven't, given your limited knowledge base. Slightly a better known name than ... BAXA.
And again you lie: No one brought back "breathless accounts" of machine production from "jumping over the fence" at manufacturing facilities. But oh yeah, have you ever heard of HHofligger? Not sure it's spelled right but close. Prolly you don't know who they are. You've just got to keep up. They're a really really big and important name in precision machine manufacturing. Maybe cdex can show them valimed and get them to build a few! Now THAT would be newsworthy!
I notice you didn't challenge my account of lunch with riothegreek. Even though nicky himveryself didn't choose to validate it, you prolly know others could and so chose not to pursue it.
And you've never addressed the question of "Who was that ripXgel character?" It was such an interesting story I was sure you'd tell it.
You're seriously losing your touch, moonie. Stick with things you know something about, whydoncha, and cut out the rhetoric about posters here or anywhere else, about cdex, and about any other company, endless palavering that says absolutely nothing at all. You and edgy are really really boring.
And so moonie advocates temperance and truth and common sense, not unlike his buddy edgy.
Actually rottenapple, I am noticing you seem to be tempering your words a bit more. It would be advisable just in case you are totally wrong about everything and everyone you have posted about over here.
Welp, I couldn't help noticing your effort to alter truth, moonie, and I feel an overwhelming ethical and moral compulsion to correct you.
It was elrheo the viking who invited me to lunch. I guess he figgered NS was so far away it would never happen. But I was involved in a documentary on the Turquoise Trail (that's near Albuquerque -- knowing your keen sense of geography I thought I'd clarify that for you right off the bat) and so I called his bluff and accepted, all right on the very public RB board. He suggested Yanni's, a Greek restaurant not too far from the University, again very openly and publicly.
It was a warm spring day -- spring comes early in NM.
Besides a little superficial chit chat about loch, he expressed a keen interest in knowing who arloco was. But more than that, he was intent in telling me about his aborted tennis career, recounting his tale of crashing through a plate glass door and ending his "pro" career before it even got started. Nasty scar, gotta admit, hidden by the long sleeve of an electric lemon yellow shirt (worn without a doubt to show off his early, out-of-season tan). And then he spent some time rubbing his leg because it hurt. Dunno why it hurt, but I guess it did. Tendonitis or something, maybe.
Lunch was good, and he did indeed pay. Even introduced me to Yanni.
He even pointed me in the right direction to get back on the highway from Yanni's parking lot.
Isn't that how it all happened, Nicky? C'mon, set moonie n edgy, the two most truthful, holier-than-thou and ... what's the word I'm looking for? upstanding, that'll do ... posters on this bored, straight on the facts. They want to deal only in facts, they say.
btw, rotten ... great analogy with buying a hotdog stand/agreement with Oscar Meyer.
A couple of other things, moonie: why isn't anyone responding to your posts on the bprg board these days? Any thoughts about that? And why in the world do you refer to yourself here in the third person, "Mr. Monsoonman"? That seems sort of silly after all this time.
Maybe you can talk this all over with your good self and come up with some reasonable explanations for your inexplicable behaviour.
once again, illiterate edgy ...
you're not making any sense. I'd even say you're not tracking so let me repeat. It's for YOU to do YOUR thing, ie repost any lies I've written about you. YOU'RE the one alleging lying, not me. So go ahead, back your allegations up with facts. It's not MY choice, it's YOURS. If it's too much trouble for you to repost my "lying" posts, just note the post number(s) and I'm sure anyone who has any interest in this life-changing subject can find them.
In the inimitable words of ATXMAN ... thank you.
This is the illiterate edgy posting, I see ...
"wanted we shareholders to get ..." Good, very very good, edgy.
But even you can repost the lies you allege I've said/written about you. That's just a cut and paste and that should be easy for you.
...you keep posting lies about me, and YES I am going to file on you. Not because I am mean or some tough guy, but because you have continued to lie.
Go ahead ... I'm waiting, waiting. Start at the beginning with the very first one.
this is just for you, robert aka whoever you are in any given post:
I see from an earlier post of yours that you make a distinction between a physical threat (like tommy's tonnabricks) and a legal one (like the one implied in your question to me (do I understand, etc).
And you have, I presume, the wherewithal to take anyone to court who doesn't toe your line. That must mean you ARE pretty well heeled, so why weren't you at tommyboy's 50th? Everyone who was anyone was. Or are you just a big puffed up bragster? Which is it?
Now ... another simple yes or no question: Do you intend to take me to court for posting what you call lies? What lies, edgy? I think I have a legal right to know. What spawned your question of if I understood, etc? Exactly which post(s)?
Why are you so worried about what peeps post here, edgy? Why do you feel the need to post so much yourself?
It's those who don't post much or at all that I'd be concerned about, if I were you.
But I'm not you (thank gawd).
And how nice it is that you've learned something from Mr. Griffin. It does seem you feel a strong need to promote him, to pat him on the back as it were.
So ... "one or two more stories or press releases" plus volume over 100K (oh wow, tm - capnwow) will take this "over a buck?" How does that compare with what it would be without the reverse split, edgy? About 2, maybe 3 cents? If my math is wrong, maybe moonie can correct it.
What in the world does your last sentence say? It must say something or you wouldn't have written it, right? Or am I giving you too much credit?
So many questions that you'll never answer, in your desperate rush to post "other" things.
Hi, rheo ...
lunch?
