Gotcha. Thanks!
I'm all for GRNH but can you explain your logic. "To minimize a market explosion?"
To tack onto my last post. It is my belief that they don't need money to cover debt. They need money to invest in themselves, grow and expand.
The fact that an established company that has been in business for over ten years is willing to lend to them hints at strong financials and potential growth for Q2.
Agreed. If government legalizes medicinal MJ all Surna needs is a contract from one big Medical MJ supplier and that could change the game completely. I think Surna management realizes the potential and wouldn't sell out to early.
I hope it's not the Dutchess of Bay Ridge. She can't be trusted!
Agreed. That's why I like them too. For AMMJ it's just a matter of time. This is a perfect buyout candidate. That will take it to the next level.
Scooby glad to see we have similar taste in stocks. Keep those articles flowing!
Agreed. Microsoft doesn't make decisions on a whim
I am long on MJ and GRNH I own a lot of shares but it is important to call it as it is. The article is inconsistent. It says the law will start August 2016 then later it mentions the law " will start in the closing days of the 2016 presidential election". Clearly there isn't a consistent story here. The article is poorly written. Thoughts Yoda?
I am very long and bullish on Surna but I like to call things as it is. This article is inconsistent. It says it will take place August 2016 but later in the article it says it will take place as 2016 presidential term comes to a close. That's inconsistent
Many states including California are voting on legalization. This is expected to make many MJ stocks soar to new heights. The last spike in this stock to $150 cam when Colorado and Washington legalized in 2014. I don't expect the stock to shoot up that high anymore but with such a low float and presence in the medical field it looks promising
Actually these form 4s look good. They are selling shares for $0. Thoughts?
What's going on with all these form 4 documents?
Everyone's just waiting for November. Did ya'll see what happened to this stock in the beginning of 2014? Reached almost $150 per share
All I see is Surna is granted security interest. What does this entail? Are the partial owners in Kind?
Thanks! Very exciting!
Can someone explain if Agrisoft is the company Surna purchased. I'm confused as to if that article relates to Surna or is just another example of legitimization of MJ amongst corporations.
How would that be big?
To add onto what I just said. Look at their historical revenue growth. There appears to be a clear trend. I would hope it would continue.
Yes if I recall correctly they also mentioned there was currently greater demand than supply for Surnas product. Surna has always been more conservative when it comes to forecasting and they don't promote themselves to much. I think of revenues are erratic it is a result of growing pains in the MJ industry and lack of bank financing, not the company itself
Patience is a virtue. One thing is for certain this is not a pump and dump. This is a buy and hold and as a result we need to be patient as we ride the marijuana legalization wave.
Think about it. At the current rate they will bring in 10 million of revenues and their market cap is 12 million
Agree!!!
You are basing your assumption on past performance and ignoring the huge votes in November and potential rescheduling. That's like saying I've gained weight throughout this year but even though I will start to diet and exercise over the next few months I will continue to gain weight. When you make statements like that it's hard to take you seriously
Your logic is irrefutable thanks for that contribution.
Where do you get that info from?
My understanding is that the FDA could reschedule MJ to a schedule 2 drug any day now. They said they would rule on it on the first half of 2016. I think as the month progresses the MJ stocks will only progress upward.
I have a question for the group. The understanding I have is that a majority of the revenues from this company comes from Iron Protection group. If Iron protection group is needed because the banks are not MJ friendly and they need a way to transport and secure all that cash won't the need for their service diminish upon legalization. I am thinking about investing (mainly because of the low float) but I can't invest until I can justify this fact. Any thoughts?
I believe it is just a lull period. Look at all MJ stocks currently. MJ stocks clearly ebb and flow based on news. Surna doesn't put out much news and stock price is driven historically by financials.
Everyone is just waiting for news.
News that will potentially bump up stock
1. Rescheduling of marijuana to a schedule II drug within the next 4-6 weeks
2. Q2 earnings
3. September: the beginning of the ramp up to Nov voting
This lull is not specific to Surna
Right on Mr. GreenLungs!
What's that mean? They would close the gap?
Can someone explain to me level 2 I've never used it before, but by taking a quick glance it looks as if about 470000 shares were bought this would rocket up to 29 cents. Am I reading this the correct way?
Fantastic share. Thanks Scooby!
Question: I'm reading through the 10 Q and there is a lot new accounting guidance that they plan on implementing in a year. Do you think they are positioning themselves to uplist to a major exchange? Thoughts?
Disagree. With access to financing from banks (which will hopefully come soon) and California legalization alone, I believe we touch dollar land in November and we are able to sustain that value around Q2 of next year
I think this company is phenomenal. I believe someone will ultimately buy them and absorb them as MJ becomes more mainstream. AMMJ seems like a great play
I disagree. I think most people here are long long. I will take some money with a profit out if the stock reaches a certain value, but my goal is to play with house money on this stock for a long time. I just feel as if the growth curve for the MJ industry is insane.
But overall this is a wild card. There is no prior information to even begin to make an educated guess. This market has been very hyped based and at times irrational. Your guess is as good as mine. All I can say is I have my eyes focused on the long term. Long $urna
I have a different strategy than you I am in this for the long haul so I am less concerned with short gains. I think it's hard to really tell what will happen look at the market caps of Grnh, Trtc, AMMJ, Canv, etc compared to their financials. There is no market standard for anything yet. SRNA has typically been the most conservatively valued of all the pot stocks so I would guess that over the next two weeks it would settle into the mid-high teens. I think it will bounce around there and even break twenty occasionally until the Q2 report comes closer or if there is any news that comes out.
Glad to have you onboard :)
