I voiced it to Bruce over email. It didn't feel like the right venue to bring it up, and then he was pretty busy at the end. However, I did notice a slide that said "complaints <0.01%". I don't know how they do the math or what they constitute a complaint (is it a formal complaint? Do they count when a guy like me has a gripe?). So they're doing pretty good.

Oh, and he had a pretty awesome product idea for the liquor stores. Basically a bottle of THC. "Hi, I'm GIN". It was really unique. He was the first to say "Maybe we'll never actually see it in stores", but it was a great concept of the endless products that can be offered. Complete with a wood "Tweed" engraved cork.

The current selection and products on the shop are deplorable. It is completely unacceptable and I have voiced this to Bruce too many times. You must have a consistent and superior selection at all times. I am really peeved at this issue. It's been a constant one. People are complaining about frequently and they will leave if they can't get a consistent supply.
I will be bringing it up at the AGM tomorrow.
