I really think something big is about to happen. Someone's getting desperate. Why else?
Do you think yesterday's action was done by MM's to fake an increased volume and shakeout weak hands?
Don't you get paid to say bad things and try to undermine this stock. Who cares what you say. It's all the same constant bashing. Do you work for MVSN?
Contractual obligations to our clients. Hello!!!!
I found this in Nonspecific Query under (Can I have a list of all the commercial releases of Sunncomm)
Q: Can I have a list of all the commercial releases with MediaMax?
A: Please note that due to the discretionary nature of our business along with contractual obligations to our clients, we cannot publicize past, current, or future releases without their express consent.
If we can be of further assistance regarding the technical support of our product, please let us know.
Darn Joe ya beat me to it. There goes our list.
Interesting day I might say. Looking forward to the rest of the week.
I wrote them too, but haven't heard back. I think in the next couple of weeks we should start to see an increase on the list. MM5 is out and ready to roll! Ya baby!
Could someone describe a possible scenario in which QTIG/SCMI could become one reporting entity. Could they offer Qtig shares for SCMI shares if QTIG wanted to "buy them out"?
"We have completed the negotiations for a world wide deal with EMI and they are waiting for the completion of two projects. One issue is with Apple and one with Microsoft that needs to be done to move this forward. I am happy to say that both are moving along very well and that I expect a positive result soon and EMI does as well."
I'm glad to see we're close. Soon.
It was about two weeks when I emailed him. I just wanted to know how things were going with BMG and EMI." With MM5 would there still be full deployment?" EMI was just "how are things going are they still testing?" I like the fact that negotiations have been finalized for world wide deployment just waiting on a couple bugs to be worked out. It's a beautifull thing. How was todays trading? looking at Level II it looks like the 5000 shakeout trades are in effect again. Seems to me most of the volume was on buys. Nice kangaroo tail though I must say.
Shakeout IMO! Anyone see the new support page looks good!
From William H. Whitmore. To Yours truly Berg111
Hello Berg111
Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I just returned from NYC for meetings this week with the label groups and others. I understand the changes you are going through as I lived them myself three times. Now I have adult children and one teenager and I can’t figure out how it all happened so fast. Now to your questions…
Version 5.0 was a collaborative working effort with BMG and others and we are very pleased with the accomplishment. The platform is now completely operating system independent and does not require any other software to be on the system to ensure functionality. The past versions required Flash by Macromedia and Java script. Additionally, we have removed the second session set of DRM files from the Version 5.0 that opens up a lot more room on the CD for music and bonus content. We have also upgraded the Version 5.0 with Secure Burn features that enable the user to make backup copies of the CD in a protected format. This was the design specification we needed to perform to continue to have BMG’s support for the future and they are very pleased with this progress.
We also met with EMI contacts this trip to update them on their specific issues and wants. We have completed the negotiations for a world wide deal with EMI and they are waiting for the completion of two projects. One issue is with Apple and one with Microsoft that needs to be done to move this forward. I am happy to say that both are moving along very well and that I expect a positive result soon and EMI does as well.
Why the stock price is low when a company has such positive things going on is a result of many things. Market ups and downs are impacted by many things that are unfortunately out of our control. We can only do the right thing by building our business and to continue to move positively forward. This is the only thing we can do to fight back…not loose the war and to beat the short sellers in the market. I can not tell you what to do in relation to your investment decisions. I can only tell you that we work each and every day to improve our products and penetrate the market in every way possible. The rest is up to you.
Best regards to you and your wife and congratulations with the pregnancy.
Bill

Higher highs higher lows. The break at .072 with some vol behind it should let it up to the next Rpoint.
Do I here a positive tone from you stehvestor. Are you going to be like the grinch who stole Christmas from whoville when this thing takes off. I hope so.
I just want this to go high enough for you to sell and leave!
Wow, someone up on the wrong side again today? Never said this was a "get shorty" plan. If there is a short position, which I said hopefully, they will panic if this doesn't go there way.
Breaking and staying above Jr's entry price .072 is very positive. Should break today.
Mornin. Higher highs and higher lows are what we need to break this. Someone wants out or wants to accumulate. Remember this possible leak, thanks to someone on the RB and screamin, has not been made public. The higher the low position held these next couple of days, IMO ,could trigger a squeeze on any short position (hopefully there) IMO.
Goodnite!
thanks screamin, now I won't be able to sleep!
I sure hope so, poor guy.
I guess I can't get too excited because stehvestor will get mad!
Do ya think! screamin that would be great!
Listen, MM5 just came out with great reviews. Give it some time. Nothing wrong when vol and SP rise 14% to think it may be the mother of all. It could be.
Will BMG resign? The court action was negative, but they will spin it into a positive. What is this? Had nothing to do with BMG I thought.
Feels the right time for MM5, I think they have it right this time. Why haven't you sold! What do you want from posting so negatively about your investment. The SP to go down? Because that's what you sound like. It getting old. You don't make sense.
"I dislike hypsters more than bashers." LOL You are a basher!
By the way news did come out the next day. It wasn't what you or I wanted but it was news.
I'm stehvestor and I'm against anyone being excited about this stock, skip

Broken record!!!!!
stehvestor, it seems to me you have little faith in this company although you spend most of your day here talking about it when you could be finding other trades. Do you need someone to take you by the hand and guide you? If I was half as skeptical I would sell and be on my way. I have great confidence in SCMI/QTIG that is why I'm here. Why are you? Your starting to sound more and more like Mondo on the RB board.
Santa, Why .09ine? If news of a major comes out I would recommend raising the bar just a little. IMHO
Thank you, to all our Veterans!

Wall Street News Alert: Investors Alert for Wednesday! November 10, 2004
