What happened to Dumar? He used to post a lot here.
Thank you, zabone.
Good idea, what is his number?
I am getting very concerned as well. I wonder why JS doesn't communicate, why Westeffer disappeared, why we don't hear from ES and alex indef, why the volume has dried up, what happened to the Connecticut deal and the others, etc. There has been no rebuttal or info from the company or ES regarding the posts of sdsun, and that should be done if his posts don't have merit.
500 shares total sold at $04, approximately $20.00 less commission. Must need money for Christmas.
I like to see the BB KIng here and like his stock music
Insider buying is a more important sign than insider selling. Insider selling can have many motives, and does not necessarily reflect loss of confidence by management.
I wonder why there was no discussion about dilution? Didn't Biomed Reports deem that important? As a long-term shareholder, I consider it vital, as do many others on this board.
Pat, I believe that fundamental analysis coupled with technical analysis likely yields the best results. However, as a value investor, I lean towards DD and the fundamental side, although I do pay lots of attention to the TA. Warren Buffett, as a value investor, is very patient and it seems to me that he is more of a fundamentalist. You can't argue with his results over the years.
Levelnever, continued good DD on your part. I looked at the list of companies and am somewhat familiar with three of them, IWEB, CBAI and ISCO. All three have large followings on IHUB and much potential, so I think Mr. Peizer is a good man to have on our side.
I don't know about you, but I think that these delays cause disappointment, resulting in SP going down.
I recall that the name was Dalian
I think $.40 might be a resistance level ST to MT, we could very well be surprised to the upside with the fundamental strength of this company
Humility is cool, a rare commodity on IHUB
It only takes a few contracts to have an enormous influence on MCLN's bottom line.
I think $100,000,000 is too low. That is equivalent to about $.16 a share. I think this company has much more value than that, easily $.40 as predicted by BioMed Report, but it may take some time.
Maybe some of the money coming in the form of warrant conversion to shares will go towards the purchase of assets in those four states pertinent to the DOJ ruling, as well as other growth and production costs.
Probart, I agree and think your approach is a good one.
Advance, if those shares were restricted, how could they sell such a great number? It would be nice to know what per cent of their holdings are or wer erestrcited. Regardless, they may have been diversifying, needed cash, etc. and I don't think that their sales necessarily reflect negatively on our company.
They still have about 16% of the OS, by my calculations. They took profits, which is to be expected. Those retail investors who were prudent probably did the same. But, hindsight is 20-20 and I'm still holding. I like the company and the business a lot.
It appears that they sold about 38% of their holdings. They still hold a sizable amount but may not be the LT holders that I thought. Still good support remains.
Thanks, will do.
Are those Forms 3 and 4 on Edgar, or where else can they be found otherwise? TIA
Fugo, I hope you are right as I have made a significant investment here. If they reach $.20, I may celebrate by getting an IHub paid membership. I have been saving up. GLTU and all of the board members, except for the bashers and shorts.
Searching for a bottom. Might take several days. Holding on.
Very good post
I hope this is beneficial to WLSA. It sounds almost like a reverse merger of WLSA into NLI.
I thought that the total OS was about 584,000,000. Where did you get your number, I have not seen anything like that before.
I read that NLI release and note a one time gain of over $6,000,000. I wonder if that has to do with the debt forgiveness rlated to WLSA?
Bashers never bash a bad stock. There are plenty of pumpers on this board also, even more in the past two days. Bogus information on both sides should be responded to and rebutted. Then it is up to the intelligent reader and trader to make an informed decision.
I understand. If he wins, we longs win. I hope that the NLI report will spill over into our future stock price, same CEO.
The last trade today was for 100 shares at $.06 ($6.00). If they had to pay commission, that trade does not appear to be a lucrative one.
Where did you see in that report that we are the second fastest growing company? My reading of the report was that MCLN's management was involved in a previous company which was the second fastest growing company in the US.
I wouldn't be surprised to see profit taking or manipulation early tomorrow. However, in view of the DD and great fundamentals and management, I believe that selling in the morning or trying to time this is a mistake, since long-term it looks like we are going much higher. Good luck to all of us, I am bullish.
Hi, Lucy, first post here. Good board. I like MCLN for this week, continuation pattern.
Heavy hitting posters coming on board, a good sign
Hope so, Good chance, I hope some of the smart posters on this board will join us
Number 6 on the Active Boards, should bring more attention to our great stock
MCLN, a big bagger, more to come
Sheff, thanks to you, Stervc, and the rest of this wonderful board. May we all continue to prosper.
