Sorry I don't know who the transfer agent is. I suggest calling the company and asking them. That's how I got much of my info. Please post it when you know. Thanks.
First i should say that the sharp spike up from 1.20 range to 1.45 over a few days was due to a penny stock promotion and after the top it gradually drifted down somewhat but not drastically. For a long time we had been expecting what was to have been an important property acquisition, the "Huber deal". But it unexpectedly fell through and that, imo, is what caused the sharp sudden drop. Not only did it fall through but it also cost HPGS a lot of $$ (several million dollars) that we had to pay the other party despite the deal falling through. Also, if i remember correctly, there was a dreadful financing fiasco with a predatory lender that hurt us a lot.
However, since those horrid events, the company has been developing many new revenue producing projects and i believe we are now on a good path going forward that will create much wealth for the company and us longs. Read the past posts. it's on there.
Small correction: the most recent peak was actually $1.45 on June 10th, and $1.48 in May. Hopefully, we'll see it above $1.00 again within the next year.
There's no reason to think that either of those fantasies of your are true. The fact that the price has gone down a couple of pennies does NOT indicate that GR likes the price going down NOR does it indicate that he has nothing good to say about the trials. We're dealing with a bunch of greedy pigs in these law suits, (and btw the fact that those pigs want shares rather than cash tells you they feel darn sure the shares will be far more valuable than cash). Too bad you have so much less confidence in the company than they do.
If you would learn more about Lanza, you'd see that this company is a winner and the whole world will know it soon enough. Those who have faith and patience will be appropriately rewarded!

Another Good Thing about HPGS that is rarely or ever mentioned: they Do Not Use the problematic technique of Hydro-fracking.
Thanks. Yours is one of the few intelligent posts i've seen about this company on either this board or--needless to say--yahoo's. I hope you will post more often!
Many times i've seen a spike in pps immediately following a big drop. This company has been through hell and come out alive and kicking. Learn more about Lanza. A genius who's overcome big obstacles his whole life. This company will win big time! Those who have faith and patience will be appropriately rewarded!

I would say that the ONLY thing that will push this stock up is a GOOD REASON for there to be more buyers than sellers. Like, decent revenue stream.
What do you object to about it?
It's 99.999% certain that it's the publisher who chose the cover, not Lanza! Authors usually have no control over such things.
Nevertheless, i think it's an appropriate grouping of great minds!
ACTC's patented single blastomere technology does NOT destroy the embryo--that is the whole point of it and why it's patented!!! The technique was modeled on--and is very similar to--a technique used in in vitro fertiliztion. That has been said many times by the company and is specifically stated by GR in this excellent video interview of him:
ACTC does have a patent on the blood, so far as I know.
You said: "Look people, things could be much different with a different CEO. CEO's come and go, and it's going to happen here too." How is this going to come about? Who is going to vote him out and on what basis? Who has the power to do it?
What, exactly, would you like to see him do/feel he should do that he hasn't done/think he could do?
ACT website doesn't say we lost the lawsuit. did we?
What caused this huge drop? I've searched this board and yahoo's and can't find a stated reason. Thanks.
For whatever reason(s), sometimes even great news doesn't move a stock until there's some critical mass or something. I know this only too well from my very long involvement with ACTC, which is an incredible company making amazing progress in curing blindness and many other things with embryonic stem cells (derived without harming the embryo). Yet ACTC has barely moved--except downwards--in months. Who knows why? Naked shorting by mms? That's what many of us longs assume. Maybe it's the same dance over here at HPGS??????????
OOPS--no message but don't see any way to delete. EOM
I spoke to management about Ironridge. They told me that originally they had hoped to to do more deals with them but did a first run to see how it would work out. That first one showed management that Ironridge stinks so HPGS won't be doing anything else w them.
500pct.com has just sent out a pump newsletter with the heading :Quick update on KBLB
definitely hasn't helped pps so far, but give it a few hours...
You mean 0.20?
Not necessarily. I expect it will go up a lot but not necessarily on Monday. There are many factors that could determine when this goes up again--including the market in general, the price of gas, cold weather, new events like well refurbishing, new well purchases, and the wild card: stock promotions by one or more penny stock newsletters. The latter is what supplied the rocket fuel the last two times. Keep your fingers crossed...
Zinc, please define "Spider silk" and "spider silk protein" (and/or please reference previous posts where you have done so). Many people are unclear about this and it might upgrade the quality of dialogue on this board.
Thanks!
I think it is a mistake to write off this company. They have lots of real assets in wells and property and experienced management in their new income-producing construction branch. They are developing these things and someone will buy them out if they can't or don't want to do it themselves.
Don't give up so soon. Price has been at this level before and gone well over $1.25. It can do so again.
It's true we are way underwater but I don't consider my investment as gone. It would be gone if I sold right now, but i'm holding on because, on the basis of past successes with this company, and on the basis of what they are actually doing--i.e. developing their assets and their construction business, servicing the wells of other companies and other energy projects--I believe the company will rise again and the value of our shares along with it. Also, natural gas prices will rise eventually.
Patience is definitely required here but we will be rewarded i believe. It might take another year. Maybe the company will even be bought out by a foreign company that is hungry for natural gas. China? India? It's possible.
In talk with management I had the other day, they told me that the original deal HPGS had with Ironridge was to borrow more after seeing how it went with the first batch, but they don't like how Ironridge handled it (dumping their shares), so HPGS will not do any more deals with Ironridge.
I just had a talk with management. Here's my report on the call:
The main cause of the severe drop in pps seems to be due to a dumping of shares by Iron Rich Global, a company who bought $1,000,000 of HPGS debt in exchange for shares. A drag for us longs.
However, it appears that HPGS is moving ahead with a sound business plan. They are developing Hettinger's construction business--which they re-started because of demand for their services--and they are continuing to develop wells and make acquisitions when appropriate.
This is not a get-rich-quick stock for impatient traders. But patient longs should be rewarded when gas prices go back up.
Hi Zinc,
I will certainly miss your most intelligent and informative posts. However, I'm very glad to hear you've got your good health back even though that means we won't be hearing from you much.
I wonder if you'd be willing to say what your current expectations for pps range will be after various expected milestone events in KBLB
Thanks!
I got out with a good profit around $1.20 and bought back in @ 0.50. But i think it will go back up to that range within a year. No reason for them to go bankrupt--they have lots of real assets. And they were ahead of schedule in bringing more wells online every month.
What is inflated is their office costs of $20,000 a month according to some--i think most recent--SEC doc. I'm not going to search for the link but it's out there. I think that is an outrageous amount to be spending if it is still the case. I think that started before the Huber deal fell through.
Nevertheless, they own real assets. I've made $$$ from this stock before and hope to again in the future--within a year or two at most.
The only thing that matters is: will this go back up as more wells are completed and producing, and as natural gas becomes the fuel of choice? i think it will go back up to at least $1.00 within a year. Patience!
At the recent CC he said he wished he could tell us what they have been seeing in the trials but he's not allowed to. Many of us were excited by that comment, but he might have gotten slapped for it. He also said that significant shareholder value would be seen within the next 12 months
These are not direct quotes but close. Check the CC for yourself.
IS THIS GOING TO GO BACK UP to .90 AND BEYOND IN NEAR TERM?????????????
I sure wish they would move their offices to less expensive digs. Last i read was something like $20,000 a month. Outrageous imo.
Unless you have crystal ball, you don't know if you're on a peak or in a valley. I think we're in a valley right now. There could be news or even just a stock promotion at any time that would take the pps to at least $0.25 in a flash.
If you have confidence in a company--especially a research and development start-up like KBLB--you have to be willing to endure these "valleys" for the sake of making $$$$$$ a little further down the road. That's just how it is. But if you can't afford to wait, you should not invest in such types of companies.
I believe that we will be very well rewarded pretty soon!
And what he's doing is excellent and highly beneficial for all readers of this board, and quite possibly is helping to bring in more investors! Way to go, ZF! we love you!
What has to be in place and tested before you get off the ground and in business?
In the old days of retail, it was a simple, straight forward process: you showed the potential buyer your new product, touted its virtues, told them your advertising and marketing plan and the dedicated budget that you will kick into the deal and they would decide if they wanted to sell it. If they did, they would fire over a purchase order, you would ship them product and you were in business.
Things have changed quite a bit and you will see in attachment, what now has to be done to prepare for a retail partnership before one box of product can be shipped and subsequently what needs to be in place to maintain an on-going business. If you wondered what is happening, behind the scene, to establish a working relationship with any of the established retailers and continue a smooth flow, welcome to the wild world of EDI, Electronic Data Interchange. It is all done via computer.
What is it?

Understand that all of the things you see, will have to be in place and tested before you get off the ground and in business.
Excellent post! Thank you!
How do we go about getting that to happen?
