Mad, let me add that although everything turned out for the better, it was a very tough time. The lender brought in a rep that was constantly fighting with Mgt and he had to approve all expenditures as well as making some tough decisions regarding personnel. I have seen these "hatchet" men at work and they do what needs to be done. Hopefully, FF has taken this position with PVSP.
I'm not sure how many likes were on FB before but there are over 18k now. Manipulating reviews would serve no purpose and certainly not effect the stock. Certainly no need to reach for straws.
Let me add, as I did not fully read your post. No one other than Mgt knows who FF is. They are a private Delaware Corp and you will never find the principles are w/o an investigator.
I have said that i personally experienced this type of financing with the FF type involved. It was a positive and profitable experience that ultimately kept a public x Co going for 20 years before it was sold.
You should learn that anyone who knocks there own investment is the worst investor in the world. This should be your wake call to do something else.
I agree, they are in the same arena as we are re marketing, but they are tech and we are not.

Nope, just the way it works in penny land. In fact, for all the long term PVSP people here, the dilution was much better than Ch 7/11 wherein you would have nothing. And, there may be some very long term offshore shorts combined with some contrarian posters hoping that still happens. However, one revenue producing deal or Panomark's success will reverse the trend significantly. Buyout, certainly a possibility on the horizon in a sector that is set for consolidation. All have a great weekend including mrs green and apples.

I think we already a big break with Panomark. I've been asking around my world and they are very distinguished in what they do are are very well liked. Apparently, others in their field also bring them in as consultants.

This is not anger towards PVSP. The initiative is to disrupt shareholders on behalf of others. His real enemy here is the shareholder. Regardless of the content of your post, he will throw the apples/oranges/deception into the blender in order to disrupt the issue at hand. Also, I don't know how obvious it is to others as it is to me; the grammar used and the formation of sentences changes dramatically. This is more than one person using this handle.
Agreed, it makes total marketing sense to give them a taste of the entire menu, excluding the local int'l number. Even if they use the free, there is no way for them to determine the quality of the video, voice mail and texting. Waiting to see your add.
Very good point, it may also be cheaper to give them a limited free offer of the entire menu, excluding the international local number. I would think 10-20 minutes would be sufficient.

There has been no need for anyone to sell naked. They sell at 23+ and continually get covered lower by exiting sellers. They are making a transaction fee plus 1+ tics on the retail buyer.
Good morning, no doubt that we will be seeing some Panomark following coming in. IMO, much bigger deal than NetCapital relative to exacting revenue.
Great posts re having an enthusiastic partner interested in successfully marketing Vox on a comm basis. This relationship could exact some significant exposure and revenue. Did some DD on a flight, no one comes close to the new Vox plan.

I spend most of my time writing and preparing RFPs and RFQs as the actual bidder for services and as a manager writing and accepting proposals and qualifications for clients. What in the world does that have to do with payment for services or contractual obligations for payment of services. Your beginning to sound like mr apples.

I believe now that the geographical boundaries have been crossed combining a great product with excellent service capabilities Vox can now begin to exact revenue growth via demographic marketing strategies. For those not in marketing, targeting Mexico or Mexicans is a form of broad based geographical marketing. Now, targeting a Mexican population within a specific geographical location like Houston or a specific group such as migrant workers/ students/unions is demographically targeting A specific group. MS/Skype or Vonage can afford the broad based macro geographical marketing approach on TV and Internet venues. PVSP/Vox can not compete in this arena wherein these competitors are spending multi millions on a monthly basis. PVSP may be a public Co but it is a small, insignificant and new worldwide player. Identifying target rich niche venues and demographic profiling is the key to revenues. Have a great day.

Also, let's not forget the additional 275,000 US students enrolled abroad. Your 100 students just became a 1,000,000 person niche which has the power to easily reach multiples of 5x just with family and friends. How about discounts for students or university sponsored discounts for plans and cards. PVSP has completed its geographical expansion/service capability into 60 countries with various plans and now it's time for them to expand within target rich niche demographic arenas. Learn a little bit about marketing 101 as this will be Panomark's approach. However, the fact is that Mr Snake was the first to mention demographics on this board and, I have not read one thing from PVSP/Vox re demographic marketing. Congratz Snake.

Mr Snake, there are some interesting articles on the benefits of cost of university ads and customer acquisition vs other paper and media ads. 80% of university students read the school paper. Again, this is a material event, any change to the agreement MUST be issued in the form of an 8K as was the original agreement.

Correct, and it is customary for the agreement to include a reasonable monthly retainer and a percentage based upon all 3 performance levels, increases in revenue, the increase in acquisitions and the cost reduction of same.
For new and old investors, here are the FF note conversion feature agreements filed with the SEC via an 8K. Please note that the FF amended note 3 has a conversion of rate of .01 cents. Unless you see an 8K amending same then there can be no change and certainly no additional discounts. Thus far the conversions have been made appropriately with no discounts.

Yes, we will need to wait and see what the reality is with FF, although it must be significantly different vs Asher or the Co would not have changed. I believe FF is more interested in making some major money. Irregardless of what Mgt. or certain posters will tell anyone, FF is wearing the pants right now. If FF chooses to convert/not convert or convert and not sell (and I think they have sold very little) they wear the pants. I have personally experienced this same experience when younger. If my perception and DD is accurate then FF comes in and they are the "hatchet" guys who make changes re mgt and personnel that mgt would not make due to loyalty/family or other reasons. Strictly business and could care less about anything other than turning the Co around. If you read the financials, the super voting shares are currently collateral encumbered by FF until the debt is paid. No 8k or default is required to control the collateral. Will not argue my opinion.

From what I have ascertained, apppli was simply a short term deal for the Olympics. Apppli is a nobody in marketing, these guys are seriously successful players as long as PVSP is paying the fees. The pps is being boxed by whomever and happens in all pennies.

Their team consists of very successful marketing gurus. I've heard of their CEO, Telly Chang, top notch marketing guru with top notch experience. He was one of the wonder boys at yahoo.

Don't kid yourself, Richards does not do the work; they are paying a number of people including the consultant as much as Richards to do the tech work. A go getter entrepreneurial type with connections as well as being respected within the industry is what PVSP needs. Riss and Richards would be the first out of the door.
