But if you look at all three days together, you wind up with a plunging bull and a giant spinning top when combining the two white candles. This, I believe , is a good thing. But, if you want me to play along:
Yes, yes, the market is indecisive and we should see some weakness as the week closes.
In some of my research for the underlying technology, I ran across some articles by one (maybe 2) of our esteemed NNVCers. I will have to find them again, but I remember future possible applications included treatments for non-viral diseases such as bacterial infections and parasitic microbes.
The proces is proprietary. I don't understand your argument here. You implied that the use by Stable Resources was outside EDEX when it was in fact a JV. What is your problem?
You don't know my DD. You already have it in your head that I'm just another clown that uses PRs and company reports and calls it DD. You don't know what my DD is since you turned down my offer on RB. With the exception of the small town article, the stuff you have posted so far I already knew. You think you are the only one on this board that knows how to use a search engine and a telephone?
LOL, MMs read your post and dropped the bid. "No tape painting on my watch!!"
The nanomicelle can be modified so that its ligands will allow it to pass through a cell membrane, just like a virus, to deliver whatever you want to deliver to the inside.
How about chromosome therapy for repair of damaged DNA strands?
-Reverse aging
-Alter congenital defects
-Cure hereditary diseases
-Increase immune system strengths
-Stimulate growth of underdeveloped organs
-Stimulate regrowth of damaged tissue
-Yes, and reducing the number fat storage cells. Or, non-surgical fat cell removal.
Just a few suggestions for after NNVC neutralizes all the dangerous viruses in the world.

From PR 4/11/06 and every other PR
"Eldorado Exploration Inc. is an independent oil and gas company that utilizes a proprietary process called Passive Induced Polarization (PIP) to detect electromagnetic signals given off of some geological anomalies."
From PR 2/21/06
"2/21/06 Eldorado Exploration Inc. announced the company has entered into an agreement with Stable Resources of Lubbock, Texas to acquire an additional 15998"
EDEX has exclusive use of PIP and must agree to the use of PIP by other parties. That is the meaning of "proprietary". Note also that EDEX gets something in return for Stable Resources use, a JV. The other poster made it sound like two good ol' boys doing each other favors. Though the principles may be good, long-time friends, a handshake and a promise are no way to do business, and such arrangements can be disastrous in publicly held corporations.
I don't think they can report like that because PRs must be real events. They could report how much is in a reserve and then predict the future flow rate, but it would have to be in a pR about a real event as an aside.
That said, a PR predicting the next month's total output would actually cause the price to decline because the market hates fluff, as we all know. LOLOL
Double post mirror sales shaving a few tenths in each transaction, and the boys can go have steak for lunch with a nice bottle of Cab, or two. LOL
I really like the support at .13. Means there is a wall of buyers just under that. Don't need L2 to see that. If we don't get buying in the last hour, should be some bargain shopping tomorrow. The again, maybe enough people wioll see the interview that .14 will be a memory by week's end.
My experience here with EDEX also. I have watched orders fill around my bid delivering as much as a half cent below. Last week I even bid at the ask and watched 3 much larger orders fill above my bid, with no movement of the posted ask. I pulled my bid, waited 30 minutes and the price came down below what i had been trying to buy at. My next bid filled almost instantly. Hard to figure out what that is all about.
Looks like the old shell seller is finished dumping for this month. I hope he got his much needed money. I also hope that there are enough brain cells in his head to figure out that not dumping the last of his shares in early July is the wiser move. But, does not matter to me. I will be there to catch some if he is indeed down to his last remaining neurons.
It looks like these are S-8 employee compensation options exercisable at a maximum .07 cents a share. There are 20 million shares registered under the filing and apparantly the person filing the 144 has opted to exercise his option. Without further explanation from management, the S-8 is most probably consideration for work performed on the reverse merger.

True Westeffer, In 2 to 4 weeks we find out just how earth shaking it is. Most pinks, 2 to 4 weeks never comes. A trickle effect of fluff PRs replace the promised technology or innovation. In the case of NNVC, we already know that the nanomicelles work and it's just a matter of waiting for the formal results and the major announcements to come after the 10-SB filing. By October, the world will know that there is a new alternative to vaccines and immune system dependent therapies. A new approach that targets specific disease causing viruses.
The ones retired were in addition and were disputed.
I think it was filed under the share holder -MAICHOT, FRANCIS- and not the company. But, even doing a key word document search I get no hits. It was filed on June 20 and should have posted by June 21.
Fidelity is not an official site, but there is no reason to doubt the report since it comes from COMTEX. Just strange.
There is usually a trickle clause that only allows 200K to 300K dilution per month. In larger floats, the trickle clause may be unnecessary, but with such a small float I would think that Parkin would have insisted on a trickle clause.
Also, the traditional Chinese character for "threat" is made up of two charaters, "opportunity" and "danger". The Chinese seem to know something.
Mypointz, the selling will stop today, if it has not already stopped. The shares dumped on the market by the e-dot partners can only total 300K per month. THe shares also total only 833,600. Now that the rest of us know what's up, all those shares will be absorbed easily.
Where did you get that info, Josman. SEC shows no filings from BIO TRACKING, which is the name it would still be filed under since the trading symbol and CUSIP have not changed yet.

Look for your self. Also search under latest filings, which posts immediately upon receipt.

By SEC regulation following a merger, all all rule 144 shares must be restricted for a year. Only those shares that come under a different classification such as S-8 can be registered and sold.
Zagdad,
In the 15c2-11 Information Statement, on page 5 under "B. Business of Company", you find that the PIP is described as a "proprietary process." By referring to it as proprietary under that section, the company is stating in an official filing that the PIP is part of the company's business and implies some exclusive use of PIP not afforded others. This statement has a strict meaning of being a part of the business conducted either through ownership of the process or exclusive rights to that process. That statement cannot be made if it is simply some gentleman's agreement between long time friends.
You were serious? Only thing to do is hold until the fluff PR. LOL
LOL. Yeah, this is my biggest loser, too.
I think much of that action was from flippers looking to get back in on a retracement. What I think they don't realize is that all that movement from .085 to .16 adds up to one big white candle. So, today's retracement looks like a bullish engulfing pattern which means more upward movement before the next (Friday afternoon) firesale.
Careful, we don't want to wake the Tamiflu parent 800 pound gorilla as it thinks we are threatening its kid.
For those of you who draw obvious conclusions about ViriCide treatment verses Tamiflu, there is no comparison. They are two completely different drugs that perform completely different functions. After all, we don't want to raise the hackles of the parent company by needlessly comparing their Tamiflu child to NNVC's FluCide child, if the two children have completely different talents (even if ours IS more talented).
I think you will be paying more in the morning. Fire sale prices have come to an end.
Got mine. Did you get yours? Fire sale ends at 4:00 today.
It's pronounced either "my cell" or "me cell" depending on which part of the world you are from. I believe either is correct. Of course, after I hear Dr. Diwan give a speech where he uses the word, I will begin pronouncing it his way. LOL
In other words, a single type of targeting micelle can be produced that neutralizes all Influenzas within that class. However, from what I have read, the micelle increases in effectiveness as it is constructed to target more specific strains of a virus such as specific Type A influenzas H5N2, H5N1 or H7N1. That is, a micelle can be designed to specifically target H5N1 or it can target a number of of different strains such as H5N1, H1N1 and H7N1, simultaneously.
This is the patent used for the base technology in the polymeric micelle and co-invented by Anil Diwan, NNVC's Chairman. The patent is a targeting delivery system for the drug AZT. However, by re-engineering and modifying the micelle, Diwan has discovered that the it can be engineered to target any virus, and in fact can be used to target an entire class of viruses, such as Type A influenzas.

Yeah but EDEX will always have a special place in my office with warm feelings and a tube of lube.
Of course, there are always things to continue gathering, but at some point I feel I have enough. You know, demonstrate the potential value and validate the information. I don't know your holdings, but I currently have shares in 8 pinkies, and I'm looking at another 6. So, time for researching each issue is limited. I hold one in particular that I feel is far stronger than EDEX and has proven the validity of value where it counts most, the market. It still has another 20 bags left in it and it already a 10 bagger.
No matter how much you learn about EDEX, it is still an O & G play. What happens tomorrow if peace breaks out in the Middle East? What happens to the price of spot O & G and speculation money that currently drives this market? PIP has a 70 to 80 percent success at identifying and prediction. What happens if the first 2 drill sites turn out to be that other 20% to 30%? And, so on.
Hey, don't get me wrong, I have a large percent of my portfolio in EDEX, but there are other companies when EDEX has finished its climb.
I've got a room that needs painting. Is there a painter in the house?
Sheesh. I always hate this part. Having completed DD and then waiting for what I know should be coming soon. Actually, I love this part, anticipating each up-tick and new base... Nah, I hate it, the frustration and impatience that creeps in... I could go either way.
I like the price rest here. It's healthy. I was anticipating an opening run like yesterday, but good to see early retracement. A run like yesterday would have resulted in a more severe retracement. I was ready to sell some trading shares around .185, but now I will continue holding until indicators overheat. If they don't overheat, I will gladly hold all until EDEX strikes or fails. I will be adding on this dip, he,he. Hey, I can tell you that, can't I? You won't tell anyone else, will you? My trigger is... Well, you didn't think I was going to tell you that, did you?
By the way, it would be very, very good if we close with another white candle.
Ruff means he bought at ask. That makes it a buy as opposwed to a sell at bid.
I know the discussion wants to focus on this latest PR, but I have a question, "Whatever happened to Lebed's month long pump. Didn't he announce that the promotion would be for 1 month in return for $20,000 cash consideration?" One day's pump does not a month make, or something like that.
Nice theory, FOG, but what evidence do you have of "subtle bashing?" The problem is you have neither addressed the issue of extra shares materializing to drive the price down nor the MMs practice today of going around both the bid and the ask to fill some orders while skipping others completely.
Back to your desk, Einstein. And, don't raise your hand until you have a more unified theory.
No worries. Getting to the bottom of today's weird action. Anyone notice that in the last minute of trading, something happened that had been going on all day? The last trade of 500 shares, now posted as 3000 shares at 4:00:08, went around the ask of 1.15? Earlier, at the opening in fact, trades were recorded at and above the ask with mirror trades that took out the bids and dropped the ask. Clearly boxing the price and walking the bid down. There also seemed to be an excess of available shares traded. Anyone have any theories?
Not tonight Bubba, I have a toothache.
Hee hee hee.
I think that it should be posted within a few hours of todya's close so that it can be digetsed for its validity and impact over night. Waiting until after market opens tomorrow will be viewed as manipulative and questionable. I think such an act would have exactly the opposite effect intended.
Unless of course it is of such a great import that it would immediately cause a 50% gap and a 75% spike. In that case I will be happy to capitalize on the good news and visit Lowman in that prison where they send white collar criminals, and I don't mean the one with masseuses and tennis courts.
