This is a matter of the company not letting share holders know what is going on. I made that trip and I liked what I saw and what I heard. What I have seen them do is what they said they would do. Some believed from an old 2005 PR that form 10 was coming in 2Q06. I never believed that, I still mark the date of May 2007 as per the contract agreement they have with another company.

I made that drive to confirm some info and share the jist of the situation here and the total situation with some others privately so you would not have to get off the couch and acctually do something. I drove so I can Bitc&*(*&^%.

There is no way to run any numbers on the actions of this company.

I do not think it is a bad idea to shave a possition down to take advantage of some thing else.

I personally still own 1,000,000 shares. I have been here for quite some time and have visited two of their offices and have met PA, Ron, the head of 3D and the kmt guy from ProGas... In addition I have had contact with twice as many people on their org chart.

I did not drive 750 miles in one day to be told one set of actions just to have them presented their progress in such a poor way. Leaving holes to figure out for ourselves. Even some of the smallest companies can PR their rev, earnings, A/S O/S & float, Common #, Preferred #, etc... Give me a week and I will feel better about the situation. Several personal issues going on at the same time that make even the brightest of things SUCK.


But if you feel the need to give me one of those heads-up I will listen and see if it has ground. So please feel free to tell me what you think.
