I recall some of your posts during the past year and they are always negative. How would an investor who only sees things in a negative light have the patience to hold NEOM for so long---no, no, no---you don't add up!

I printed out JPs notes...sat down, away from the computer, with a fresh cup of coffee and read his notes...poured another cup and reread them...I really got the flavor and feeling of the meeting. I can understand why the "bashers" are so irritated (or should I say "irrigated")this morning. If I was on the wrong side, I'd be scared to death!

By the LOW END I mean the lowest # of days until the quiet period ends. The action on Friday may be telling us that there are serious buyers lurking about and that we could be seeing a rise in share price BEFORE the QP ends.

Lets face it, Zacked, NEOM is a buck stock in disguise as a thirty-center.

The QP has been an important topic for discussion here on
I-HUB. I went back and reviewed many of the posts to find a concensus.

LOW END: by the middle of January.

HIGH END: by the end of February.

These two estimates assume that the NEOM filing of a week or so ago contains all of information needed by the SEC.

MY PERSONAL GUESS? Before the end of January.

I see 2006 as a fast start out of the gate---with good price action but little news---followed in February by a torrent of PRs discussing: WORD REGISTRY, PAINT DEALS, MORE PARTNERS, SCANBURY SETTLEMENT, COMPLETED MERGERS, NATIONAL ADVERTISING DEALS FOR MOBOT and PAPERCLICK,and EARNINGS, EARNINGS, EARNINGS, etc., etc.

Yes, the volume looks good. I just finished checking the individual trades and it looks like there are about two "BUYS"
to every one "SELL." We may have seen the bottom a few seconds before 10AM at .2710. What we need is an UP DAY with volume increasing.

TAX LOSS SELLING:

The IRS "sale date" is the SETTLEMENT DATE which for stocks and bonds is usually three business days after the trade was executed. For government securities and options, the settlement date is usually the next business day.

NEOM shares sold today (TUESDAY) will settle this Friday...
making TODAY the last day to take a tax loss for 2005.

(Sometimes it is possible to make a "CASH SALE" which, if it can be executed, will cost you some of your proceeds
but will give you a settlement date in 2005.)

For all intentsive purposes, TAX SELLING ended today.

As his past posts would certainly indicate, JP is a very intelligent guy. Now, I ask you, would JP be smart to say great things about NEOM "before" he fills his additional 200,000 shares or "after?" He was fiduciarily honest enough to tell us that he plans to purchase the additional shares and that he was hoping for some type of pullback to make his purchase---THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH!

In hindsight, JP probably should have said NOTHING, no promises, no tidbits---but his devotion to this board seems to have gotten the better of him and he felt that he had to say SOMETHING...

JP, take your time. I for one will be appreciative of your information whenever it is posted.

Do you know how annoying it is to shareholders such as myself when I find people making fraudulent calls to NEOM about "words" that they have no intention of actually registering. It costs NEOM dollars---possibly MY dollars---to answer these fraudulent calls. Because we do not know the real age of posters it is, of course, possible that these calls are being made by children interacting with adults on this board.

Whew...so much to think about...so many answers all at once. What a day!! I was out until 5PM and then kept checking the board every few minutes waiting for the "WORD"! I knew that it would be good news when it came in at 7:11.

I bought 50,000 at .30 & .299 on Mon. and another 25,000 today at somewhere under .265 (waiting for confirmation). That gives me 545,894 at just about a $.20 average. I'm not known for my patience but I feel that I will be rewarded "big-time" in the future. When the news starts coming it will be like a waterfall of good news. I'm not a pumper (what a cute phrase----sounds like something from Dicken's London)I'm a believer in what this technology will bring.

My comment on this board: I love it! There's more good, solid information here then all of the other boards put together. However, in the last week or two there has been a change---too much time spent (wasted) on discussing personality traits of some posters. (How much time can be spent on who is a "true long"---GIVE ME A BREAK!)

Please don't ruin a great board!

This board sometimes is just like Danny Thomas' story called "The Jack."

1. "I wonder if they'll be able to answer questions at the Annual Meeting."

2. "They probably won't be able to say anything because of the Quiet Period."

5. "This whole thing must be a scam!"

Dupont as a 20% partner of NEOM has never made sense to me.
I COULD see Dupont working out some type of business arrangement with NMPR where they make an investment and share in the profits of the NMPR division ONLY...and, of course, get the paint inventory business.

Amazon, Yahoo, Google, Microsoft??? My guess---Amazon. Why?
Because they have millions of products to sell--NOW!

I doubt very much if NEOM was consulted on a PR that did not directly involve them. Actually, I'm surprised (and happy) that NMPR was mentioned at all. Cornell has to be careful about pumping a public company where they own shares. Slowly, the good news will come and eventually it will turn into a torrent. I'm pleased that management is being extremely careful with their PRs---it's not worth getting into SEC trouble for a few days hype.

I forwarded the NMPR-China info to TS through a contact that I have with Changewave. Guaranteed that he'll read it.

Now, THAT'S NEWS! Thanks for digging that up! I-HUB is the best for finding hidden stuff before it becomes common news. NEOMs paint repair may not seem sexy NOW but wait until the earnings start coming in. I read the account of last years stockholders meeting and was interested in the description of the paint repair process. Paperclick will get there after some time but paint repair is there NOW!

It took me quite a while to learn the "IMO" is an abbreviation for "IN MY OPINION." Could someone prepare a glossary of the other abbreviations that are used on this board. It would be appreciated to new I-HUBers such as myself.

The Annual Meeting is on December 16--it is listed at the top of the I-HUB board as December 15.

Chartist1 This is my first post. I wondered where you disappeared to. I enjoyed reading and learning from your weekly charts. It seems to me that this is an extremely strong board and I consider you one of its real strengths. Please continue as before and thanks for your past posts.
