Thank you for your post. This is why I am at Ihub. To read posts like this. A common sense no nonsense approach to trading the OTC. There is no chest pounding, no smoke and mirrors, no sarcasm and/or poking fun at others posts. Been holding for months now, and it looks like the dominoes are "starting" to fall. Looking fwd to the audited 10k, and fwd guidance.
Interesting past two days. The way I see this is that buys are in the know. It’s really pretty simple here in OTC land. Should be fun these next couple weeks, but I’m
Holding for a lot longer than that!
Laughable that you would use the financial data line on VRUS when you own and promote another OTC pinkie that many would say has a terrible reputation. I own them both, but I believe VRUS has a much higher ceiling, and more reputable CEO. The IR here goes a long way as well. Recent debt ridden spinoff completed, I could go on, but I won't. Every once in awhile I take you off ignore, but it's short lived. Back on.
I certainly don't get it. Its actually quite sad for someone to have that much time on their hands to invest all of the time and energy into a stock he doesn't even own. There are a couple of them on this page and they do nothing to add to the DD or perceived value of this page for those that actually might be looking for some solid information.
At least he plays one side!!! You on the other hand?
Great post. Those that believe in Anshu and his past success will hold and add, those that don’t, won’t. I’m looking fwd to the outcome!
I am long, and very patient. And I believe in the CEO, Anshu. That being said I was also long and patient with another ticker on the OTC whose CEO I also had confidence in, and after their R/S $1 is now worth less than a penny in a few short months. Wiped out a lot of good people. I can see both sides of the fence here, but I'm holding. Now off to the golf course...sorry for those freezing their butts off.
Excellent post. The CEO is a main reason I am still here. Getting the spinoff behind them I believe has created many more unforeseen issues, as was stated in part by Mark. I haven't speculated more than I can afford to lose, but this is the OTC and anything can happen.
I'm trying to wrap my head around this. Tweets are meaningless for me. This is the OTC and they just dropped a bombshell. I don't quite understand why MKR would go along with this unless there was a rainbow somewhere out there. This action does open up the M&A lane, so I'll hold and watch.
MM's will paint this red until the demand side is ready to go. That's how they make money. I have no problem with that, but the long's time is coming. The 10k is due 1/31, but should be here prior to that date, and as we get closer the demand will increase and the pps will rise.
If an OTC pink stock executes a R/S then in my experience they do not recover for years, if ever. It is an action that speaks very loudly to the shareholders that they don't have a clue how to execute a business plan. Either they will screw shareholders until they get it right, or they go out of business. There is no reason whatsoever at this point of RBIZ/VRUS progression for them to do a R/S. Not to say it won't happen because we are in the OTC, but if it does happen, then all has been smoke and mirrors to this point. My shares are locked and I will have patience until anything materially changes. All IMO.
Lot's more opinions, that's why most are here on this board, to hear others opinions. It was certainly not my intention to make a statement of fact (a definition). Patience will be rewarded here IMO.
My opinion is that VRUS will go down until there is demand to prop it up or news that will make it soar. The way longs win is to buy and hold, and average down in the OTC with a name that is fundamentally sound with minimal dilution. My opinion is we have a winner, but that is because I believe what Anshu and Mark say. They have no reason to lie with the shares maxed and the seperation from RBIZ. GLTA.
MM's will have a field day and make profits on this name and others by selling short when an OTC name is moving north. Once demand slows they will cover, and start another short as the name moves down, and then repeat. Their job is to make money and the way they do this is to short the OTC, anytime any day. They make a killing doing this. The only way to beat them is to buy and hold, don't give in to their games. Buy on the way down, and hold on the way up. If the name is fundamentally sound then longs will be rewarded. Not everyone thinks this name is sound, but I and many others do. GLA!
PPS is up, should be way up. MM games, love it. Their time is coming. Smart OTC folks are buying!!
It will be interesting if it gets done by stated (self imposed or otherwise) deadline. I'm not a fan of how the last 6 months have panned out, and cannot believe much of what SB say's. But this Delaware debt repayment could be the key that unlocks some whaling! If this happens by the end of Dec. I'm a buyer again. May be too late, but that's okay, I've got enough shares to make a buck or two.
Confidential Treatment Orders don't usually get approved by the SEC if the product is crap:
"and its a crap product to begin with. Who would be a buy of VRUS when stable NON OTC companies provide very very similar and possibly better products".
MM's job is to make money, period. Yes, they play an integral role on the OTC, but the bottom line, is when the demand dries up they will take the pps down. and if there is little to no demand the pps will fall daily, and they will make a killing on the sub penny stocks...daily if the demand isn't there. It's the game, and they play it well.
Its nice to see some buying. My opinion is because the DE debt payment/lack of it can be verified, if debt is paid by stated date (12/31/2018) then pps will rocket.
Nothing yet pr'd, correct. Financing is key, and it's secured through 12m a year. Not bad for an OTC name. Most would agree that traditional, non toxic financing is the number one priority for this name.
With the OTC I try and read between the lines with the reports and the corresponding language. I like what I see and hear. If you don't that's fine, but I believe traditional financing is either done or close, and I also see that revenues are increasing (while costs are decreasing with the spinoff), and possible merger(s). With a current pps of below .002's this is a no brainer based on most if not all of the pps analysis out there.
Could be, but any dialogue I had with him was that if I brought up a legitimate question and disagreed with him I was immediately reprehensible for my unbelief!!
PR's are a waste of time in the sewers. Show me the q, and the k.
Bingo!!! Bam!!!
Not much more downside expected here, but plenty of upside potential. This is not the Nasdaq or the NYSE, one can find plenty to criticize here. I'm still believing Anshu and the IR firm.
All depends on your eye glasses I suppose...we see what we want to see. There is plenty to be excited about with this name IMO, I won't rehash that now. But for me this is the OTC and a little digging leads me to believe odds are in my favor. A little digging sometimes leads to gold.
Many have picked a support level and bought... these levels are a great buy IMO. All the best!!
Your posts are useless at this point because they cover both sides, why not just post, I believe in Anshu, but yet I don't!
Anyone that posts how much they make trading needs to be placed immediately on ignore. According to these morons, IHUB traders can make 10g or so any given day, but how much does a real trader make? Comical IHUB traders, and then they will say they only trade OTC occasionally. Good grief, Be gone with your nonsensical jibberish already. I don't post much, but this nonsense is ridiculous.
Nah, I thought you were a patient dude when it comes to these OTC names. I don't care if I lose every dime, I think Anshu is on up side of the wild west and will come through. If Im wrong, so be it. I'm not selling a dime, and for me and my dollars couldn't care less how much you have made or lost on other names. I've had one hard and fast rule on this crazy site, anyone who brags is a....well never mind.
Still holding here. One needs to check their OTC speculation acumen if they don't like the pps at these levels. Obvious and blatant shorting by MM's. Good grief, that is what they do to most, if not all OTC names until buying pressure forces their hand! Criminal actually, but let's just call it the OTC wild west. Will continue to hold.
Schwab conversion from RBIZ to VRUS completed as of market open for my shares. News will drop soon IMO. Interim CFO in place for a reason. Hints of M&A activity, new and improved financing, and backlog of orders waiting for said financing make this a no-brainer hold for me.
Exactly!!! I mean seriously people lose a little money and they cry for months if not years. I sold most of my shares at a loss, but still have exposure here and I hope for the best. That being said, I am not a believer in SB, I am a believer in the product. It could and should sell itself despite SB, it will just take a little longer.
Agreed, the team assembled here lends/adds credibility to the new and improved VRUS. Once the name change occurs I'm expecting announcements regarding additional revenue and financing. We are in the infancy here.
Nice to see shorts involved here. MM's and shorts love these OTC stocks that have volatility and volume. I know lots of folks say that OTC is not conducive to shorts, but if you look at the charts of most OTC pinks it is pretty easy to see how lucrative short selling this market is. It takes deep pockets, but there are some that do very well IMO. Think we have a long term hold/gem here. Longs time will come once financing is announced in addition to the 20 mil. IMO RBIZ/VRUS waiting for name change to announce, so I'm patient for now. GLTA.
Nice q for an OTC pink stock. Audited co. on the OTC is a huge plus. The completed spinoff a big plus. What will result in exponential growth is acquiring non-dilutive financing which is a priority. The backlog will then be unleashed and sales/revenue will explode. Two M&A opportunities in final discussions is also big. PPS around .004, is extremely undervalued IMO.
Yep, standard OTC pinkie land price action here. RBIZ fundamentals solid with plenty of catalysts near term. Seems stronger hands should be locking the float.
MM's and their games. Wall at .0055 looks fake!! ETRF one tic off is def fake because they've been doing this for weeks.
It's been my observation over time (been in the day trading game since since 2001) that there is a group of shorts (could be the MM's or affiliated somehow with the MM's) that show up after a nice run of an OTC stock and take it down until sufficient demand stops them. This group includes to some degree the flippers as well, but not to the same degree IMO. Most of the time it will take a material event, or the likelihood of said event that will create that demand. With a stock like RBIZ this gives astute folks the ability to establish and add to a position. We are on the cusp of something big here as the DD plainly shows...IMO.
Been holding since Feb. Really like this last PR, and A.U.'s response to Gordo. I'd like to add a thank you to Gordo for all he does here.
