Try contacting Purchasing Manager where trials are going on.
Thanks TK.
If its to good to be true, usually is. Good gamble though at these prices.
Not a shocker to me. Easy to predict.
Quarterly shareholder update in December. No movement in the meantime.
Want to see hiring of a National Sales Manager and force.
Billions in claims. Proof please. And please provide proof they are economically mineable.
It takes more than a few days to contact all the pertinent shareholders and get their input/decisions and resulting discussions. That's the main reason I don't expect anything on Monday. We shall see. Who knows, Monday we may get something other than another delay.
……..or need more time to make decision.
Monday will come and go without any update. Another delay probable. Potential excuses are Shareholders they need approval from can't be reached at this time for whatever reasons. ( are on vacation, emergency in family, out of the country.
I still think the most important event is the hiring of a National Sales Manager of big credentials and experience. This would be telling for several reasons. Just the tweet about it was very telling.
Good pick up. What I was trying to say is that the tweet says a lot about the character of people running the company.
The thank you to OTC says volumes!
Next big news will be hiring of National Sales Manager. Hopefully they have real potential (not just perceived) that will be enough to attract high caliber candidates successful in other industries or competitors.
This ain't worth anything without knowing the value of assets. Is anybody serious here ?
Georgia's major industries are agriculture, timber and textiles. The state also benefits greatly from a military presence; Fort Benning, Fort Stewart and Robins Air Force Base are the state's three largest employers.
Georgia's main crops are cotton, corn, peanuts, soybeans and poultry. Georgia is also one of the country's leading producers of pine wood. The aerospace industry is also significant; Lockheed Martin has a manufacturing site in Marietta that assembles or works on a number of military aircraft. Some other major employers in the state are Emory University, the Georgia Power Company, Lanier Parking Solutions and Dekalb County Facilities Management.
Not an attorney but, if I read plain English, the contract created by Major Drilling and signed by MXSG seems to be an enforceable contract upon payment of the $75,000. Somewhere in contract. Look. So when drilling begins one knows for sure that the $75,000 was paid. Still waiting for buy signals from my reliable indicators.
It is lack of funding that is holding back the US manufacturing plant. Been working on that for a long time now. Will they get it? How much longer ? Chinese dragging their feet signing a deal for a few years now. Not a sure thing. Big Big risk here except for maybe a quick flip.
What does getting current and yield sign have to do with them getting great PRs out ?
Disseminating pertinent information to share holders is useful to me. I do not interpret it as pumping. Nice to know what they are doing.
What am I missing here? If OS is 542M and GC owns 75% (406M), the float should be 136M. This assumes GC shares will be held and or restricted. I have never seen a Form 4 sale for GC as long as I have been in the stock. I am not sure how much of his shares are restricted.
Thank you Ice !
I am not asking them to put out numbers or projections. Just saying, there is unknown important information, therefore touting big names and new applications is meaningless until we know the extent of the applications. .
Understand, but that response does not answer how much product will be used when we do get contracts, pricing , margins, and how that translates to revenue. Very difficult to determine if at all at this point. Have a long term position but want to see indications of wide spread use of product before I increase my position.
Enough touting about new product applications and big name customers. What is really relevant and most important is how much product will be used and how it translates to revenue. Very little known is this regard. Until then any predictions of price movement is futile. $50M revenue company? Maybe. But when? Need to see orders in very large volume.
"Expect great PR'S once current" proof please.
Why? What exactly is the reason?
Then post the email
Good question!! At least for challenged person like me ??
Once the filings are uploaded to OTC, there is a review process before the filings are downloaded for viewing . Expect 5-10 business days for review and then if there are questions or other forms they need to file expect another delay. Process might be completed middle or end of October. Hope I am wrong and it is sooner.
I tend to agree. We shall see what plays in the near future. Watching this very closely.
Float would then be 47M
True. But the big question is how long ahead?
Current may not do it. Won't go anywhere until they post some meaningful revenue and increases quarter to quarter. Current revenue and being current not a catalyst.
Could be wrong. We shall see. Market sees lots of competition. The list of players in this field has been posted many times. Minimal revs. Nothing to get excited about yet. Again we shall see.
Had more shares than what I was really comfortable with. Sold a third for short term profit on weak financials and talk of significant sales a distant 2-3 years out. Will watch closely and add when we see a significant pipeline/orders form those biggies that are evaluating the products and/or my indicators signal a buy.
Yep!!!!
Exactly!!!
Correct!!!
Schwab also supports the purchase of this stock.
Wasn't second quarter due on 8/15? Will they upload 2Q when they finally get it right ?
