Sure glad I didn't contact my business school roommate at Chevron (very high up the corporate ladder) about this stock. It would have become embarrassing. Will make that overture when there is something concrete to talk about beyond hope and hype.
LTA-I am with you and ELG when it comes to patience waring thin. You are right in that early supporters are no longer buying. I have been told 'willing to pay higher if/when management proves something. I will probably give it another quarter or two and then move on to other interests. Management's credibility is pretty well shot. Still believe in the technology though.
Let's hope so
why 3 biz days and then gets dicey again??? Please tell
I don't care (or pay attention) to them. Just like to know where your comment came from.
Where did Google paying billions come from? Did I miss a PR release?
just about given up waiting for news. Seems like 'the check is in the mail forever'.
great! but are they paying for it?
Am surprised that I haven't seen anyone saying 'adding here'. Wonder why
Would love to see a real trucker testimonial. Maybe Lisa could work on getting a couple of them
I really do hope you are right. Have a good weekend-BTW-nice round trip back from .32. Saved me from reporting a major decline in my newsletter (not that down ~20% is not major-it's just better than down 35%)
DShade and VC-what say you to elguapo19's recent post? I will reiterate it will be very disappointing if no announcement of revenue consequence is not forthcoming shortly. All the DD in the world can't account for under capitalized and thin management.
DShade FWIW-I think you are right but....it's up to management to produce...not you and I.
Will be very disappointed if no announcements are made by the company in the next couple of weeks. Sorry DShade, but you don't count as a 'company' announcement.
Hope you enjoyed yesterday as well. Posted on 'GasBuddy" "http://www.bostongasprices.com/News_Page.aspx?id=109714&category=1357&topic=631693&page_no=1&ign=1
Any legitimate alternative to ethanol would be welcome. A publicly traded company - Encountercare Solutions (symbol: ECSL) - has a methanol based fuel produced by it's Cyberfuels subsidiary that is cleaner, gets better mpg, is slightly cheaper than regular gas, and was introduced for sale last week at a Mobil station in the town of Bunnell, Florida.
hope your right
That's what I told my friend-the database connection-but it still will require marketing and that is the message I hope management understands
From a friend re Acculife product who is in private equity focused on health care "I looked at this—impressive amount of data that it can record. I think there is going to be a bunch of these types of products entering the market – fitbit and others are already there as you know. It will be a marketing game as technology seems to be available to many sources. I didn’t see where this product automatically sends data to a health care professional or wellness center. Lot of talk about life / health insurance companies getting in this to monitor populations so alignment with those groups will be important." Hope management pays attention to these points."
To you as well-enjoy you Thanksgiving Day and dinner
It would not be the first time that someone is second to market and wins the game.
No as far as I know.
Maybe get the story in front of Governor Moon Bean...err Jerry Brown. California would love what we would have.
M1M-I believe you are right when you say they are waiting for a deal of size to close. There are other ways to accelerate the process, but that is not the course they have chosen, at least yet. I don't think they have any leverage to make things happen faster. When/if a deal closes and they have the cash in hand, I think/hope they will add personnel on a contract basis to move this to another level. The silence on the Acculife deal seems to be part of this company's profile especially since other things have been announced (all the distribution agreements that have produce no revenue). It seems as if they are gun shy at this point about building hope that does not come to fruition. I, like you, am hanging in there because the technology seems real.
Agree with all your points.
M1M-lack of publicity is a function of undercapitalized and understaffed.
DShade - M1M and lawyerboy have got it right. If you have management's ear its time they started listening to the more thoughtful comments on this board - not just the cheerleading ones
DShade-your credibility tanks is running on fumes (pun intended). Hope all your rosey comments pan out. Been reading comments for two years now and stock is down 12%. I have a serious case of cognitive dissonance.
Tbyte-thought you gave up and left
JOJO-very helpful- in terms of reality check (they are really pumping fuel) and marketing challenge-getting folk to try something new. Thanks!!!!
I have too and know something about start-ups
Stockman-thanks for the hands on facts. I suspect that no major PR push is due to problems with overstimulating demand resulting in major need for cash, not to mention the disappointment when they can't get the fuel. Having said that, this company has demonstrated a reluctance (probably for cash flow reasons) to bring in skilled help. So we shall see....
VanWest-Agree with all your points-nice to see a relatively new poster
VC-I admire your persistence-you have been saying that for a long time.
Financials are available on the company web site.
Last year they weren't posted to the company website until 11/21/2014...FWIW
This is accurate (fuel left blender in GA) according to a separate source FWIW.
Better still - just post the phone number for the station and let everyone (Especially the doubters) call for themselves.
Some is clearly not telling the truth and someone is telling the truth. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing which is which.
We are in agreement even though I don't know where it will come from
Stockman, your posts are very constructive - thank you! If the lines start forming-the only question that will remain is working capital to supply additional station. Somehow I think/hope that issue will take care of itself based on the enormous potential
