We should alert the sovereign funds.
Z, I thought he is already in the process of applying to AMEX. Can he change that at this point?
Always good to take a profit, but I think there is a lot more in TSTC based on fundamentals.
I would sugggest a BOD composed of JB,the CEO of Pak-It, the CEO of Javacorp, one large common stockholder who bought on the open market, and a VC or large fund investor, talling a five person BOD.
I thought Rick Heddle was in Canada and that it was Al Sousa that was involved in Florida.
EP, what about the Nicole Wright shares, over 5,000,000? Do you know if still has them, or if she has sold most?
GWMAN, Although I agree with most of what you say in your post, I think that 45 days to uplist to the AMEX may be unrealistic. I think the rest of the items you listed are doable in that time.
Thanks, blue, and all of us true longs will be much stronger in our wallets in 2010.
There is an old adage that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. The appearance of these new bashers, with new aliases, which will likely continue as long as the stock remains on the BB, should make us longs much stronger.
Blueone, I think there is a strong possibility that oil could go way above $70.00, stronger than it going well below $70.00. Of the risks you mentioned, the one that concerns me is illness or accident happening to JB. He is young and energetic, so that is a low risk. He is the company, and I hope there is a large key man insurance policy on him. I have confidence that he knows what he is doing, but I hope he doesn't burn himself out. His marriage should help.
Thanks, a very impressive list. My dad used to tell me, "if you throw enough darts at a wall, some will stick."
She's got a lot of guts and is to be highly respected and commended. The question is, how do we get to more national coverage?
VBamboo, I don't know what an ISIN code is. Sorry that I can't help.
I thought that he has applied, or is applying, for AMEX listing. I think NASDAQ would be better, but JB knows best.
Thanks, forest.
I haven't read all of the posts, and maybe this has been asked and answered, but aren't we giving up our leverage with this confidentiality agreement?
All good comments, G. Furthermore, he seems to understand the mindset of investors, mm's, and the penny stock market, which is necessary in these early stages before we hit the bigtime.
Good choices, but also consider zardiw, who has been here for many months and has lent tremendous support to the board throughout.
Probably does, sound like a real good guy. I know I like beer and would be willing to serve as Sergeant At Arms at the board meetings to keep the beer drinkers under control, LOL
Looking forward to a true Chicago winter, walkling to school on a -30 degree wind chill day, eating an ice cream cone on the way, looking forward to playing football outside in my T shirt.
Welcome, passive and a fellow Chicagoan, Ilovestocks.
I like to see shakerzz in dis house.
I think JB gives real meaning to the term shareholder friendly. His communication to shareholders is excellent.
Trader, I understand what you are saying, but I believe the more appropriate words would be tactful, diplomatic, or even kind. With that said, however, I do respect Abby's comments in general and his TA , candor and bluntness. Ne is a service to this board in many ways and has been helpful overall.
Invitation to all our posters to John's wedding?
Zardiw, I remember you eing an early poster on WAMUQ. I hope that you are as right on JBII as that one, you seem to be so far.
Probably, if I had the money, depending on the amount
When I get back from California soon. I forgot the Rosebud and Gibsons, the Tropical Hut,, and Phil Schmidts, if they are all still around. I guess I'm giving my age away.
Thanks, Rawnoc, sounds like the pros outweigh the cons, at least in the short to intermediate term.
Good points, but I think AMEX or NASDAQ will do just fine for now.
Board marked in honor of Lotto 123. I am going to have a deep dish pizza, hot dog, gyro and Italian beef sandwich this week in honor of this board, plus Italian lemonade for dessert.
What are the pros and cons of PIPE financing?
Which would be better, AMEX or NASDAQ? I think JB's eventual goal is NYSE.
Stu, I like the PE of 100 but where did you get such a figure?
How about investing with Warren Buffet when he started? I read that he asked his neighbors to invest $10,000 and several said no. I hope we are like his neighbors that said yes, it looks like we very well could be.
Many thanks to all on this board. Averaging up, hopefully getting smarter from previously averaging down on loser stocks.
Tyler, risk taking isn't stupid, it is living life to the fullest.
Patrick Kane, gonna be the Michael Jordan of the NHL! The Hawks need a top goalie, then they can win the Stanley Cup. Maybe trade for one of the Ducks two great goalies.
Lotto, thanks for the reply. I would like to mark the board but forgot how to do it. Please advise. Regarding SNRS, I bought it a long time ago and it has been dead in terms of SP. However, there was large volume on Friday, perhaps indicating better times ahead. I am not recommmending it, but am interested in others' opinions.
Highland Park. What about SNRS?
