I already did this to buy a few million shares of MDGC. I ended up selling my 2006 Mitsubishi Evo. Although it was hard; I sold it knowing I will someday buy any car I want when MediaG3 is realized.
Its still possible MediaG3 does own the thread and needle. Its really in MediaG3's court to prove the similarities are too great to be dismissed as different inventions.
IMO 10 years ago nobody cared about what Wytec had to offer because the demand was not there. MediaG3 had the foresight to pickup where Wytec had left off. Do the DD on the patents and you can decide for yourself if all carriers are infringing or not.
I wont say I an expert on network hardware and data transmission, but I am technical enough with technology to take one glance at the patents and realize these methods must be used by all carriers in some form. Also, the fact the patents are referenced by other patents issued by big name companies says how deeply rooted the technology is.
Having these patents is nice, but its the icing on the cake. IMO the cake IS the company itself. I say the patents are the icing because its unknown whether or not the patents will hold up. I am invested into MediaG3 because they are a real company with potentially many revenue streams in the future (including the patents). This company is honestly trying to be something unlike most of the scams out there. If just anyone of many avenues succeeds many of us will many alot of money. That's more then enough to convince me into investing into this company.
Why are you in denial? You know this is starting to get interesting. This is just the start. The coming weeks will reveal everything and anyone that has alot of shares averaged under a penny will have a big ass perma-smile on their face and all the big players can say they have played the game well once again.
Are you blind? These are partners that may share revenue with MediaG3. I cant wait to see what the MediaG3 website will reveal.
NOTICE UPDATED: PARTNER WEBSITES
Val just updated the notice!
Notice: September 7, 2010 --- We've been experiencing some difficulties getting the new web site up.
Thanks for your patience. Meanwhile, have a look a some of our partners sites HERE
This is not poor planning. This is most likely an unexpected technical difficulty that could not be foreseen even by yourself. According to the rumors which state some of the things the website contains...this IS the wireless access roll out.
They made an official notice. Now nobody can say MediaG3 lacks communication, lol.
I dont think anyone has made excuses for MediaG3. Some of us are simply stating that shit happens when dealing with technology.
I was definitely disappointed monday. We may have seen 30, 40m volume if the website launched. These things happen. I would prefer they fix it correctly and push the deadline then release a broken product.
I have to agree with bullish. To say nothing can go wrong suggests you have limited experience in IT.
Again, nobody really knows the complexity of the website. A sudden issue that arose suggests the website is much more complex then you think. Website complexity can vary greatly. Anyone can setup a basic commerce website in a few days and then come in here and throw tomatoes at MediaG3, but when your website requires a specialized back-end your website complexity will grow exponentially.
The floating slides? Yes those have been there for a long time already.
Well, if your goal is to get a high score playing the game then my goal is to one day say what you just said "its not about the money". LOL
It seems after 34 years everything was well earned. Clearly the next step is to become a billionaire ;) maybe MDGC can be the catalyst :)
My final thoughts about the website. It seems MediaG3 is attempting to roll out something big, complex and custom if they are having issues with the website this late. If anything I would bet on something fairly impressive once it rolls out.
Even large companies that have developers with big name degrees and many years of experience in their field screw up and push back the deadline for software because of all sorts of problems that arise during development or release. Has no one on this message board ever experienced a product release date being pushed back or problems after release? I am sure everyone here has had experience with this.
I guess I am the only honest developer in here...
Normally I would say you are correct about website development being a "baked in process", but that is only when your dealing with pieces of software that have already been developed which you simply load into your web server and change configuration settings to get everything running. This is not website "development" and I would consider this as a glorified user's way of developing websites.
I am not sure how complex MediaG3's website will be, but normally any large website will require many custom server side programs or scripts to be developed if you want to do something very specific and dynamic. This will involve many developers working on NEW code. When the scale of the website starts to grow in complexity there can be bugs that only occur under certain conditions; so even if you have done testing there will always be conditions you never thought of that can break your software.
Hardware side; there can be many issue that crop up on the database side that could suddenly crash the database server when enough data is loaded or if there are hard disk issues that cause corruption. Its also always possible the database tables are not indexes for peak performance and that causes issues when loading content into the database.
In conclusion, anything that runs software must accept Murphy's Law. "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong".
I apologize if I came off as being hostile. I didn't intend that. I am simply saying I don't believe anyone that can say their software is perfect or that everything will be perfect when trying to launch software to the public for the first time. I am stating that I can understand if MediaG3 has issues with their new website based on my experience with software. I wont go on to state its all because they didn't test the website enough. Even large companies end up releasing new products with flaws.
Have a good night.
I have real world experience with software that operates with hundreds+ users. I have worked in the software industry for 6 years now developing complex software from pc games to OLTP software. Any real programmer weather its website development or online transaction processing software to games will tell you there is no such thing as bug free software.
It seems to me you simply have not worked with complex enough software if you can say your software can be bug free.
All we know is the website "crashed". There are many ways a website can fail unexpectedly. Jumping to the conclusion that the developers skipped testing is speculation.
Even if there wasn't any kind of catastrophic failure such as a server hardware failure; many things can go wrong with the software if you are building a complex website that does a lot of database and server side interaction. To say you can launch a product without bugs is arrogant to be polite. Any new product released will have problems and it will continually be refined.
Although the stock value is currently well over 1 cent; new investors will continue to hesitant pulling the trigger because MediaG3 appears to have no revenue yet and its still selling its stock to get anything done. We need some indication that there is revenue somewhere. I am anticipating this is what MediaG3 will announce starting Sept 7th.
This 50 cents per share valuation is interesting, but its clouds and puppies talk. I am not totally disregarding it though, as I am 4.5m shares deep @ .0037 avg and this is exactly why I bought the stock; for its potential. If MediaG3 executes and all this hype is realized then 50 cents seems like a low end of its valuation.
I hope this week ends well and that everyone has a great labor day weekend. Lets all hope next week is when MediaG3 starts becoming a legend.
Is the information the company released recently "fluff"? Or are they simply updates to the shareholders about their progress to make MediaG3 into a real company? I think MediaG3 is simply informing us when they can about their progress to turn this into a real multi-million dollar company.
What kind of press release were you hoping for, honestly? What were you wanting to hear? It seems you thought the company would release some press release of a buy out or a major patent infringement case.
The progress of building a real company is a slow process and although MediaG3 has not released the information everyone expected, the company is working towards big goals and thats all I need to know that I am not investing in a pump and dump fake company.
It seems like you are simply just trying to flip this stock and have no long term goals with it. This is not a stock you flip if you want to make real money. Many of us on this board have a long term objective with this stock and have acquired millions of shares. My entire point of "creating a position" is when you have a set goal to be locking up your money for a long time. You cant find a bottom, so you gotta start somewhere. If you think you will be a "bagholder with hope" by averaging down with this stock, then you obviously don't think this company has anything for yourself and you should not have invested in this company in the first place because this is a long term play.
I never said i could find the bottom but i do feel it will decline more for whatever reason, plus with the marketcap and shares arriving at the pps, you let me know what you come up with
I won't pay a large premium because if i don't get in at a price i'm comfortable with i'll let it pass and think nothing else of it, that's my lil golden rule also never fall in love with a stock because i'm not an investor who likes to average down for one and become a bagholder with hope.
I'm already said it would tank twice and it has.
If some are allowed to pump, i should be allowed to state my opinion (what others say is bashing)
Why did you buy in the first place? Why did you sell?
What has really changed in the last few months? Not much really; the company is still working towards their goals. It seems maybe some investors just had unrealistic expectations thinking this will be a google overnight.
I think your pessimism is based on the recent decline in the share price and by making an assumption that the company is not doing anything just because they have not released information.
Its funny how disconnected companies and investors are. Investors have these high expectations and leave the company to do the dirty work. The only thing MediaG3 can do is try working towards their goals. I see them doing just that. They have goals to become a real company and not another pump and dump scam.
You can always wait for the financial data. Nobody really knows how much revenue the company actually has. So to make any assumption about the share price is a bit arrogant. I think there is alot in the financial story of MediaG3 that has not been told, but it will soon be revealed.
You can speculate what will happen, but without a core position in the company your speculation does not go far.
How do you create a position in a pink sheet that has alot of potential? Do you really think your so good that you can find a bottom? By the time the value of the company is realized, you would be paying a large premium.
You gotta start creating a position somewhere if your going to invest in a company. With a market cap of about 2.5m, there is not much downside at this point. If you think about it, the only thing that will make this stock tank to triple 0's would be a large flaw in the company that nobody has seen yet.
I see minimal downside and unlimited upside. Although it may be a speculative play, its one of the best in pink land. We will soon see who is right. The ones that have the negative view may wish they had a position or the ones that have a position may wish they never did.
Moxy is showing his true age with these recent posts. All his talk about how mdgc is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but now it seems his bi-polar has kicked in and all his enthusiasm has dried up and hes giving Val 15 days before he bails. I think you have just discredited yourself moxy.
Nothing has changed except peoples emotions. We will have to be patient a little longer and wait for everything to unfold.
I am not so sure about the interoptibility capabilities that MediaG3 can provide. It seems that last paragraph just states an optimism that all vendors will hopefully provide LTE in formats that will allow a single device to work on different vendors networks. I dont think this has anything to do with MediaG3 and their technology.
I did run into an interesting paragraph though on Verizons website.
Verizon Wireless provides a unique opportunity for selected participants to leverage the company’s technical and spectrum resources. We are seeking companies that can assist in bringing the benefits of 4G LTE service to rural areas that currently lack Verizon Wireless coverage. Verizon Wireless may work with rural companies that have towers and backhaul capabilities, even if those companies are not currently wireless operators. Together, we will plan and coordinate a local LTE deployment schedule that makes sense for both Verizon Wireless and the rural company that we are collaborating with.

Its almost as if a weight has been lifted and its floating to the surface on its own. 6 days straight of rallying on low volume and no news, wow! Cant wait to see what tomorrow brings. I hope the seller(s) are done and we can move on.
I agree, too many people think the company should operate on their schedule. People need more patience. Everyone should keep in mind that even large successful companies push deadlines and make estimates that don't fall in line with what actually happens. This doesn't mean the goals they set out wont be ever reached. Everyone should remember, MediaG3 has very large ambitions. The important part is that they are working towards those goals and making progress.
I just read through the last 75 posts. I realized many of you that take a negative approach to MediaG3 have little understanding of the fundamentals of what is going on with this company or for any kind of a small developing company. This post is mainly directed to yourselves.
The first mistake is to assume too much about what the employees of MediaG3 are actually doing everyday in their office building. You guys think they have all day to sit around to work on their next PR and website to make it pretty. This is simply not the case.
You also assume the work they have proposed should be done based on your own schedule and when it is most convenient for you. Working at a software company myself everyday I know fast things change and how deadlines get moved. Promises and deadlines are moving targets in the technology world and are not to be taken literally.
Regarding the AXS report results.... Well, IMO they have already told us the results in the June newsletter. They have clearly shifted the company in a new direction. They have many mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures lined up; many of which we have yet to hear about. The company is clearly taking action.
Regarding lack of PR's or communication. After they released the last round of PR's last month (which contained a lot of great news IMO), the stock tanked. There isn't exactly any company pressure to release anything. If anything, I see them holding off anything until they have something significant and solid to report.
The way I see it, MediaG3 simply in a too busy of a time right now to be concerned with the day to day stock price, website or what to write in their next pr. If they told us every detail they are working on, you guys would be even more pissed because then you guys would have 10,000 things you can list the company has failed to deliver on.
IMO, they have told us everything we need to know (THEY HAVE TO COMPLETE FINANCIALS, THEY WANT TO BECOME A FULLY REPORTED COMPANY AND THEY ARE WORKING ON MANY DEALS). I believe they are actually working towards those goals. There is not much else you can ask for. I will keep loading up and wait for the solid news to come out. 4.4m shares now.
I am nit picking here, but just to clarify vanilla ADO is not a language. Its simply a generic software interface to a database. Its legacy in todays standards and many languages can interface through it. If you refer to ADO .NET is a redesigned ADO that is designed to work around the .NET framework.
I am a software engineer so I have an idea about these things as i work with software and databases everyday. A lot of the work related to wireless tech is developing the software itself its not just network engineering and towers. If your talking about the phones themselves, that's a lot of software development and its in its own category. Hiring more software developers usually means theres plenty of work that needs to be done and its thats never a bad thing.
I don't think you can go too wrong with buying when the stock is already 80% down for no apparent reason. If you think the fundamentals have not changed then why hesitate? Take each dip as an opportunity rather then a disappointment.
JW, first I want to say your doing a job beyond the call of duty here on this board. Anybody that has a problem with JW needs to keep quiet as their posts do NOTHING to contribute. JW has posted information that contribute to MDGC as most everyone are simply blowing hot air around with their opinions.
All the posts I have gone through about the argument of not posting "solid" information are simply WRONG. The information JW has posted is NOT incorrect and it only begs more questions to be asked which may lead to the ANSWER somewhere later. If you don't like the information then don't blast your negativity on it as JW has put alot of work in to get it for us here.
ANY information regarding MDGC that could lead to TRUTH should be posted. I don't get it, you guys complain about not getting PR's from the company and then blast anyone that may be getting us some potential NEW information.
This is the way I see it; MediaG3 has some secrets they cannot tell anyone yet until the ink is dry. There is a big mess of mergers and joint ventures going on right now. Some of them they can blurb about (in one recent PR) and some of them they cannot until the ink is dry. They must complete the process of auditing in order for the companies they are doing joint ventures/mergers with to know what they are dealing with. They must also look at the companies audits to know what MediaG3 is dealing with. Then they must complete a business plan with all these new mergers and joint ventures. Only then they will release PR's about this. I know there will be some MAJOR MAJOR things coming.
There seems to be so much going on with the company. They may be simply in THE MOST CRUCIAL AND BUSIEST TIME right now. It seems to me they are releasing whatever information THEY CAN, but for the most part THEY SEEM TO BE TOO BUSY BUILDING THE COMPANY. Deals and things are simply too early in their stages for them to be releasing solid information about.
Some are starting to question MediaG3 because of inadequate information. Thats normal I guess if you need to be reassured every week about your investment. The big news WILL start to come out in the next month(s). Everyone will just have to keep patient and take this opportunity to keep loading up.
Regarding the image with various broadband providers with the text "Imperial Wireless" above it...
The "Imperial Wireless" text above the image is SEPARATE from the image which containing the logo of all the various wireless broadband providers. If you notice, that image is plastered all over the website. If you go to the main page http://www.wimaxforce.biz/ you can see the same image.
So, IMO this does not indicate any relationship with these companies.
I think you guys may be going about this all wrong. Is it possible the company is simply too busy to be sitting all day watching the stock price? Its not like they have a PR department to respond whenever the shit hits the fan.
Even if Val read all the email asking for answers, I know I wouldn't exactly have fun trying to respond to demanding letters such as the ones posted here. Don't expect any of these emails answered.
I emailed Val myself. I didn't demand anything; instead I pointed out my optimism for the company and asked him if he could shed any light on the current restructuring and business plan. I will let you guys know if I get a response.
I am sorry you lost your confidence. I wish the company would at least put out a PR that would reassure investors.
The truth is (the way I see it), this stock is as good as penny stocks get. The company has a unique foothold that nobody else has which has yet to unfold. Many of you bought this stock 6 months ago and are now tired of waiting. I just fear you have quit too soon.
As I see it, the MediaG3 technology has a proven track record. They will penetrate the rural broadband market and benefit government subsidies (no dilution!) to accomplish this. This will take some time, but in the long run they will become a cash cow as they may end up reselling their tech. There is also the possibility of a buy out.
I am definitely a believer. I bought some more today at .0020. My position is 1.65m @ an average of 0.0041 per share. The PPS doesn't seem to phase me on this one, I have been averaging down since January.
Good luck, hold em
Are you kidding me?
1.)You claim everyone's DD that has substance is bullcrap
2.)Then you claim you know Val is evil and the share price will go to the triple zeros without any basis or real facts.
3.)Your run on sentences are not helping you convince anyone of your claims.
Want to hear my prediction?
This is one of the best penny stocks and many will agree with that. The stock price has received unusually activity of weak hands selling or manipulation, but it will start recovering next week. RSI is below 30, ASX and MASD lines are pinching and we hit a double bottom. These signals a reversal. The company assets alone make the share price worth at a minimal of $0.011 assuming all authorized shares are issued.
Based on all the great things we are hearing about the company I can see this one in the 5 cent range real fast.
What you read above is called having a basis for prediction, something you clearly lack.
Some may say the store idea is ridiculous...
If you think about it this is a good method of advertising and its an additional revenue stream.
I don't think the company is now into the clothing business. It's just a way of promoting what the business is about. I actually think the hacker store is a great idea.
I just don't know why Greg even released a pr. He's sopose to be quiet and buy all the .0002 for the next 3 months.
The buy back looks to be very real, but destructive
Why?
What it looks like to me is Greg has been using some very destructive methods to scare everyone into selling the shares cheap to him.
It seems to me that Greg has sold quite alot of shares @ .0001 by purpose to cut the price to the current .0002 price.
Now I believe Greg will be buying up the .0002's slowly over the next 3 months.
So, maybe he sold a few 100m shares @ .0001, but in the long run buying back a billion or more shares may prove to be very cost effective.
Those that were able to get some @ .0001 I think are in the best position. The price will surely climb back up, especially if Greg was able to buy back a 1 or 2 billion shares.
Does anyone else share this point of view?
