noo tooo risky for me!! it looks like the COMMONS will not get any thing but that is not made official yet by the court.
i was playing this only with my freebies after i took my investment out at .40
i dumpedit today at 145 azs i saw 15 was getting hit stll no movemnet did not like it , I bet some on umloaded this crap at 15 and they knew it ..
And by the who the helis buying this at 74 and 71 ..
we can always get back in if at all this is positive news at the end but too a suicide to get in now . DONT buy!!!
yeh look at it over 2 mil in buys at 15 and 155 and still NITE has not moved out . So i bet it is some one or two guys put a huge load of sell order. with over 2 mil in buy volume this should hae ben in 25 range now.
I think some on has a crap load to sell ,and being the NITE In charge of this , its mostly some few retail guys/ gals selling thier crap load ..
good I still hold on to it .. Should see this go up and Q come out soon.
kick that B$%^rd from my side to and that too where it hurts !! hope he cannot that that thing up again..
man!!! this seems to be the longest wait i have been in for years for any thing to get details !!
Come on SALINAS where is the news ?. we need news !!
lol
in a way i got out at .15 and back in at 14 for more shares .I will also ride it out ..
btw Nice buy blocks comming in now..
probably i will wait for 12 range and load for next swing .. thats wat i will play now untill we get proper news and will watch is carefully.
Man this link u provided , doe snot work now .. some thing is changed ?. did I bail out too soon ?
http://www.timesdispatch.com/rtd/business/local/article/CIRCGAT15_20090115-122410/179100/
i also bailed out at 15
yeh does not look good
need more details here , if they are extending it ? wat about salinas , and other bidders , will it liquidate ?. man need more detial doe snot look good at all.
thinking to dump now ..
NITE does not want to move his ass , stacked up a lot on 16 to sell . Who ever it was if they had moved thier order to 165 17 18 they could have got this running still on. Well with these wild swings there are day traders who load up heavly and flip it for 6 to 8 % profit ..
Soon we will get the +ve news and up we go..
still waiting for that big pop which should come today or 2morrow.
15 also also looked like its heavy on ask , but all off a suden it fell .. this is just holding around this 16 range now for next buy volume to come .. it sure will fall easily once the +ve outlook is made public.
FIll , the L2 5 min back all of sudden started to look good , 16 already coming ..
All of a sudden L2 is looking to look good , and some big blocks bought ..
I do't think there is scare much all the pointers look good , The point of this aution delaings are getting extended itself is good pointer meaning deals are being worked out. if the 2 major bidders had walked away we woul dhave know y'day itslef and liquidation process would have begun .
Also if u see huge consolidation was y'day at .2 range and no dumping at all today ..
So i am buying more ..
hmm Systemax in picture now ? Intresting..
wel NITE and NITE on B/A sitting on bid and sucking up any one who wants to dump at 195.
LOL , and u bought it ..

Circuit City Auction Rescheduled for Today
Hoping to save part of the chain from being liquidated in going-out-of-business sales, Circuit City Stores Inc. pushed back the auction schedule by one day.
Saying it had “received expressions of interest” about continuing some of the business as a going concern, the second- largest U.S. electronics retailer, with 721 stores when it filed under Chapter 11 in November, pushed back the initial bid deadline to yesterday afternoon and rescheduled the auction for this afternoon.
Circuit City first will auction the right to decide which liquidator makes the best offer and later today will accept offers for a going-concern sale. The company will decide which is best for creditors and present the results for approval to the bankruptcy judge at a hearing now set for Jan. 16. A going- concern buyer must provide additional financing.
Circuit City began closing 154 stores before the Nov. 10 Chapter 11 filing. The auction today is for the right to buy or liquidate the remaining stores. No buyers could be found for the leases in the stores already closed.
The petition filed in Circuit City’s hometown of Richmond, Virginia, listed assets of $3.4 billion and debt totaling $2.3 billion as of Aug. 31. Court papers show $898 million owing to the secured revolving-credit lenders. Unsecured trade suppliers are owed another $650 million, the company said in a court filing.
The case is In re Circuit City Stores Inc., 08-35653, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia (Richmond).
