KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:KMAG) is pleased to announce that it has executed a supply agreement with a major Cosmetics company. The name of our new client will be revealed shortly pending approval of their marketing plan of our product. According to the terms of the agreement, 20 million units will be required which should produce over $2 Million dollars of revenue annually, representing an over 25% increase in gross revenue for the company.

The Patented Dual Tag will be applied to the packaging component resulting in both leading security technologies to be applied in a single pass during the packaging process of production.

KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:KMAG) KMA Global Solutions International Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of its spin-offs of its 3 subsidiaries. All Stockholders of record as of February 21, 2011 will receive equal shares of the KMA Global Solutions International Inc. (KMAG) holdings and shares of the subsidiaries KMA Global Solutions HK Ltd., KMA Global Solutions USA Inc. and KMA Global Solutions Inc. (Canada).
