SO you want to dump those shares. Be careful how you do it. There may be an environmental impact statement you have to complete before you do it. Pls check with your local authorities and EPA before you do this. Of course there may be pollution of streams/rivers to factor in. Be CAREFUL before you do it thatS all I can say.
Good Luck - AND DON'T POLUTE
And also GE and/or Honeywell may just decide to buy them out. What's a few million to multi-billion dollar co's???

(finally the sun is out!)
Well at least we closed in the green. Any news of revenue will really move this upward. It shouldn't be long.
Have a nice weekend everybody!

Hey Silversmith - my wife and I are going to Alaska this fall.
Charlie
PLEASE DON'T! We need your opinions/comments.

I wholeheartedly agree. Honeywell and GE are the most suspect. However, it will probably be a co or co's we have not heard of so far.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
Or the next time we will see one logo with the Honeywell name and SGLB listed as a subsidiary. GE better start running up to the plate!
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
Is SGLB giving a presentation at the Boston conference in Aug?
Charlie

Boy - there is sure close association between the two co's. A merger with Honeywell in the near future? And along comes GE wanting SGLB too! A bidding war!
Let's see what this wk brings.

Currently it pays .89 per share per yr = about 3.2 per cent div. Roughly .22 per sh per qtr. I also own GE stock. Believe GE is a very good long tern investment. The co has been selling of non-tech areas. They are concentrating on technology areas and spending billions doing it.
I found out about SGLB thru the IHUB GE board. Somebody mentioned that SGLB was a small co working with GE on 3d printing. I looked further into the technology and thought SGLB would be a good investment, especially since GE had already selected them to work together. GE would not select a co unless they had a good reputation.
Best of luck

I own both since I believe these two co's have a great future. One, SGLB, will be bought out or merge shortly.

They may do what they want - but be very foolish not to work with the Gov't in approving any standards. If they went on their own, and lets say their was an airplane nonperformance. Do you think GE would go out on the limb? Absolutely not. GE has worked very closely with the Gov't in the past. Any standards they come up with will have to have Gov't approval. I also have stock in GE.

Ps. everybody have a nice weekend!
No matter what, GE has to work with FAA. Otherwise, they may as well go into another business.

There was an article in the WSJ a couple of days ago how small cos are using the cloud to send their files to large cos to do their 3d printing. One co mentioned was Materialize(sp) handling these requirements thru the cloud. According to this article many hundreds of small cos are using this approach.

Only if they get listed! Also, for that price they would need a lot of revenue and employees.
Otherwise, as I mentioned before, we are only trading amongst ourselves and it won't go up much. Get it listed - and we will have a totally different market.
Charlie

That would be a great idea! This co needs more exposure. Surly this will help!

What a fantastic summary of the co's activities!!!!!
Have a nice holiday everybody!

Any news of our co's and Honeywell's segment of this conference? Perhaps a nice co PR might be in order? It should be done - but, will it?
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
You would think they would be a large corp. with that address. I was in that bldge a few months ago on business with another firm. These are expensive offices.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
They definitely need somebody to put news items promptly. Like their CEO getting that famous award yesterday. Most co's would have a PR on this the next morning. None here - if any comes out I would be surprised. Now, the only revelation is one on this bd finding it.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
To do this the co needs far more visibility. Now, the stock is churning up and down between the people on this bd. They need to start uplisting. How about the American Exchange? Its requirements are less than the NYSE and this would at least put the co. in the spotlight of investment firms.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
The co should immediately come out with a PR about their award with GE. This will bring greater shareholder interest.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
How can we find out?
Does anyone have the presentation schedule?
We also have our conference with Honeywell this week. Maybe something will come out of that either from our co or Honeywell - or both.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
I presume this is a brand new position for the co. I wonder when they will be adding more engineers.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
Does anyone have any ideas if/when this co. will merge or be taken over?
Have a nice weekend!
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
Not only that, If they issue shares to employees there will be a great incentive for the employees to help make the co succeed.

I too think the cc was very informative and positive. Believe 2nd qtr results will be most important since it will bring much more information as to revenues coming forward and new partnerships.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
Revs went up 100% vs same qtr last yr!
How about that Honeywell contract - $500K?
GE has. But, believe the one for Honeywell has not. This is a new contract for about $500k
It should. We know now that they have two contracts - one with GE and the other with Honeywell - both about $500k each.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
We are getting closer to our conference call. We know now of two contracts of approximately $500,000 each that have been awarded to the co. I wonder if any others will be mentioned?
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
2 contracts. Both for approx $500,00 each. GE and Honneywell
Charlie
From this new announcement from the co, it looks like they received a $500,000 contract from GE and the same amount from Honeywell.
Charlie
Williamsburg, Va.
Where is everybody?
It will either merge or be taken over a long time before 2020. Probably this yr. Large co's are moving quickly in a very competitive market. One way to speed it up is to take over any little co like ours that has vast expertise and patents. The cost of the takeover would be peanuts for the big guys.
Have a great Sunday-

Still quite limited to small investment/chat groups. Let's get it listed - and then it will really happen. How about the American Exchange? This listing may be easier than the NYC.
Charlie
(a lovely day in Williamsburg, Va.)
I agree that revenue announcements will help with volume and upward trend. However, until they get listed, the volume is mostly between us on this bd. This is a very little known co in the investment world. The only way I found SGLB was thru somebody's comments on the GE bd.
