I just looked at swvc's chart and read a few of their PR's. I agree, no reason we won't see the same action. WRNW is terribly undervalued. I beleive we will soon see 50 to 100m traded daily in the near future.
GLTA
Well I projected the shares transacted fairly well.
Interesting.
GO WRNW
Sorry guys just a little board here!
wtc
I would not be surprised to see 15 million plus traded today and a close of .0013 or better.
This company appears to have so much potential. Can anyone tell my why in a quick re-cap we have had no news in ~ 5 months?
Thanks,
wtc
deben, I understand your frustration. As far as closings they will happen and very soon IMO. As I said last Week, Rees Left me a voice mail on weds or thurs stating " We expect the closings in the next couple of weeks and from there we should be in good shape.
I also did a little dd and was able to co-oborate his statement with people outside of the company and they stated the same thing.
Now is the perfect time for all longs to average down.
As I have said over and over once the mergers are complete we have a company that now has a FMV of .05 cents and that is if all the shares have been converted to OS, which to my understanding they have not.
GLTA on your accumulation.
wtc
Great post. I am sure many will find fault with it.
GLTY and All Longs.
wtc\
Holding a healthy 8 figure position here without worries in the long run. Granted I would feel better @ .005 but hey.
WE will get news and then some IMO. I don't expect any this week but who knows. Team & Cementers will close in the next few weeks and then we will be off towards the FMV of 3 to 5 cents even if all 2 billion shares were OS shares which I don't think they are.
I beleive from what has been PR'd that there are other prospective mergers in the works. As was recently posted there are numerous small companies looking to merge to form one large company and the O&G sector is a great sector to be in for many years to come.
We shall see.
wtc
Last week for the cheapies.
This week should be very interseting.
wtc
JR Do you know how long Rees has been legal council for Yotty? Or are you making an assumption becuase you saw Ree's name as council on a Yotty Site.
Again I ask How long has Rees Known Yotty?
Good Post. The problem is 8 gitits can currently be had for ~ 10k. LOL.. well rea;;y that hurts!!
We will close IMO.
wtc
OT:) Man there you go spilling the beans..LOL
Worth another read: In fact READ IT 2 or 3 times!

Well Renewal CEO Confirms New Business Strategy
TULSA, Okla., July 17, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Well Renewal, Inc. (Pink Sheets:WRNW), an emergent, rapidly growing diversified oil and gas regional operator, specializing in oil and gas exploration, enhanced recovery methods of abandoned and low-production oil properties and oil field services, is pleased to announce that its new strategy of acquiring successful companies in the oil and gas services arena and disposing of certain leases is progressing according to the Company's turn around strategic plan.
The Company released an open letter to shareholders from CEO David Rees on May 18, 2007. This letter stated the Company's objectives of identifying quality companies in the oil and gas services arena to acquire. Since that time the previously announced acquisitions have progressed nicely. In addition, the Company is pursuing strategic alternatives involving joint ventures with other public and private companies. All M&A targets remain viable and are scheduled to close on or before the end of August. (by wtc... we are told the closings are a couple a weeks away as per Mr Rees' communication with me on Tuesday of this week)
"I continue to be very impressed with the quality of business and strategic alternatives that are continually presented to us. I am more convinced than ever that we are poised to achieve our growth objectives through mergers and acquisitions. The only limitation appears to be our ability to execute quickly enough to seize as many quality opportunities as possible," said Rees. Mr. Rees continued, "The letters of Definitive Purchase are in hand and all funding has been identified. Further, WRNW audits are progressing and the company remains committed to move to a superior trading exchange as soon as possible."
I am looking forward to Lowmans 10/31/08 prediction of $35.00.
Been in it for about 1 year and have a nice profit but am holding for the long term.
wtc
GM all. Let's make it a green day for the long weekend.
wtc
Nice to see another shareholder in the 8 digit range. GLTY
Live and learn. I never planned on owning as much as I do but looking at my other pink plays I felt that this has the best upside from where we have been over the last month and I have been averaging down along the way. Won't take much for me to see green.
Yeah...I bet the farm on this one... But If I lose and I don't think I will ...I won't lose the farm so to speak. GLTY
That must have been my problem never bought those small amounts...LOL
Things may, just may be tightening up. Of course I have been wrong before.
wtc
Most of mine were @ .002...
wtc
Is it an AON order. If so change it to a simple limit and you may get filled.
When I did AON's in the past they would never fill.
GLTY
your a funny guy...
It will be a while! Once we get through to .01 I will consider letting go of small chunks.
GLTY
wtc
RSI 14 below 30. We are way oversold here folks. IMO we are getting ready to bust wide open.
Added a bit more today myself. With the confirmations I have received there is no doubt about the near future.
I agree with Ammercican..Would like to see us back to the 2's or 3's before the PR.
Yellowdawg as far as your estimations you are right on target.
Now let's get a little action here today. Good early vol on ~ 5 trades.
wtc
Ragtime...Felt the same way about that post. What is the relevance??? IMO none other than able to dig up info.
wtc
Whaaattt....LOL
David Rees returned my call yesterday. Here is what he said via voice mail, no more no less..."We should have the closings rapped up in the next couple weeks and from there we should be in good shape".
So IMO you either get in at these ridiculously low prices or pay 4 to 5 times what it is now when the news is released that the mergers have been completed and the (MM's start covering IMO.

The Passive Induced Polarization (PIP) Geophysical Method
Passive induced polarization (PIP), a new geophysical concept, unique and proprietary to GeoSurveys, Inc., is a variation of the late Dr. S. J. Pirson's self potential/magnetoelectric method; a method which he applied successfully to petroleum exploration. The petroleum exploration application of Pirson's method is based on the observation that petroleum fields and their overlying sediments have excess negative electric charge, a reducing environment, that are surrounded by sediments having excess positive charge, an oxidizing environment. These differences result from the fact that reservoir rocks within petroleum fields have been subjected to environmental modifications, the introduction of hydrocarbons, whereas the surrounding sediments are free of such modifications. It has been demonstrated by extensive experimentation that the injection of hydrocarbons in a shale, sandstone or limestone create reduced conditions, an excess of electrons. The presence of a petroleum field therefore induces a reduction-oxidation (redox) cell between the two environments, one the petroleum field and overlying sediments; and two, the surrounding sediments. Such effects induce natural electric currents, called electro-telluric, which flow from the oxidized region to the reduced region. Research has proven that vertical microseepage of formation waters and hydrocarbons from petroleum fields is a continuous, ongoing process. This process functions as an electrical charging mechanism to continuously replenish the redox cell. As a consequence, the redox cell will persist as long as the petroleum field is productive. The electrical effects of this process are the introduction of geophysically measurable, negative-polarity self potential highs on the surface of the earth corresponding with the areal extent of petroleum fields.
Petroleum induced surface electrical effects have, in the past, been measured by any one of three different ways. These include the measurement of the potential drop using standard self potential geophysical systems along profiles by inserting coupled sets of non-polarizable electrodes into the surface soil; the measurement of electric potentials in sediments by an electric probe extending below the surface weathered zone; or a third procedure, patented by S. J. and J. E. Pirson, requiring the measurement of the magnetoelectric coupling that exists between the subsurface electro-telluric currents and the resultant perturbations in the earth's magnetic field using surface magnetometers.
Unfortunately, all of the above procedures are subject to noise problems induced by various physical effects. This has been a recurring problem resulting in poor signal-to-noise ratios limiting the usefulness of the self potential geophysical method for most types of mineral exploration. Self potential anomalies due to fluid streaming, bioelectric activity in vegetation, varying electrolytic potentials in groundwater, unsought mineralization, and other unexplained or unknown phenomena, have compromised the value of this method. All of these factors can create interfering noise which lower signal-to-noise ratios.
Recently, GeoSurveys, Inc. devised a new way to conduct self potential measurements using proprietary instrumentation based on its new concept, passive induced polarization (PIP). These new measurements, as a natural result, also required many different data reduction and interpretation procedures. Some of these new procedures include regional and temporal PIP studies relative to all survey areas. Regional studies can be used to identify and eliminate regional polarization vector gradients caused by changes in diffusion and electrolytic concentrations of groundwaters, and variations in topography. Temporal studies are conducted at a fixed base station near each survey area in order to eliminate temporal polarization vector variations caused by ionospheric diurnals, micropulsations, disturbances and storms; other unrelated upper atmospheric changes; various lower atmospheric weather phenomena; unstable telluric currents; and varying soil moisture content. Most aspects of these new procedures cannot be discussed in detail because of proprietary considerations. However, of importance, a favorable consequence of all of these new procedures has been identification and elimination of most self potential noise problems. The final results of the introduction of the PIP method are much improved signal-to-noise ratios, greatly enhancing the utility of the self potential method; notable as one of the oldest and least understood geophysical techniques.
The applicability of the PIP method to petroleum exploration has been repeatedly demonstrated by field tests conducted by GeoSurveys, Inc. These tests demonstrated a clear correlation between producing petroleum fields and easily measurable negative-polarity polarization vector highs. In addition, dry holes drilled through all potential producing formations correlated well with background, non-anomalous polarization vector values. Further results indicated that the most significant hydrocarbon producers were located within the highest, anomalous PIP intensities; and that the least significant hydrocarbon producers were located within the lowest, anomalous PIP intensities. The data set supporting these correlations is extensive. Hundreds of producing petroleum fields have been surveyed in a number of states including Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. In addition, thousands of dry holes were tested. The results of these tests established the validity and significance of the PIP method.
The measurement of a significant PIP anomaly can be viewed as direct detection of the redox cell known to be associated with petroleum fields. The absence of such an anomaly in any given area strongly implies the absence of commercial hydrocarbons. Conversely, the presence of a significant PIP anomaly in any given area, having the right characteristics, strongly suggest the presence of a commercial petroleum occurrence. By utilizing the PIP method, it is possible to rapidly screen prospects, allowing selection of ones that have the highest probability of generating commercial hydrocarbon production while discarding ones with little or no chance to produce.
In 1992, GeoSurveys, Inc. discovered the Needle Creek (Strawn) oil and gas field. This discovery was followed in 1994 by the discovery of the Needle Creek (Canyon) oil and gas field. Both of these oil and gas fields were discovered by Passive Induced Polarization (PIP) geophysical measurements. Of importance, follow-up development drilling in the Needle Creek fields coupled with PIP geophysical measurements provided an excellent opportunity to refine and improve the PIP geophysical exploration method.
PIP can be viewed in simple terms as an oil and gas proximity detector. Polarization of PIP sensors are induced by close proximity to hydrocarbons. The magnitude of sensor polarization is directly proportional to the strength of the polarizing field induced by the presence of significant hydrocarbons. Maximum sensor polarizations are generated by the largest volumes of hydrocarbons at the closest possible range. However, in the early years of PIP measurements and during the development of the Needle Creek fields, sensor strength was a serious limitation which severely limited resolution. Off scale PIP readings over hydrocarbon deposits were common which prevented numerical values, and definition, over and around most petroleum fields. Early on, it was possible to tell when we over petroleum occurrences, but it was not possible to resolve features within petroleum fields that were desirable to avoid during any wildcat exploration and/or development drilling program. This was certainly true in the development of the Needle Creek fields where the reservoirs were located in complex Pennsylvanian sand channel sequences which could exhibit extreme variations in reservoir quality in short distances. As we demonstrated in some of our wells at Needle Creek, it was possible to offset excellent wells with exceptional reservoir qualities and to find stinker wells with poor reservoir parameters. Likewise, it was also possible to offset stinker wells and to find exceptional wells. It was obvious that stronger PIP sensors were needed so that better PIP anomaly resolution could be achieved.
Over the years of working with PIP measurements at Needle Creek, stronger and stronger PIP sensors have been developed. Each new generation of PIP sensors have performed better than the last. As a result, it is now possible to make on scale PIP measurements over most areas at Needle Creek. This result can also be extended to most petroleum fields which are generally deeper and induce weaker polarizing fields. The evolution of the Passive Induced Polarization (PIP) geophysical method continues to the present day; and, no doubt, will continue into the future. We are continuing to develop new and better instrumentation, new and better data collection procedures, and have achieved a much better understanding of our new, proprietary PIP petroleum exploration method. We also feel that we are ready to venture out into elephant country and to find some of the big hydrocarbon deposits that have been missed. Several interesting targets have been identified and leasing activities over some of them is currently in progress. The final judgement of the success of Geo's research efforts over the past twenty years will be rendered by the drill bit. All of us involved with GeoSurveys are certainly excited and optimistic.

All of the opinions expressed here, inclusive of all my past, present or future post, are mine, and mine alone; and in absolutely no way should anyone construe that the opinions, I have expressed here, have been endorsed by anyone, especially EDEX.
Look up all of Geotemps posts. He covers in on some in great detail.
Look up his posts and search for PIP
For those 350 plus individuals that are looking to jump in on this board..all I can say is if you do your DD beyond what you read here on this board you will know why I own what I own here.
If not you can jump in and ride the coat tails!
We have a gem that will prevail and provide the goods.
GLTA
Thanks. Bottom line for those who don't go look it up..WRNW has a judgement for 65k against them that is due and payable thru A receiver plus interest of 6% until paid.
From what I read it appears Mr. Frey will be paid off from any proceeds generated from the 80 leased wells, so when those leases are sold (USSU) Mr. Frey will get his 65k.
The 1.3m in this suit was not ordered.
Bottom line...No Beig deal IMO
WTC
Wow a $6.00 trade just posted!
There is no simplifyng the decline. It sucks. Projected timelines have been missed and that is why we are down IMO.
If everything had already come to pass wouldn't you agree we should be in the .03 plus range by now?
All I am saying is nothing has changed and nothing PR'd has indicated a change since the shareholders letter in May.
JR-GLTY
Thanks. Looking forward to reading your summary.

Here is a partial repost from another board I found insightful
"News Releases as a Hindrance
I see that many people posting here would like more news releases from the company. I know that it is comforting to get updated on the progress of the company, but we are dealing with a business that needs to operate with discretion. Judging from the annual reports, I surmise that XXXXXXXX is self financing.
We don't need the time and energy of the company to be diverted by phone calls and emails demanding to be updated just because the stock has had a bad month in price performance. I feel that feeding a news cycle just increases the volatility of the stock. It does not create permanent stable value"
wtc
Lack of information by the company is what is making them sick...That is why they are called weak hands. Doesn't matter what pink I am in, the information provided never satisfies everyones nervousness.
It seems some want to be hand held and have every issue addressed that some speculative basher posts. (not directed at you)
I have appreciated your concern but in reality we all make decisions based on our comfort level of information.
As far as my theory...I have none. That is your interpreation of what I posted. I just said week hands were selling and we were buying. Granted the COMPANY DISCLOSED dilution did have an effect on the supply and demand.
GLTY
Thanks for the update. Looking forward to your post.
I just re-read the Fri, May 18, 2007, Well Renewal Issues Open Letter to Shareholders again.
Everything said there is exactly what is still in the works. There have been delays, yet nothing has been communicated by Yotty or Rees that would indicate the plans layed out are no longer in the works. To the contrary, They have reconfirmed several times that the plans layed out are moving ahead. PERIOD.
The rest of the stuff posted on this board to the negative side is pure speculation. Plain and simple and many people thought the might get a 10 bagger in short order didn't get it so they bailed thus IMO bringing the SP down. Then those of us wanting to scoop up shares kept buying the weak shares being offered. I bet this board owns 200 to 300m shares easily.
I don't know for sure but I believe we are heading back up here now, I hope.
We have the potential here folks to be a player in the O&G industry and I believe Rees has the experience, talent, know-how, resources and contacts to make it happen.
Once again nothing PR'd indicates things are not in order to prosper.

Good question, why don't find out and let us know.
