Many people here who talk to Clayton will agree with me that he is very excited about DKGR and does tout it a lot... TRGD is up about 1000% and I barely heard a peep out of him about TRGD... Hopefully he isn't touting this just to make up for something that is lacking, but rather for something that's real and big.

Escrow Agreements MAY have been completed today and then officers have to be announced and then we are on our way per Clayton today... When all this will happen..who knows? But I can't wait for it to happen.

Do you think i really care if they have gold or not? I'm a trader, i trade to make money. TRGD ran up 1000% since january. That's good enough for me, i dont care if they have gold or not; as long as the PPS goes up I'm happy because that means profit for me.

As far DKGR goes, I DO care if they have gold or not because that appears to be the only thing holding this stock back...and based on the IR (Novak) it appears that the probability of their having gold is very high.

I haven't done DD on TRGD so I dont know if your claims of them having no gold are true or not...but nonetheless, look at PPS a few months ago compared to now...

Well lets hope for news soon! Gold keeps rising! Many people watching for gold stocks to hop into, just watching and waiting. PR this and this will fly.

UGH, BMI did you expect GZFX to become profitable over night? We all know GZFX is still in a growth periods BMI. Can't you give them a break? They've had no promotion over the past months, CC will be their first MAJOR promotion. Give it time. This is why it is still at a penny and still in OTC. The mere expansion of this will make the stock go up, gaining attention from subs AND INVESTORS as they expand through CC, showing to be a potential competitor to NFLX within time! Imgaine that! Startin in May i expect to see some new money come into this.

If this stock was a big board stock, i would defenitely be concerned with your questions stated in the post im replying to. But look, it's an OTC stock, it's still in its beginning stages. Stop trying get the PPS lower, because that's honestly what you're trying to do without showing signs of a flatout basher. This will move up, question is when. This company will more than likely work.

Oh and BTW, diluting after the 10Q? With what shares? Oh the ones from the SB-2...right? Well SB-2 shares usually take a few months to hit the market...This is OTC, not pinks, must be filed...

check out the timing on TRGD's PR's, a company that novak lists...hopefully we can have something like this! from 4 to 40 cents for TRGD, lets hope for 1 to 10 cents here? :)

i think Novak is planning it such that there will be a string of PR's that will maintain a strong uptrend, putting out a PR as needed but being sure he has them at the same time, possible reason for a delay? I'm being optimistic here but...time will tell.

3:16 on April 24, just got e-mail from James Hergott (quick response actually), I sent an e-mail basically ranting about how they need to ease up on dumping shares into every run they can find... here is the response:

I personally believe there is a lot of panic selling right now, but who knows.

What I wanted you to read in the shareholder letter is the time line I

back, in fact, there are no more shares in the marketplace since my
shareholder letter. So selling must be people thinking the stock is
going down the tubes, or whatever else.

And like I said, I am not experienced in selling of stock, but Ken has
many years of experience as he is attorney who specializes in stocks.
He is making the decisions regarding this.

Yup you guessed it, complaining about other people! Due to my recent DD it has become apparent that more and more stock discussion shows, radio shows, and even forums (God forbid) are being transitioned into a matter of maintaining one's pride behind a made up name on the internet by trying to out-bitch the other person that happens to step in his/her path of construction/destruction.

I feel a 60 minutes episode coming on this new trend. I'm very excited! I even think a new company "complain inc." (Ticker: CMPLN) will be coming out with an IPO soon, I suggest we all buy in on it because it will take off with this new trend in whining and fighting!

It is a shame what happened with this stock and people who put a lot of money into this company (such as me), eventhough i still have a profit (profit is profit and i should be happy, BUT i'm not).

Eventhough i bought down at .0076 before the big run i held it all past the first run-up on that amazing monday (well the first hour was amazing, the rest was like "What?") I watched go down some more then make its way back up to .016 but when it started to fall some more i sold half my position at .015 (around 100% gain) at this time.

Of course 100% gain is defenitely worth a smile but now i'm lookin at a 30% gain with my remaining shares and i'm not very happy with it considering it could have been much, MUCH more.

I was expecting USXP if not more, this news was huge! Basically it comes down to Flemming's lack of ability to create a rising PPS much less sustain one! It is completely on his shoulders on timing of PRs and how he is selling shares into the market.

Respect for shareholders? yea right... He isn't even trying to screw over flippers, in fact he's helping flippers lately without even knowing it probably! He's defenitely not making longer term investors happy since eventhough one may claim "Oh i'm long" a day to day decline in PPS is disappointing to one's moral. He may have created a good company with good relations (CC, AAFES) but fact is that he just doesn't have it like other CEOs do when it comes to keeping PPS happy instead of .

I for one am still going to hold this for anticipation of AAFES (which i hope isn't already built into the PPS). I am not bashing this stock, but if this does break below a penny, there is no doubt in my mind that it could possibly fill it's gap COMPLETELY (at which time I will be evaluating the stock and will almost defenitely add to my position).

Sorry to say this folks, but pull up any chart on GZFX and pull up the CMF and ever since the CC deal was announced, CMF has been tanking and is still tanking...My guess: dilution...obviously

Don't expect too much out of this in the near term (it's been a couple weeks since CC rollout news and it has barely shown an indication that it wants to run).

Thanks Mr. Flemming! You have completely lost the trust of many shareholders, including ones from the beginning of time which are usually the ones that a CEO should value most...I know I know it's been 2 weeks since CC PR, but we are back to levels before the PR was released!

OK i'm out...but this stock will one day make a good run...not anytime soon though, IMO. Unless he does PR's in an intelligent manner.

Now this is a big IF he messes this up. He succeeds, then he shuts up many of the "badmouthers" out there and gains some respect.
