Do Due Diligence with Industrial Nanotech?
This is beyond funny that people are claiming that you can do due diligence on Industrial Nanotech, a company that is withholding financials for more than 18 months, with only a 2+ year old explanation that they do not know how to use the accounting software.
Here is a good place to start about due diligence

Industrial Nanotech Multiple Choice Question
Select One:
a) INTK is priced appropriately at a small fraction of a penny.
b) there are these massive orders with a massive cash flow but the financial results are being withheld for more than 19 months since nobody knows how to use the accounting software since it is "unsatisfactory and unwieldy"
c) the whole thing is a scam

10 2 LIE forms filed by Industrial Nanotech
We know that it is more than 19 months since the last financials. As everyone knows, Industrial Nanotech press releases are always good for a good laugh. The fact is that there are no financials and no explanation is provided. The only explanation I can figure out is that the company registrations have been abandoned and INTK no longer sees a need to file financials.
Worthless Company! Industrial Nanotech merrily goes it's own way with negative net worth, no money in the bank and not even any office furniture to seize. Even when companies that were scammed by Industrial Nanotech prevail in court they have no redress since Industrial Nanotech has no assets to seize, not even a desk or chairs.
Industrial Nanotech can proudly point to the fact that many of the judgments have lapsed without any payment by INTK.
Industrial Nanotech may not not have any coatings that protect against heat loss, but by having no assets they are protected from both lawsuits and legal judgments.
That is, it is both pointless and frustrating to win a lawsuit against a company with no assets. My friend Insulo, who was scammed by Industrial Nanotech for $20,000 is extremely angry, but he is aware that suing Industrial Nanotech would be throwing good money after bad since he would also end up with a worthless judgment.
As traderking60 rightfully pointed out Industrial Nanotech eluded filing their 2018 financial update and also eluded filing for the previous year. The financials are purposely being withheld with absolutely no explanation and also their is no information on the new lawsuits pending against Industrial Nanotech.

Old, outdated, worthless information is of no value to this board.
The last financials are over 19 months old and are old, outdated and worthless. The current financials are being withheld by management with no reasons provided. In addition, Industrial Nanotech has actually abandoned all of their corporate registrations.
No matter how one attempts to spin this, the lack of financials and the abandoning of the corporate registrations are indicative that the company has very severe problems. It is beyond perplexing that anybody can be encouraged by the lack of any valid information.
The "inroads" that Synavax is making are equally bizarre. The company is knowingly marketing products using a fictitious trademark representation that the company does not have.
Nathan for you did have some success with Dumb Starbucks and now Stuart is attempting to mirror that with Dumb Synavax.

Industrial Nanotech does not meet any standard for financial reports
INTK is completely dark and is withholding their financial reports for unexplained reasons. This has earned them the most serious warning possible at the OTC Markets where INTK is traded. My friend at Insulo in South Korea was both trusting and gullible and sent Industrial Nanotech $20,000 for the "exclusive distributorship" and product and was scammed for the entire amount.
Industrial Nanotech and Stuart Burchill know absolutely no shame and I will not stop warning people about this scam.

You are not able to do Due Diligence on Industrial Nanotech
Industrial Nanotech is purposely withholding financial reports in order that nobody is able to do any Due Diligence. In addition, when financials are withheld there is reason to suspect that the company is withholding bad news. Among the many problems are the group of unsatisfied legal judgments the continue to accumulate. If somebody
has a judgement against a company they can literally take the money out of Industrial Nanotech's bank account if there was any money in it.
Another important question is do Stuart Burchill, Laurie Burchill or Francesca Crolley trade Industrial Nanotech stock?

Questions concerning Industrial Nanotech
1. Why are there no financials after 19 months?
2. Why is there no explanation for the lack of financials? There was a press release more than 2 year ago that nobody know how to use the accounting software, but that is more than 2 years ago.
3. What are the pending lawsuits against Industrial Nanotech?
4. What is the relationship between Stuart Burchill and Rudi Dekkers?
Don’t believe the hype. Independently verify claims.Research the opportunity. Always be skeptical.

Phony Facts and Tools of the Trade
Micro-cap scammers rely on the lack of public, reliable information to spread phony facts. Which are their favorite tools of the trade?
Internet Bulletin Boards: Many scam artists hide or change their identities in investor chat rooms or message boards, then use these forums to promote certain micro-cap companies. They often claim to have unique, inside information about a company or its products. Never buy a stock unless you've done your own research and verified the facts.
Questionable Press Releases: Press releases can look real, but are you sure the company's sales, projections and products are valid? Check the facts on your own

Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky.
Pink No Information
Indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide current disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or OTC Markets Group. This category includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices.
This is a warning published by the OTC Markets, where INTK is traded.

No Figures, No excuses, No company?
For more than 19 months Industrial Nanotech has been withholding any financial updates. The only excuse provided was more than two years ago that nobody knows how to use the accounting software. In this time the company has proceeded to market their make-believe products with make-believe trademarks that they do not have such as Synavax and Heat Shield.
If this were a real company with real products using names that may infringe on existing trademarks is beyond foolhardy since the products, if they exist, are probably subject to injuctions, seizure and damage claims.

Explanation Provided for Delay of Financials
The Company had a one year period during which different accounting software was used. Finding it wholly unsatisfactory and unwieldy, the Company changed back to the software which it had used since inception and the data transfer back to the original software was not completely reliable, so all transactions had to be reviewed and manually reentered. This process was very time consuming. Jun 8, 2015

Synavax™ Totally Misleading
Can someone let me know what the TM is doing next to the Synavax name?
Since it does not have the trade mark, is this just another means whereby Industrial Nanotech hoodwinks people into buying their imaginary products or is there a deeper meaning here?
Since Industrial Nanotech does not have the trade mark it would mean that if there was any product it would be probably be subject to injunctions on selling any of the products and damages by companies that own actual trademarks on names that can be confused with Synavax.

YOU MUST IGNORE RUDI DEKKERS!!!
If you do not ignore the deposition of Rudi Dekkers at Stuart Burchill's trial you might connect the dots of Stuart Burchill's past. If you google Stuart Burchill prior to Industrial Nanotech you either get reports from the criminal justice system or from the farthest and wierdest corners of the internet that connect Stuart Burchill with Rudi Dekkers, Huffman Aviation, Wally Hillard, Jerry Falwell and the 9-11 Plotters. The fact that the deposition of Rudi Dekkers was presented at Stuart Burchill's Grand Theft trial indicates that there is some credibiility to the wild postings on the internet.
What is really interesting is that there is nothing that is verifiable that I can find that disputes this history.
Other posters would like you to focus on the present low stock price and imagine that the reason that the company has "gone dark" is that the news is so good that INTK is withholding the financial results.
I admit to clapping when I was asked to for Tinker Bell while watching Peter Pan, but I am at loss why I should ignore all of the actual negative information about INTK and focus and what isn't.

If you choose to be ignorant:
read only the posts with astounding claims for orders for Industrial Nanotech that make absolutely no sense whatsover
Ignore Stuart Burchill's problems with the law. Just because a person has problems with integrity and judgment, that should not be held against him.
Avoid reading and gaining insight from those that post links from years ago (2004-2015) when the stock still had some value. Only read the posts from today where the stock has virtually no value and the claims for the company have become even more outlandish.
You must also ignore the fact that INTK will not post current figures, and you should cherish the last wonderful report of -860% return on assets and $126 in the bank!
You should ignore the current F rating at the Better Business Bureau and you should also ignore the hundreds of press releases by INTK announcing massive imaginary orders.
Most important, you should ignore warnings from the SEC, FBI, Better Business Bureau and all of the people and companies that have been ripped off by Industrial Nanotech

"So, in case folks haven't googled for "nansulate scam" you'll find other boards filled up with "Wow! Gee nansulate is great. I am a consumer who just loooves this that I had to sign on and make 1-3 postings about how great nansulate is! Don't be confused by mere science. Buy the product and try it out! Don't let the lack of facts deter you! Go with your gut!" And this is in forums from a year or more ago, and yet these nano-dinks still can't manage to come up with a UL listing?
The only thing that would top this off would be if you happened to mention how "good" Nansulate's penny stock happened to be doing. After all, you must need newer listings in Google if you're gonna setup the pump-and-dump marks.
That, or you're just encouraging people like this poor guy to buy from scammers. Somehow, I don't think he's going to get his paint."
Industrial Nanotech has been in the marketplace since 2004. As you can see from these 2009 posts they have been very consistent in their approach to marketing their unbelievable products. It is even more comforting to know that as of the last published figures, the company has no tangible assets, $126 in the bank and no physical presence anywhere on the planet. It is comforting to know that with "virtual offices" Stuart can operate the company from his kitchen table or the local McDonalds (the wifi is free).
If you attempt to google Stuart Burchill's past it gets even murkier and beyond strange.
You will find that Stuart Burchill's own autobiography is not verifiable. Rather you get arrest, trial and eviction reports. Even more bizaare, is that Stuart Burchill's name and location consistently pops up in the darkest and wierdest corners of the internet with Rudi Dekkers, Huffman Aviation, Wally Hillard, Jerry Falwell and the 9-11 Plotters.
"Recently we learned that Wally Hilliard’s former accountant, Stuart Burchill, is today the CEO of a company called Industrial Nanotech, a company working closely with Sandia National Laboratories." The claim about Sandia was taken at face value and the writer did not know that Stuart Burchill was the Pinocchio of CEOS.
I know that other posters will attempt to downplay the sordid nature of the company and management and either will say that this is all old news, fake news, or no news. On the other hand, you are welcome to do your own homework and you will find that this is a long and extremely strange story.

Industrial Nanotech in the News!
Thank you for everyone that continues to remind us that the Industrial Nanotech scam is old news and nothing has changed. Nanalyze, along with the Better Business Bureau and fraud awareness sites have not changed their opinion of Industrial Nanotech. The latest news from Nanalyze, when citing Industrial Nanotech INTK, remarks "What better way to justify our continued efforts to warn investors about what not to invest in."

Washington D.C., Oct. 30, 2014 —
The Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) today issued an alert warning investors that some penny stocks being aggressively promoted as great investment opportunities may in fact be stocks of dormant shell companies with little to no business operation
https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2014-243
Fraudsters frequently use this ploy with small, thinly traded companies because it's easier to manipulate a stock when there's little or no information available about the company. To steer clear of potential scams, always investigate before you invest:
Don’t believe the hype. Independently verify claims.Research the opportunity. Beware of high-pressure pitches. Always be skeptical.
One of the most common Internet frauds involves the classic "pump and dump" scheme. Here's how it works: A company's web site may feature a glowing press release about its financial health or some new product or innovation. Newsletters that purport to offer unbiased recommendations may suddenly tout the company as the latest "hot" stock. Messages in chat rooms and bulletin board postings may urge you to buy the stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down. Or you may even hear the company mentioned by a radio or TV analyst.
Unwitting investors then purchase the stock in droves, creating high demand and pumping up the price. But when the fraudsters behind the scheme sell their shares at the peak and stop hyping the stock, the price plummets, and investors lose their money.

Traderking60 believes that posting how horrible a company is constitutes libel. In her description of libel she conveniently leaves out the part that it does not constitute libel if the statements true. The Better Business Bureau along with many other review sites continue to publish horrible Industrial Nanotech horrible customer experiences.
With the $126 that Industrial Nanotech has at the bank I am certain that they can obtain counsel at Dewey, Cheatem & Howe.
As I have said many times, I have never done any business with Industrial Nanotech and a friend was promised both product and an "exclusive distributorship in South Korea and for his $20,000 he never even got a return phone call or email.
While I have never done any business with Industrial Nanotech I have looked at review sites, court records and criminal justice reports to form my opinion about Industrial Nanotech.

The fact that INTK has not published any financials in more than 18 months is a massive and super brIght red flag. More Bad News and Warnings expected for Industrial Nanotech
Some of the people here find that bad news about INTK will be good for them since they will be able to buy the stock at eveb lower prices. I guess this makes some sense since they will be able to "average out" there buying costs to reflect the lower value.
Regardless, many of the posters on this site should be extremely happy with all of the warnings and lack of financials since this make it even easier to buy the stock at even lower prices.
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH WARNINGS STILL STAND
The WARNINGS about Industrial Nanotech are long-standing and go back many years. The fact that there are so many warnings about Industrial Nanotech over so many years is "old news" and of course the WARNINGS are still valid. That is, the OTC Markets has not wavered and still warns people about INTK and the SEC still requires companies to file financials on a regular basis.

He was definitely found guilty in 2 cases and it seems that the case for First Degree Grand Theft was reassigned and I do not see a verdict. Industrial Nanotech and United States Army?
Back in 2009 Industrial Nanotech claimed that they "were contacted last week by the US Army regarding incorporating several of the Company’s products into military equipment,” stated Francesca Crolley, V.P. Operations & Marketing for Industrial Nanotech, Inc. “Based on initial discussions which both Stuart Burchill, CEO/CTO of Industrial Nanotech and myself had with them, in which we reviewed the technical specifications of their requirements, we all concluded that Nansulate can fulfill their objectives. We have shipped them product for laboratory and field trials and our team will be visiting their facility within the next several weeks.
You can choose what you would like to believe. Either this is one of Stuart Burchill and Francesca Crolley's many fabrications, or if you are gullible enough, you believe that the Army actually evaluated the phony product(s) and rejected it since it had no value.

Synavax Trademark Problem
My last post was somewhat confusing since the phrase "subject to" is ambiguous. When I wrote subject to I meant that Industrial Nanotech is
"Open or exposed to some unfortunate or undesirable thing, as in subject to legal action." That is, Industrial Nanotech is open or exposed to "a court order (injunction) that the defendant stop using the accused mark;an order requiring the destruction or forfeiture of infringing articles;monetary relief, including defendant's profits, any damages sustained by the plaintiff, and the costs of the action; and an order that the defendant, in certain cases, pay the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees."
It is up to Industrial Nanotech to provide any guidance whether there is any pending litigation concerning trademark infringement or any other matter.
Industrial Nanotech does have a long list of unsatisfied legal judgments and even if the company is judgment proof it should not attract additional litigation.
There are at least ten other companies with actual trademarks including Synavex, Synavox and Synalox. The fact that this is "old news" does not in any way protect Industrial Nanotech from the potential legal and financial consequences..

Synavax Trademark Infringement Makes No Sense
There is no logical reason why Industrial Nanotech would attempt to market their products with a Trademark that they do not have. Like many things about Industrial Nanotech, this makes no sense whatsoever.
When something appears to make no sense we might have to look a little deeper and speculate if there is an unconscious motivation at work here. Unlike the previous name of Nansulate it does not evoke any meaning about the product, rather it sort of sounds like "Sin No Vax." in that there is no vaccination for sin. Perhaps this is an unconscious cry for help from the people behind Industrial Nanotech and Synavax.
If someone has a better explanation why Industrial Nanotech is using (at great risk) a name that they do not rights to the trademark I would appreciate some feedback.
Industrial Nanotech is presently subject to a court order (injunction) that the defendant stop using the accused mark;an order requiring the destruction or forfeiture of infringing articles;monetary relief, including defendant's profits, any damages sustained by the plaintiff, and the costs of the action; and an order that the defendant, in certain cases, pay the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees.

Industrial Nanotech, Consistently will Disappoint
The reason that Industrial Nanotech continues to disappoint is simple-the products do not work. While you can fix a broken appliance you can not fix a company based on products that do not work. I have been consistent in reporting that INTK is attempting to sell sham products and I do readily admit that this is "old news".
If you would like to see more encouraging news you can read some of the older posts about INTK and you can feel comforted. No matter how bad the real news is and how low this stock goes there will always be true believers.

Synavax Trademark Infringement
Industrial Nanotech does not appear to have the trademark for Synavax and it continues to market products using that name, subjecting Industrial Nanotech to a court order (injunction) that the defendant stop using the accused mark;an order requiring the destruction or forfeiture of infringing articles;monetary relief, including defendant's profits, any damages sustained by the plaintiff, and the costs of the action; and an order that the defendant, in certain cases, pay the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees.
