We are in the 9th week since the appeal court hearing on April 15th.
Thanks for the info Jay.
Old sticker is FNM.
Almost all of the shares are in strong hands and they know what they holding. Just IMHO.
Thanks for sharing.
I think his latest pps estimates definitely going to change. He may say that the warrants are no more valid based on the evidence that's coming out from the documents. This is just IMHO. Please don't take my posts into consideration to buy or sell.
Ackman gave his presentation when these documents haven't been released by then. So want to see his predictions now. May be he might be waiting to see more documents that may eventually be released. Just IMHO. Thanks.
AIG ruling is precedent on warrants.
I meant to say "AIG ruling is precedent on warrants".
We are in the 8th week since the appeal court hearing on April 15th.
AIG is precedent.
May be below $2 is gone for good. Just IMHO. Don't take my posts into consideration to buy or sell. Thanks.
ORDER Before the court is the parties’ joint motion for leave to file a joint status report out of time. The status report was due on May 27, 2016 but was filed on May 31, 2016. For good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED nunc pro tunc. IT IS SO ORDERED.
We are in the mid of 7th week since appeal court hearing on April 15th. We may hear anytime from the appeal court.
We are in the mid of 7th week since the appeal court's hearing on Friday, April 15th. We may hear any time from the appeal court. If the court news is favorable to the shareholders, then I think north of $10 is around the corner. This is just IMHO. Don't take my guessed estimates/ posts into consideration to buy or sell. Thanks.
Actually there are few more people on the board. They are the inspiration to me. Thanks.
Here most people are long. Some of them holding from 0.30s and 0.20s. They know what they holding and I think they know what the pps with warrants and with out warrants.
This is just IMHO. Don't take my posts into consideration to buy or sell. Thanks.
My guesstimate is $30-$40 with warrants and $150-$200 with out warrants. Just in IMHO(In my honest opinion). Don't take my posts into consideration to buy or sell. Thanks.
We are in the 7th week since the appeal court arguments, which occurred on April 15th. We may hear from appeal court anytime. If the news is positive for the shareholders then $10 may be in the corner. This is just IMHO and This is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
I think, next three years are the time line for the pps to see near to its true potential value. This is just in my honest opinion. Please don't take my posts into consideration to buy or sell. Thanks.
Yes. Now actually I am waiting for his or Dick Bove's latest predictions about pps. I think it may be multiples of their earlier predictions. This is just IMHO(in my honest opinion). Please don't take my opinions into consideration to buy or sell. Thanks.
Please read carefully.
As per Bill Ackman: "The price range is $23 to $47 with warrants."
In the below news link it's said: "Fannie's stock is trading just above $4 per share. Ackman sees the stock price ranging from $23 to $47 in the future."

---------------------------
As per my understanding: What does it mean ?? About 4.4 billion shares with warrants and about 1.1 billion shares outstanding. So total about 5.5 billion shares assuming warrants being executed.
That means I understand each share will be worth in between $23 to $47 assuming warrants are valid.
As per my understanding, from AIG ruling, warrants may not be valid.
Then I understand, If no warrants there are only about 1.1 billion shares outstanding. So my understanding is the price should be 5 times with out warrants. So $115 to $235.
From following this since 2008, reading almost all of the posts here and other news articles related to this, I got some understanding which may or may not be correct.
All my posts are just my opinions. Don't buy or sell based on my posts. Thanks.
Study the AIG case and the ruling. Thanks.
Ackman didn't say 5x. Ackman said pps with warrants. AIG ruling is precedent. This is just IMHO. Not a recommendation to buy or sell. Thanks.
As per Ackman, it's worth $23-$47 pps with warrants. 5x with out warrants. So $115-$235 with no warrants. This pps is higher than before 2008. So not only the market share, the market value also might be much higher. This is just IMHO not a recommendation to buy/sell. Thanks.
The mortgage market isn't the same before 2008 and after 2008 ?? Isn't it a multi trillion dollar market ??
AAMRQ is 0.35 a share in 2012. Uplisted in 2013 at about $25 and went up to about $50 and now at about $30.

On May 29th 2013 first time it touched above $5 after it's crash to 0.20s in 2008.
It will be exactly three years from it's first hike of above $5, from it's all time lows of high 0.20s, to this May 29th 2016.
I think, till yesterday two FNMA stocks value is less than one FNMAS preferred stock value. But today two FNMA stocks value crossed one FNMAS preferred stock value. Just IMO. Thanks.
Agree.
As per Ackman $23-$47 with warrants. With no warrants 5 times: $115-$235. Just IMHO. Thanks.
Jaren, thanks for the information. When you said few years back each share is going to worth about $320, I was suspicious. But now, I agree with your price prediction if no warrants. Please keep posting. Thanks.
Some of the members holding since 0.30s.
Bigger than AAMRQ. Most of the board members are long time holders and know its potential.
I see them blinking today, yesterday and day before yesterday. Now they gone.
It may reach up to about 70% of the up listing price. Just IMHO.
Your realistic target is correct with warrants. Without warrants 5 times to that, which is $100-$300/share. Just IMHO.
I think it's moving up very systematically. This time its moving up completely different than its previous runs. There's may be no surprise if we never see below $1.80s again here. Even though it's moving in a very controlled manner, I am guessing it may have a quick run surpassing its March 2014 high of $6.40s. Just IMHO.
