Thanks for sharing this positive article about TWEED. Its awesome!!
Why TWEED is going over 10$$.(SEE LINK BELLOW) It must be frustrating for all this bashers coming from a board with 3.5 billion O/S and not even a license to see TWEED succeed in every thing from getting a license, to going public, from getting financing from investment banks and institutional investors, to be the only one trading on a mayor Canadian exchange (TSX). All what their stinky penny stock with billions of O/S and no license are aiming for TWEED already have it. GO back to your stinky boards bashers and for the Bashers coming from FITX be aware that millions of previously locked shares are coming unlocked as we speak. Shares that were issued at triple zeros. Your crash will be epic at the same time than TWEED goes over 10$

Hey man, that poor soul is just looking for attention. If you reply to him, you are giving him exactly what he wants. Just look at the pinkie stinky stocks he can only afford.
Wao!!! Are this allegations true? Just wondering. It seems like pretty serious allegations.
...... The actions allege that, throughout the Class Period, defendants issued materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) GrowLife had provided inaccurate and/or inadequate information about its stock and engaged in potentially manipulative transactions; (2) the Company lacked adequate internal and financial controls; and (3) as a result of the foregoing, defendants’ statements about GrowLife’s business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.....
.. When trading of the Company’s stock resumed on April 25, 2014, the price of GrowLife shares dropped $0.29 per share, or 58% from a previous closing price of $0.50 on April 9, 2014, to close at $0.21 per share on April 25, 2014, on extremely high trading volume.....
DO you know where the bottom is or do you think is going straight to 0.0001?? HUMMM!!!
OMG this was even halted by the SEC.
Misleading Investors PHOT. Not Good
On April 10, 2014, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) temporarily halted trading of GrowLife securities, stating that “[t]he Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of PHOT because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT’s common stock.”
Are you joining the class A law suit against the company for Fraud?? You might get a couple of hundreds from your huge losses. Just wondering??
Wao!!!. Is this going to tripple zeros? Just curious? I am gonna some mire digging but usually when it smells and looks like a scam is because thats what it is.
For TWEED the court injunction is irrelevant. The court injunction allows the old patients ( registered under old regulations) to keep growing their own meds until injunction is lifted. New patients are not allowed, they need to buy from a license provider like TWEED. Right now with those old patients still allowed to grow their own meds TWEED has so much demand that is doubling capacity by August and 4 times by years ends. As you can see the injunction had no effect on TWEEDs demand whatsoever.
Not for too long. We will see green skies pretty soon. Thats a fact
Beautiful!!! Can't wait!!!!

Dude you are silly. Maybe you should talk to awesomefreak
Agree!!
If you do your own DD getting info from a Board thats really funny. Starting to get annoying with your cheap soft bashing. TWEED will be at 10$ and thats based on my DD. Now go do your homework
Dude. Why you don't do your own DD? You are worst than a retarded kid with your silly questions. The info anybody can give you here is publicly available and if you don't know how to do DD stay away from stocks. Just saying
I think so. Isn't that awesome??
Is it true what they said about doubling capacity by August and 4 times but the end of year? Is it true they signed a bought deal with an investment bank and institutional investors for over 15 million $ at 3.20.
I am just curious
Is it true they are gonna make over 100 million $ per year??
Your posts make less sense every day. OF COURSE they have to follow HEALTH CANADA regulations stupid. They are the one regulating the Mj industry in Canada and providing a license. The same way they can take the license away if regulations are not met. Go back to your barn and keep growing your crap. Amazing how you even dare to compare your home made Crap full of bacteria to TWEED products created by a team of professionals and following strict Health Canada regulations.
And just so you know awesomefreak
As everybody knows Irradiation is a common process used in many food such as potatoes, onions, fruit and many herbs and spices. It's proven to be safe and kills many harmful bacteria such as E Coli. In fact is approved and encourage by Health Canada and TWEED is taking all the right steps to comply with Health Canada Regulations and provide the best quality of Mj. Keep growing your own Crap full of bacteria and get TFOTB
Regarding the irradiation you only show your ignorance about the topic.
1) the process is approved by Health Canada, actually is encourage by Health Canada because the levels of irradiation are pretty low and not harmful for humans and it kills harmful bacterias that could cause health issues in people. Its just an extra step to ensure optimal quality. It wouldn't be approved and encourage by Health Canada if the process posed a threat for human health fk ignorant. I guess you don't use Microwave or cell phones. Do you?
I will buy their products as well as thousands already registered and a lot more lining up to get accepted by TWEED. The REASON is simple. They are the best and they are really transparent with their patients and shareholders alike. TWEED is positioned to be the leader in the Mj industry In Canada and your attempts to bash the co. are pathetic.
@TweedInc: @s_chill We are in the final stages of testing and plan to have product shipping very soon.

All you shorts are gonna get burned pretty soon. LFOL
I am actually really happy silly. I was able to load a lot more at this bargain price. SALES are coning to Get you. Stay tuned!! They might have a bit of delay but they are coming and 10$ will look cheap on the really short term. Keep bashing while I am loading and we'll see who laugh best at the end.
I think the answer to this post is pretty clear on my 2 previous posts if you know how to read. I am out of here for the day. Added 3500 shares today. GLTA
FROM PR
.......Tweed Marijuana Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TWD) ("Tweed" or the "Company") announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and including Jacob Securities Inc. (collectively, the "Underwriters"), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis pursuant to the filing of a short form prospectus, 4,687,500 common shares (the "Common Shares") of the Company, at a price of $3.20 per Common Share (the "Offering Price") for aggregate gross proceeds to Tweed of $15,000,000 (the "Offering").....
MAYBE THIS WILL CLEAR YOU HEAD
A bought deal is one form of financial arrangement often associated with an Initial Public Offering. It occurs when an underwriter, such as an investment bank or a syndicate, purchases securities from an issuer before a preliminary prospectus is filed. The investment bank (or underwriter) acts as principal rather than agent and thus actually "goes long" in the security. The bank negotiates a price with the issuer (usually at a discount to the current market price, if applicable).
The advantage of the bought deal from the issuer's perspective is that they do not have to worry about financing risk (the risk that the financing can only be done at a discount too steep to market price.) This is in contrast to a fully marketed offering, where the underwriters have to "market" the offering to prospective buyers, only after which the price is set.
The advantages of the bought deal from the underwriter's perspective include:
Bought deals are usually priced at a larger discount to market than fully marketed deals, and thus may be easier to sell; and The issuer/client may only be willing to do a deal if it is bought (as it eliminates execution or market risk.)
Dude. I have over 10 years in the market. Try that BS at another place

Like I said sales are starting shortly and we all know the numbers, and we all know the demand is there to absorb their current capacity. My analysis is based on those numbers and the Grow projections of the company which numbers we also all know. LETS talk again shortly when sales begin.
I am loading more. GLTA
By the way your post regarding the investment bank and institutional investors not investing on TWEED IS COMPLETELY WRONG. The information is very clear on the PR and apparently you have no idea on the definition of bought deal. Here is a link as a courtesy
