"It is about time."
That's an understatement. Please announce your accepteable announcement dates of declaration by the company((ipix)(i.e acceptable timeline)).
"still no insider buying - quiet period right?"
No, it's the vwee-vwee quiet period.
I'll reread it. I did see ipix and companies references. What I don't recall seeing was a name to go with the quote(i.e-no source) nor the name(or names) of the author(s).
Your response has nothiing(nada) to do with ipix.
Karin,
I should add I've left a message with Dr. Sonis(a few months ago) to no avail. I've not attempted to contact Dr. Farraye.
I continue to inquire.
Thanks for your curiosity, knowledge, and sharing,
Maybe KarinCA can confirm with Leo whether or not Jane Harness is still employed there. It would be a definite plus if she is, and I believe she is as she is a VP(though never an officer of the Co.).
Hopefully the company would let it's shareholders know if she were released.
I have been investigating JH's credentials recently and fell upon this site:
https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Jane_Harness2
She "runs" with a very impressive group. Look at the list of co-authors, followers, and those she is following. Pfizer followers and followee's(if that's a word), RTI International(a cro , i think(?) followers and followees, among many others.
"None. The company issues and delivers shares to Aspire per the stock purchase agreement. Aspire sells on the open market, but, doesn't buy there."
Karin,
I agree with your interpretatatuion and add, at this point, would advise NO ONE to invest in this company.
No recent comments from Sonis, Farraye, only from the jugler(CEO), who answers the phones(very seldomly, submits the finacials to the sec(he's the cfo)), writes pr's and responds to investors questions (sometimes), and now negogiates with bp after analyizing " 20+ proposals".
I ivested based on their science, and his words. The science may prove to be good, but his words have proven to be worthless thusfar(if you consider time to AT LEAST money)
"Millions of IPIX shares been have been bought over the last several weeks."
How many of those buys were Aspire purchasing from IPIX?
Can anyone suggest a way to determine that?
JTO,
"kfcyahoo they would have PR'd if they were attending. The question is why didn't they attend???"
Yeah, likely would have pr'd and also included it in their events and presentation section under the investors tab on their website.
Only speaker associated with psoriasis that I found(by enetering psoriasis in the search box was on the speaker page) is Mr. Mark Wilson, CEO of MatriSys Biosciences(best I can tell). Private company I believe.

http://matrisysbio.com/technology/
Nothing pops up on clinicaltrials.com for MatriSys Biosciences.
No results for speaker at the Boston conference for OM. Didn't bother with O Cancer as I figured I'd be inundated with info.
Maybe they plan on attending the following course at the Bio International Convention in Boston (6/1/18 thru 6/7/18).
General info on the convention: http://convention.bio.org/2018/

"why is it so hard for Leo to talk about P2b? Why?"
Appears he has psoriasis of the tounge and finds himself in excruciating pain when speaking.
Edit what portion? And why?
C'mon DaubersUP.
" But my day is coming and that is a fact."
Tis not a fact, but a possibility that many of us yearn for. You phrase the term definitivley, and relentessly oppose those who do not accept your statements as a 100% gaurantee.
There is no perfect engine, which your past statements have , metophorically, proven.
KarinCA,
Based on their past statement(repeated by many longs here), there are many(~20) bp's , or specialty pharmas, interested.
I would hope for more than one, based on company rhetoric.
KFC
How much was still owed on the "Erhlich loan"(or whatever it was referred as) per the last 10q(rhetorical question-scary close)?
DaubersUP,
I have no issue with your sentence-"Great p results coming, Breakthrough coming, deals coming, lawsuits coming." I'd amend the first three thoughts by inserting the word "possibly" at the start of each thought. Regarding the last thought, lawsuits, I agree they are coming from either shareholders or, less likely but possibly, the company for mako hits etc. I do not believe the company has the means to investigate currently.
You, Leo, George, and a few others "speak the same language" on many fronts, which has proven,in most cases, to be off a bit.
No one is perfect, starting with myself.

"To compare management's communication "style" of the past.. is ignoring the critical stage we are in right now."
Though it's been suggested on this board that, perhaps they can't comment because they may be in a "quiet period", "cda's prevent comment", the company itself has never made any such proclamation.
Honesty is all I expect. Until they declare, publicly, that they are prevented from commenting to shareholder questions(so everybody knows), I shall question them.
Fair enough. But why have they, in the past, noted anticipated timelines? Contracts are always written with schedules no matter the business, along with accompanying milestone dates. IPIX it seems to me anyhow, has strayed off the critical path. As stated before, I am long, but have gone from optimistic long, to nervous long, to frustrated long, to pissed off long.
Look at a chart. I reckon there are many on this board who say one thing, but do another.
12/21/17 pr "The Company looks forward to seeing the unblinded study results. Topline data are anticipated to be released in 1Q2018" (~100 days from 12/21 pr) an adjustment from the 6/8/17 company notice(blog) that "Prurisol at 300 mg and at 400 mg is being evaluated against placebo using the PASI scale. Interim results are anticipated to be available in 3Q2017."
Is it unreasonable to request a revised schedule("coming weeks" and "soon" provide no definitive timeline, do they?)?
Most pots should be stirred so its contents are not burned.
"Then add the(potential, based on forward looking statements) value of 'B.' Not selling one penny under 30 bucks, particularly with great results from P."
Potential definition:"latent qualities or abilities that may be developed and lead to future success or usefulness." It has not been proven, yet, and may not be be proven, due subsequent tries, which reveal failure.
The words in parenthesis, in the opening sentence, were added by me.
I shall counter your statement by saying one should not not invest because of Judge Merrilee Erhlich's recent outburst in Florida because she is(might be ) Leo's sister. I believe there is no connection between the two(Merrilee and Leo).
I don't know.
From vitalvegas.com
"Horn bets are commonly referred to as “not especially smart bets,” also known as “sucker bets,” mainly because the house edge is high-ish compared to other bets on the craps table. Who cares, though, right?"
In response to:"
"It’s a horn bet...."
So far there has been a direct correlation of this stock to this:
"Just look at how those responsible for the hit piece made out!"
What did happen to them?
I've read, on this board, that the posse is chasing them. Have the "wanted posters" been taken down?
BooDog,
In response to post
"I know I've made good money here. ...."
Indicates to me you are not a "long" as you claim(your enthusiastic posts go back years), but perhaps, post here with unproclaimed " forward looking statements"- much like those, proclaimed, by someone else.
How do you square the sp actions to your posts?
BooDog,
Your loyal to the company- that is for sure. However, there is nothing wrong with asking questions, either to the company directly, via other means, particularly when the actions don't match the rhetoric.

"The current business plan is to uplist. That would negate this discussion. Many merge or uplist prior to being purchased. Some of the pinks are foreign as well, hell, some pinks even have dividends. Maybe a simple search of mergers and acquisitions would keep you busy."
He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; he who does not ask a question remains a fool forever. – Chinese Proverb. If you don't understand, then ask.
"Leo never said 20 pharmas have cda’s. Please stick to the facts. Thank you."
Exactly. He inferred(or who ever penned the 1/29/18 pr) that they were nearing 20 cda's for their drug candidates, not 20 for Prurisol.
From 1/29/18 pr:
"The Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) count toward partnering with global and specialty pharmaceutical companies interested in the Company’s first-in-class drug candidates is nearing 20, with additional Agreements in review. ...."
I think this is our 730th quiet period in a row.
"Silence is golden ...."
"Silent, but deadly" is a more appropriate term regarding the performance of this stock.
Talk about opportunity cost.
No such thing as a bad lawsuit in America. We (lawyers) always win.
" I could see doing that for a little while out of frustration, maybe, but on and on with no apparent benefit? It seems a waste of time and energy."
Perhaps to file a suit?. I don't know.
I hope your assessment is correct, but I'd advise a look at the past 3 year chart.
"better days ahead". Short term or long term?
"Does having BTD make a deal better for IPIX? If so I’d wait. Prurisol data has got to be so good it’s triple checked ;)"
That will require, I assume, a larger payout to the cro, as the contract likely only required them(cro) to go over it once. Link to a pharma(Biomarin)/cro(Kendle International) contract. Like most contracts/subcontracts are referenced(though not accessible in this link). Who the heck knows? Perhaps the cro said, something to the effect of, "no ticky, no washy." and explains the recent Aspire transaction? Only Leo knows.

"Leo Ehrlich is the smartest CFO that I've never met."
Are you insinuating he's shifty- tough to get a meeting with?
Please name ceo's of other companies who you never met that you consider him superior to.
How would you compare him to ceo's you have met from other companies? (please name ceo and companies)
Thx
frrol,
Thank you for the response, but my question was not directed at you.
TIAB,
You live in MA. but have stated an unwillingness to visit in person with the company. I've been to Beverly, and walked away feeling more positive than negative.
My opinion has changed since my x-mas time visit. Perhaps you and I, both investors, request a visit together? Determine a common available window of time, after coordinating with ipix management, and I'll meet you up there(provided Dr. Bertolino is present).
I have some high school friends who I still keep in contact with, and meet 3-4 times a year, and do invest(I've never mentioned ctix(ipix) because they are/were/always have been, otc.)). Hope to drag a couple along(MA lawyer(Yale law, MS BC Finance/Economics, HIGH ranking exec at a CT insurance company, MD in Maine, brother in law with severe psoriasis(formerly in pharmaceutical sales), I'm sure he shall ask the most pointed questions regarding that condition.
Whatya say?
Regarding CRO's, have they mentioned the name of the CRO analyzing the p2B data, and did they ever divulge the CRO hired to analyze the Contractual Commitments noted below?
Clinical Trial Agreements between the Company and Contract Research Organizations- ABSSSI Trial
In December 2013, the Company entered into Clinical Trial Agreements with a Contract Research Organization (“CRO”). Terms include the Company making an upfront study advance of approximately $460,000 to the CRO and seven additional similar monthly payments to the CRO while the study is actively recruiting and treating patients. The advance will be earned as subjects are randomized into the Study. The Company has other terms with the CRO which allow for a bonus payment of $125,000 if the CRO meets study milestones; a non-refundable administrative start-up cost of $12,500 per Study Site; payment to CRO for pass-through costs within thirty days of receipt of invoice and third-party documentation from CRO; and pass-through costs are subject to a 15% invoicing fee.
Just curious.
George,
Thanks. Evidently you like to play games, or perhaps you use a different calendar?
