What formula did you use for valuation?

Tell me where you got that info-I have seen some strong buy opinions and just need to know where your info is coming from.

When you have had something like that you better not have similar charges again. But it certainly is nice to know the whole story about someone who you are sending your hard earned money to Hopefully lessons were learned..

I am aware of the 2.00 pps. Read the rest of the requirements-If share price was the only requirement APS would have all of their crooked stocks on NASDAQ

I wasn't referring to pps only. Yes,2.00 is one of the reqquirements. Read the NASDAQ requirements and you will see all of the requirements other than just pps.

I think you meant require. NASDAQ requires a whole lot more than a $2.00pps.

I am all for the humanitarian side of the business but at some point the stockholders have to be rewarded. I agree ,we need a little push from somewhere.

I have been fortunate in my life to have been involved in many profitable companies that made it through sheer hard work and determination. I was lucky enough to retire at 52 ,move to Fl. and play alot of golf. One of the things that made me good at what I did was the people around me that sometimes told me things that I didn't want to hear. One of the major problems I see with ICPA is it is working as a one man band. The ideas and products seem to be excellent,but I question the lack of focus on what the company does best. You have to become very good at what you do before going out and adding new things before you have mastered your original goals. Merging with another financially weak company can't help ICPA become the best that it can be. Too many irons in the fire can be much more dangerous than not enough. Punch TV is not ready for prime time. Collier has had financial problems as well as some other growing pains. You now have a split CEO position with 2 completely different dreams. I don't doubt the talent of either individual,I just can't go all in until I see some strong financials. Dreams don't pay the bills.

It is not a pump and dump,it is just a pump. The owners of ICPA stock have strong feelings about the stock,which is great. The problem is that way too many rumors are put out there for public view and it sets prospective buyers up for a disappointment. The stock is valued correctly given the last financials. ICPA is a good stock but like so many OTC stocks it is probably underfunded based on the current plans to buy another startup. If you go back 3 mos. ago the direction was a little different then it is now. Like any stock you should do your own DD on ICPA as well as Punch TV. You can find info on Punch TV on Google and other search engines. The biggest problem that I have with ICPA is that no matter how well the co. is doing it will not live up to the hype from this board. Investors who don't use IHUB will base value and pps on the financials and nothing else.

Perchy,you are starting to sound like APS. $2,00 maybe $3.00? Come on man you are reaching a little. Now there are 2 underfinanced cos. trying to get off the ground. The 10-12mil up front is an estimate based on many things happening. This stock will run a few pennies either way,but any significant movement will be tied to real financials. The hopes and goals of the CC deal which you said began jun.1st are also best case numbers. I think the stock has moved well on rumors but to get to the gold he is going to have to open the books,which is something every good investor should want to see. If the rumors keep elevating the expectations elevate right along with them. The peeps outside this board will move on numbers.

INHC was mentioned in the Orbit stock newsletter that I got today. We are on their radar and probably some others. I added this week and will probably do it again next week. This sub dime window is about to close.

What is going to start a run on this stock?

I don't think that anyone is trying to hurt the co.,they are just trying to make sure that they don't hurt themselves by not doing dd. I own ICPA long just like all of you,but a smart investor can't believe much of what happens on this board. Just because someone questions what is being said about things on this board doesn't mean that person is "not on the team". There is a ton of BS on this board and it is only smart to dig deeper on some of what is said. Unlike most boards this one is unique because all info comes from Steve and he doesn't have a normal corporate check and balance working. If Steve says jump you guys ask how high instead of asking how will jumping help my position and help the co. Believe it or not,there are otc companies out there that are making money and have huge upsides without all of the rumors,false statements and hype. Like all of the other stocks that are growing,ICPA is only as good as it's next financials.

I understand your concern but I have to go with brand loyalty(Costco) Costco has become what Sears was years ago. If Sears said it was OK people bought it no matter who made it. If they can get the numbers game right(mass mailing-email) the product should move. It's all in the numbers like so many things in retail.

Thanks for your thoughts. I feel like this stock,more than any others I own has true potential. The biggest problem that I see is getting the word out. I took fridays news as a good thing as I understood it. Hopefully they will not only share the wealth they may try to increase the pps.

Why do you think it will dip? It has been pretty tight around 9.5--10.5.

Excellent post. The stock wont go up anymore on small rumors and wishing and hoping. The company owes the stockholders some answers. Does anyone have a good relationship with investor relations? Use it.

I guess that if the old rule(buy on rumor,sell on news)applies everyone should keep buying. That interview was at least an organized rumor. This whole runup began with the Clear Channel rumor and was sidetracked to include the Collier "network". I somehow doubt that a young Steve yearned all his life to own an urban network with no wiewers and a bad reputation with the trades. At some point all of these random ideas will have to be pulled together before anyone takes this whole company seriously. This was almost as underwhelming as the countdown awhile back.

The $2.00 number has been emphasized so much that no one can get it out of there head. IMO APS won't let that happen. They don't want that kind of news out there. They are the king of open ended pumps. This has taken so long that they will let everybody have some fun. Prob safe to 2.75-3.00 IMO.

I got a notice from Orbit that the stock that he had picked had a float lower than he thought.

That might have been the one that was cancelled this am. That last trade was pretty ugly.
