With all due respect how long have you been a shareholder?. There are people on here that bought at $12, and .05. It becomes a much easier hold if you don't self impose timelines for SP ascent. Grinding over .05 swings daily will get you off the scent. The only thing that hasn't been realized in this companys nothing short of amazing accomplishements is the SP- always the last hurdle. Not trying to be condescending,it has been a tough hold but we are almost there.
A member of the board of Directors here that went through a divorce last year and had to liquidate a large % of his holdings. Check free edgar filings and you will find it transparent, as well as the overall lack of any significant overall selling by the rest of mgmt.
Remember the second to last CC where D.Jones made the comment
"One's and two's become tens and twenties"? Well.ten or twenty more like this one today before years end it ain't gonna be off the screen much longer, or 1.20 for that matter.
Unfortunately as we have been seeing most of these orders are under non disclosure agreements, so it's elective on the part of the client whether they want the pub or not but clearly most don't. That means we will most likely have to wait for earnings, which I have no problem with but some here do. It's going to be a bumpy ride the next six months, but we will move to higher highs and higher lows. Imsc will be one of the story stocks of 2014 and beyond IMO.
And now you know why they left and came here. The fact we saw this coming a year ago,and CS just downgraded Smith's,illuminates just how early we all here are.
Agreed, it's going to take more than 2-3 Q's of growth to wipe out the debt,as long as they can get sizeable consistent orders I can live with the OTC until they apply.
While we wait, good timeline read for those who have been here for a bit. Slow pot to boil that's for certain.

Moe has the perfect analogy to RS's, about 2:10 mark in the instructional video-
Umm no, it's all about the power of sharecount at this point. Hypothetically would you rather wait to buy at five and hope for a triple, or buy now and get a fifteen bagger?. A few sharp people here will be newly minted millionares when it hit's $3. I bought my first batch of 50k shares for 3K in Dec 09, try getting that % return with GOOG or AAPL
You know it's funny, but my only concern here is an RS. Have been scorched before like that, but the float is still relatively small and it will get sucked up very quickly if they perform, which looks more likely every day. There's a good chance it will get to SP levels required for Naz listing without having to go that route, and it will look far more attractive at $3-5 for new investors/funds than after a 3-1 RS at $12.
I have every confidence Glenn will take care of his shareholders, we are the one's that kept the ship afloat by not selling these last few years and he knows that. He's a lot better CEO than most give him credit for, that will be evidenced in time. JMO
Thx Fib, it's been along strange trip and a little blurry at times, lol.
Another cryptic crumb from Glenn, it's all good from where I sit;)
Thx gents, guess I was not as close to the stock as need be:)
Drug detection is scary in potential, can you imagine a major freight company who's insurance/legal wouldn't mandate tech that would ferret out contraband? Game over for drug trafficking at that level.
"and its Quantum Sniffer QS-B220 desktop explosives and drugs trace detector"
Somebody check me on this, but that's the first time I've noticed a corporate PR with drug detection mentioned in the same breath as ETD for the 220.
I think the issue here is one of point of view. Most of us have that have been here long enough(by that, I mean when they were day to day on BK doorstep and trading at a nickel) have had an enormous amount of time to perform DD on the company. We knew we had a shot, given the tech,if we could somehow get a foot in the TSA door that had been impenetrable to date. The common sense of the patents were obvious to anyone who noticed, but politics and insider deals were how orders got inked(Heelo Chertoff) The TSA had to come up with a solution, one that actually detected PETN, and far less invasive in nature(Heelo youtube) We squirimed in our seats everytime we saw a competitor get another fat contract, for equipment that did nothing. We were the kids in class with our hands waving with the correct answer, only to see teach pick someone with the wrong one. Those days are drawing to a close. We all in our minds eye have already run this through, and struggle with the reason it's not trading higher. Much like Vegas, Wall St does not pay out on half time bets. We knew cargo approval was a breakthrough event, but were dumbfounded it did not translate in to SP appreciation. Today, same thing. That is such a tell, and confirmation we are in at the ground floor, invested in a company that will be responsible for a paradigm disruptive shift in tech. I think one day history will relate that we were some fortunate sum bitches to have been in this before the pro's even knew about it.. all it takes is a steel sack, some DD,and know what you own.
Semantics- approved, qualified, certified, we are still the only horse in the race to date. The SP might not reflect this news, but you can best believe the sector whales are painfully aware.
Patents are good, reminds me of an old Mel Brooks quote-
"It's good to be King"
No. that's portal this was for benchtop screening of passenger carry on items. They have a portal in development.
And they will love every other future product that wraps their patented tech around a new application. It's happening right before our eyes, a relationship being cultivated with TSA for the next decade of trace tech.
I follow this stock far to closely, there's a very good reason for that. Never fall in love with the merchandise. Most penny stocks are pump and dump. The odds of stocks de listed from major exchanges getting back on one is next to none. All true.
This is a once, or twice in a micro cap lifetime opportunity. I have .06 shares that I was more worried about buying then than the one's I bought last month. This company is in the right place, right time, right principals, and the patented right tech. Could very well be retirement level for some on here, most people that have been here for a bit have been increasing holdings with every breadcrumb dropped. It's all there if you take the time to read through the chronology of their PR's
Can't think of any other investment that has the potential upside going fwd.
I usually don't speculate too much hen it has these little ascents- but something tells me it could be on for real this time.
It's still going to be very turbulent, but IMO higher highs and higher lows are in the cards. My only guess going fwd is when they officially open the new facility, there will be a cluster of PR's, and some of those will be for sizeable orders. It makes perfect sense to postion and promote the company's expansion with increased visibility respective to more biz.
The most overlooked area for growth-huge potential

With the ousting of the Muslim brotherhood party in Egypt, the hornets nest has definitely been stirred. You can bet our sector will be in full focus for the foreseeable future.
It's more of an overview/graphs of what TSL does, nothing specific about the director Hallowell.
Here's one that flew under the radar yesterday, if I didn't have a relative involved in the capture I never would have heard about it stateside.

SURREY, British Columbia | Tue Jul 2, 2013 4:12pm EDT
(Reuters) - Canadian police said on Tuesday they foiled an al Qaeda-inspired plot to detonate three pressure-cooker bombs during Monday's Canada Day holiday outside the parliament building in the Pacific coast city of Victoria, arresting a Canadian man and woman and seizing their home-made explosive devices.
Police said there was no evidence to suggest a foreign link to the planned attack, which targeted public celebrations outside the parliament building in Victoria, capital of the province of British Columbia.
They declined to detail any links between the two Canadians and the al Qaeda network. They also said they were not aware of any connection to the April 15 bombings at the Boston Marathon in which three people were killed by devices built from pressure cookers.
"This self-radicalized behavior was intended to create maximum impact on a national holiday," Wayne Rideout, assistant commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, told a news conference.
"They took steps to educate themselves and produced explosive devices designed to cause injury and death."
Police said there was no risk to the public at any time because they began monitoring the suspects in February and had known all along what was happening.
The two people charged are John Stuart Nuttall and Amanda Korody, Canadian-born citizens from Surrey, British Columbia, authorities said
Aside from the IP, IMO probably the single biggest reason this company will be a major player-and why I remain confident and patient.
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/implant-sciences-appoints-dr-bill-mcgann-as-chief-operating-officer-otcqb-imsc-1633007.htm
"Following the progress of Implant Sciences closely over the past year, I have seen enough to know that this Company has the technology, distribution infrastructure and management team to execute as leaders in the ETD space and transform the security equipment industry by delivering new technology solutions at security points across the world"
There isn't a door in gub-mint he can't, or more precisely hasn't been able to open. Combine that with his relationship with Susan Hallowell at TSL, and it's not hard to imagine there won't be a symbiotic relationship with Implant and TSL/TSA relative to R&D. Bench top and pass checkpoint are the gateway entires.. know what you own!
Good read

"hmmmm…. I wonder what they need all those able-bodied new hires for? ;)"
My guess would be entry level employees for warehouse/packaging/shipping/distribution of.. wait for it..lot's of orders;)
That's nearly a doubling of employees to compliment a 1 1/2 times larger facility. +1 on the find shmoop!
court of public opinion, it's the second hand smoke of ETD.
This was such an intriguing statement from the PR-
"The Quantum Sniffers were rapidly transported and deployed due to their non-radioactive source."
Could be reading too much into it,but possibly there is a new edict that non rad is the only form accepted by certain agencies?
Sorry, couldn't resist
The only opinion that matters is that of companies purchasing these devices- none will opt for Rad V non- it's biz suicide. It's the court of public perception and that jury is most definitely out.
I respect T/A, but just feel candles, dojis, and bullish gartley's ain't got nothing on a big order here;)
Higher highs and higher lows, all based on sales.
BTW that's happening right before our eyes..
I'm surprised the China office hasn't been given more cred- there is a distinct possibility that sales there could eclipse domestic totals. It's all good from where I sit.
"Why do you think the people that came to IMSC from this company decided to make the move."
Because they knew then that their company did not have an answer for Implants patent portfolio, no one does. Pretty easy gig for Darrell actually, the product(s) sells itself and no level competitors.
Comical at best. Yeah, DMRJ has been fattening up the golden goose since 2008,and right before it starts laying the eggs they are going to choke the life out of it. The debt hail mary, a last gasp of oxygen for the detractors aince TSA approval.
The domestic angle will be interfaced with PR's- after we get to the mainstream investors. I would imagine once they get flush, Glenn will hire an actual PR company to postion and promote products, as well as the new name.
Agree 100%. There is a subtle justice in that everyone here is going to get what they deserve- the flippers and their beer money, the longs who know what they own.
Here's a personal story that might apply. I have told select friends about this stock, but only lately. I have provided all the info for them to perform the necessary DD ,along with general overview. These are all seasoned investors, with good knowledge of emerging small cap companies. None are interested in buying. Very difficult to get people who got slapped hard five years ago( which limits that to everyone in the market at the time) to re enter now- especially an OTC stock with a story and no revs. It takes a certain breed to be in this early. I think that's why what is painfully obvious to most that have been here for awhile is deaf to 99% of the public. It certainly explains the SP, there is just no interest, for the moment. So.. I won't be telling anyone else about IMSC, meanwhile i'm still quietly accumulating at these levels. When it get's "discovered" (I have removed the "if" prior to the when at this point) They can buy at higher prices if interested, which IMO is what's going to happen with the majority of people. The last series of PR's portends to a pretty exciting time in the near term here, I can just hear my friends in a years time " what did you know at a $1 that no one else did?" I won't rub in those .06 shares;) Pretty hard to stay awake with .02 moves up/down on 100k daily volume, when you realize 100k blocks will be getting sucked up soon.. believe it!
I agree on that big order, but it sure is nice to see some frequency in domestic sales even if it is onesey twoseys. Glenn said they were about four months behind, this is being evidenced now as sales start to trickle in. I am not so sure on the buyout soon. They really have the tiger by the tail here, the 220 is the gateway entry but to me a triple threat handheld is the holy grail of this company's future. The longer they go , the more their valuation increases. I'm the guy who got the 500M market cap out of Glenn in person at the Aegis show a couple of years ago. I'm fairly certain then he did not know that there was the possibility of being the only player in this space. I would venture that # is doubled at this point. Patent # 13, know what you own..
I would bet the farm on that happening, wait I already did;)
"The emphasis now is on detecting bombs."
Here's another way to look at it, from my perspective. Instead of every day sighing because the big PR you have been waiting on hasn't happened, be glad every day that no one else has been able to get a product accepted for ETD. What do you think is going to happen when it's get to fall and we are the only company in the market?
Stampede by a herd of freight forwarders, that's why they are moving to a larger facility.
